Excellent service!

Upon arrival customer showed me a spot in the ceiling in his kitchen where there was visible damage to see rock due to some leak of some sort he informed me that there is a shower right above the I told him that I would need to cut the sheet rock and charge the diagnostic fee to get more visual and what’s happening. He approved my estimate for a diagnostic fee after cutting the sheet rock in the ceiling, I ran the shower for approximately 20 minutes and did not get any sort of leak. The house was built in 2022 which was surprising that they had a leak so soon. I inspected the shower a little bit more and saw that there needed to be some ceiling on the edges of the shower. Customer also told me about his tub that was leaking as well. He told me that his wife filled the bathtub up it started leaking. I came to the conclusion that it was the overflow. I told the customer that I would still need to cut that she wrote clear informed me that he was not too worried about that right now, becau

Job sold for next Wednesday.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. LaPointe. He escorted me into his garage so that he could describe what he desires for a washing machine and dryer installation. He informed me that house is newly built this year in 2024, and the construction plumbing contractor will also be providing a quote for this installation. I assessed the situation and gathered photos. I informed Mr. LaPointe That I will be collaborating with my supervisor for generating this estimate. Mr. LaPointe allowed me to do a brief inspection of the rest of the home. Every fixture operates and drains properly.

For office use only: Inspected the water heater room for the pipe corrosion that was called in about. Will be working on an estimate with Scott.

Mr. Palmer is the property manager, the garbage disposal isn’t functioning properly, I present an estimate and emailed to him should he change his mind.
