Upon inspection we found a broken piece of 8 inch flex duct coming from the supply plenum we recommended to the customer that she would need a 10 foot piece of 8 inch flex as well as an 8 inch elbow again for it to be proper after the inspection of the indoor unit we also found that the blower and blower assembly needed to be cleaned as well. All of th

Technician came for no cooling call. Indoor unit was operational and the fan was on outside. Compressor was not pulling any amperage. After replacing capacitor compressor was working. Began checking refrigerant pressures and they were very low. After receiving permission from resident, technician conducted an electronic leak search. Got alerts from multiple locations on outside condenser. Indoor coil had visible leak spots. Explained to resident it was in his best interest for full system replacement instead of pouring money into this current system. Outdoor condenser was never registered but still falls under 5 year warranty. Resident agreed to speak with our Comfort Consultant tomorrow’s from 10 to 12 pm (5/14/25). Technician then returned old capacitor to unit and removed charge from invoice. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling! Have a great day!

Upon arrival costumer stated he had a yard hydrant that was leaking. After further inspection I noticed it was leaking due to told age. It was located in the front of the neighborhood on the right hand side behind the brick wall. There was too many roots to dig by hand. Costumer approved estimate to replace the hydrant using a mini excavator to rip the roots out and install new one. After installation was completed I turned the water on to make sure y installation was free of leaks. Parts and labor have 1 year warranty.

I arrived on the job and spoke with Mr. Whitley about what work he needed performed. After showing me to the issue and looking it over, I wrote up a price for replacing the faulty ballast within the fluorescent fixture installed in the closet. I presented him with the price and moved forward with the work once I collected a signature. I replaced the ballast to find the new one I installed was faulty as well. I then ran to Home Depot to purchase a new ballast. Once I returned and got it wired in, I tested to confirm it worked and showed it to Mr. Whitley. He was more than pleased so payment was collected. 1 Year Warranty
Tom was wonderful in diagnosing and fixing the problem.

KSPEHC was called out for possible leak from master shower. On site tech was shown to the master bathroom. After a little investigating tech was able to determine water was originating from the toilet and not the shower. Visible water was escaping from the tank bolts. Toilet was also letting water escape from the tank to the bowl. Chair for flush seal was set too long and causing itself to get caught under the flapper when it closes. Tech was also shown another bathroom in the hall where the tub spout was constantly dripping. Tech provided options for necessary repairs to include rebuilding the shower valve and making necessary adjustments to the master toilet. Approval was given for tasks to be performed. After repairs were made tech pressurized the home and inspected tub spout for leaks. Tech also made sure toilet was functioning properly and not allowing water to escape. No issues at this time

Ms.McKenzie had an issue with two things first was the under cabinet lights and the other was the Gfci in the garage. The under cabinet lights weren’t turning on probably because someone accidentally turned off the of the lights on the switch in the lights themselves. It’s normal it happens sometimes when guest don’t know of the main switch. The lights are working correctly after turning them back on at the switch location on the light themselves. The GFCI located in the garage would trip the circuit when plugged into the top half of the outlet. I found it to be damaged with overheating marks on the side. I’ve also grabbed an amp ready from the circuit while having this circuit under load. The garage door pulls roughly 5.8amps when activated. The freezer pulls just shy of an amp around .75 amps. I’ve replaced the device and tested it while having the freezer connected and found only one issue. The freezer at the front has a lot of heat. The outlet is good now. I’ve informed her that

Upon arrival customer stated that there is a leak on the main shutoff valve before the pressure regulator. Upon my inspection I found that the leak is coming from the packing nut of the gate valve and let the customer know that it will need to be replaced I also took a pressure test and found the houses water pressure to be in between 120-130 which is almost double what the fixtures in the home are rated for. The high pressure has also caused the thermal expansion tank to fail. I presented options to the customer to get these issues fix and he decided to get the gate valve replaced today. Today I replaced the old gate valve on the main water line inside that home by the water heater for a 1/4 turn shut off valve. 1 year warranty

Tech came to install new return grill (16x25). Filter was located at air handler in laundry room. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling! Have a great day!

At today’s service, Mrs. Daylin was looking to have a garbage disposal wired that was just recently installed. As it was newly installed there was not wiring present. We discussed two options for wiring of the disposal. The first consisted of using an existing switch box and running a Switchleg from this switch down to the disposal to power it while giving it gfci protection. The second option consisted of running a dedicated circuit for this disposal so that it running would not interfere with other existing circuits and run the risk of tripping. Mrs. Daylin elected to move forward with utilizing the existing wiring of a switch above the counter. Therefore, I cut two total holes, one above the counter beside the switch and one below the counter in the cabinet beneath the sink so that I could install the Switchleg wiring. Once the wiring was in place, I removed the existing switch and replaced it with a gfci/switch combo. I then wired the garbage disposal. Once power was restored, the

Upon arrival customer stated that his master bedroom restroom was all clogged up and would not drain he said that he checked the clean out right where he gets out of the house into the septic tank and it was all dry which meant that there was a blockage in between that cleanout in the restroom I gave them a price to just sneak it in to run a camera he just went with the option to just snake it and not run a camera. After unclogging the drain, I made sure to go check out the clean out make sure water is getting to that point. I also checked if the drain lines had proper pitch, there was a section of the pipe where there was a flat area. I informed this all to the customer. I tested the toilet and the tub and everything drain fine. thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing

Arrived at homeowners home. I was to do work based off of estimates that I gave them Saturday. I was to replace the PRV, clean out some of the drains, and replace the downstairs tub and shower cartridge. I started by turning off the water and replacing the shower cartridge, then I cut out the existing PRV in the room behind the garage and installed a new double union watts PRV. And then she had the master tub and the double vanity in the master that had a slow drain due to their being debris in the lines so I took apart the P-trap‘s on the double vanity, and cleaned them out, then snaked out the P-trap of the master tub, then turned on water to test everything and make sure everything had good flow and no leaks and all is well. I checked the pressure at the back hose bib and the pressure is 60 psi. Thank you for choosing keep smiling Plumbing, an electric, heating and cooling. There is a one year parts and labor warranty on the PRV and shower cartridge that was installed today throug

I’ve provided an estimate today for Mr.Calhoun on a 50 amp inlet or transfer switch. The preferred option Mr.Calhoun liked is the 50 amp inlet with interlock kit. This option will be able to run roughly a one quarter of the home’s electrical system. The inlet for the generator he would like it installed outside left of the home nearest to the fence. No drywall cutting will be necessary for this job. I’ve informed him we’ll have install a main breaker on the panel with a interlock kit. This will prevent back feed from the generator. Mr.Calhoun is aiming for April of this year to install this. The offer stands with manager’s discount stands for 90 days. Call ahead three business days of when you want the work to be completed so we can have materials ready for your investment.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had low pressure on the kitchen faucet but everywhere else was fine and his dishwasher was not working. After inspecting everything, I ran water in the kitchen faucet, and it was indeed low. From there, I explained that I would like to check the pressure to see what the pressure is. I check the pressure at the water heater and the pressure was 80 psi. I explained to the homeowner that that is a little high but it is supposed to be between 50 and 75 and that is a sign of the PRV failing. From there, I gave the homeowner multiple estimates to get everything done. I gave him an estimate to replace the PRV, I gave him an estimate for a diagnostic fee to figure out what is going on with the kitchen faucet, and then an estimate for a cartridge replacement. The homeowner wanted to get the PRV done and the diagnostic fee. I started by disconnecting the supply lines and opening the stops to make sure that there was no debris inside the lines, and there wasn

Upon arrival customer stated that he can not get he shower to turn on he had tried and the handle broke off and when he tried to get it to turn with a pair of pliers it wouldn’t budge upon my inspection I came to the conclusion that the Moen shower cartridge was seized inside the shower valve body not allowing it to turn. I explained to the customer that the shower cartridge would need to be replaced and that I would need to get a quick pressure test on the home and asked him where his water heater was he showed me to a closet in the garage and when I went to take my pressure test I found that the water heater was full of sediment and the drain would not drain. I explained to the customer of the issues this could cause and he expressed that he would like an estimate to get it replaced. I then went to both of the out side hose bibs and on read 130 psi and the other read 120psi. I then explained to the customer that the pressure on the home was way higher than it should be and let him kn
