Came out to the Jones residence to give an estimate on a punch list of items she would like done such as 4 google nest security flood lights 2 of them will have to have wire added and the other 2 will be light change outs as well as a doorbell install.Collected a non refundable deposit for work to be done on the 24 @8.

At today’s visit, I spoke with Miss Marilyn. She informed me that she did not have power to the kitchen light as well as a receptalce to the left of the three pole stack switch. Additonally, two outlets in the dining room were not working as well as the ceiling fan. I provided an estimate to diagnose the issue and locate the point of power loss to which Mrs. Marilyn agreed. During my diagnostic, I determined that in multiple locations, copper and aluminum are wired together. From this, two locations actively had burned connections. This was the outlet box to the left of the living room door and the receptacle for the refrigerator. I remade these two connections in the outlet box and treated the aluminum with a deodorant. Upon completing this, it still had not corrected to lost power issue with the other areas. I located the breaker and turned it off in the panel box. I then went back to the kitchen/dining room area and inspected each location looking for the lost connection to no avail

Performed cooling maintenance on 2 systems. House has 3 systems but customer said he doesn’t need service on the basement system. First system, furnace is gas 95% Lennox about 8 years old located in the attic and it does upstairs. Checked voltage, amp draw, safeties, blower motor, wheel, capacitor, and delta T. Replaced air filter 16x25x1. Flushed condensate drain line. Found blower wheel dirty, suggested to pull it out and cleaning it. Condenser is 4 tons Lennox about 8 years old located left side of the house with R410a refrigerant. Checked voltage, amp draw, capacitor, contactor, condenser fan motor, condenser coil, and refrigerant pressures. Found dual run capacitor weak at compressor side, reading 65.8 out of 70 mfd, this is putting more stress at compressor, suggested to replace capacitor. Water washed condenser coil. System currently cooling with a Delta of T 22 degrees at this time. System currently operating in fair conditions at this time, customer aware that it can stop wor

Upon arrival, customer stated that in master bath lavatory, handle on cold side came off when trying to shut water off, which caused water to spray upward. Customer had water shut off to emergency stops for fixture. Also, she stated that she was notified by water company that there was an Excessive amount of water being used. For fixture, I presented quote on attempting to rebuild 20 year old faucet or replace fixture. Customer decided to go ahead and have both lavatory fixtures replaced so they could be matching. Also, found that there was a Leak on main water line in the yard, which was causing the excessive amount of water usage. Presented quote for main water line repairs and customer declined, stating that her insurance will send a plumber out to make that repair. Replaced both lavatory fixtures with new Moen faucets, replaced supply lines and tested. No leaks were detected after installation was complete. Includes parts and labor warranty for one year. Temperature/pressure valve on water heater is leaking outside. This is caused from high water pressure in home. Recommended replacement of Pressure reducing valve and temperature/pressure valve to remedy issue. Mr. Webber optid not to perform task today. His wife is out of town at the moment and would like to discuss before making decision. Collected $39 dispatch fee. Will credit towards future repairs.

Estimate to replace dual 50 gallon gas water heaters in attic. Both heaters will be installed in compliance with current state plumbing code. Both heaters will get new expansion tanks and will be plumbed into existing connections. Expansion tanks will be charged up to match the home pressure of 65psi. Victor is amazing! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and considerate throughout the entire visit. Byron was quick, very efficient and got my air running again in under 15 minutes. He was through and showed me pictures of everything he checked and cautioned me on best ways to maintain and what may fail with my 20 year old units. He was unphased by the chaos at my home as I tried to talk to him over a barking dog and a work meeting and even chuckled along as I lectured my kids about the thermostat. Fantastic prompt service even arrived earlier than promised I couldn’t be happier.
