Upon arrival, customer showed me his two toilets that were backed up as well as the shower. I went out and checked the clean out outside the house, and there was no standing water so that meant that the blockage was somewhere under the house. I informed the customer that I had to pull a toilet and run my cable he approved I also informed him that it would be best to run a sewer camera to check what’s going on. He approved I began by pulling the toilet and running my cable until water started to drain. I ran my camera and saw that there is a tissue blockage I went in the crawlspace and saw that there was a pipe that was cut open. I am formed this to the customer. I am plug the line, but I also informed the customer that it would be best to fix that. He also agreed and signed off to my estimate to repair that section after the repair was done made sure to test ran every fixture to the house there was no further leaks. Upon arrival, customer stated that he had three toilets that were not flushing stop somewhere. He told me you had a clean out outside, so I went to go look at it upon opening the car started running out of the pipe, and there was visible wipes. I informed him that I had to run my sewer machine to unclog it. Customer approved estimate to run my drain machine through the clean out upon pushing it I could feel the blockage. After the water went down in the clean out, I asked the customer if you could flush all the toilets in the house everything drained perfectly fine I informed him that it was probably a clogged full of wipes just because I saw wipes opening the clean out. I arrived to the property in the customer had a three-quarter inch pecks waterline sticking above the ground 2 feet. After discussing with the customer about how it shouldn’t have been done that way, I gave the customer a price to either dig up the waterline roughly 3 feet long and Correctly, buried the whole waterline or else cut the piping at ground level and cap it off. The customer chose to go with the option of capping off the waterline at ground level. Afterwards, I pressurized the waterline and there were no more leaks. There is a one year parts and labor warranty.
