Issue: system not cooling and froze up yesterday due that is low on refrigerant. Airhandler is Rheem about 52 years old located in a closet. It has a washable air filter that is really dirty, customer cleaned it herself. Evaporator is really rusty. Found blower motor bearings wearing out and blower wheel dirty, I didn’t quote to replace motor due that system is 52 years old and I don’t know if they still make motors for this system. Condenser is 2.5 tons Payne about 22 years old located backside side of the townhouse with R22 refrigerant. Explained customer that currently her only way to heat the house is with the auxiliary heat (electric heat from indoor unit) because the outdoor unit is only a conventional a/c instead of a Heatpump, Heatpumps basically does heat (primary heat) and cool but once ambient temperature goes below 40 degrees it will need the help of the auxiliary heat (secondary heat) to heat the property more efficient, at the time of upgrading the we can do same setup

Estimate for outside house bib replacement.

KSPEHC was called out for gas and faucet issue. Homeowner explained there is a gas line in the back yard sticking way out from an old pool heater. He would like that removed and capped. Inside the home they have two bathrooms that needs to have trim kits replaced for tub/shower , shower and faucet replaced for garden tub. Tech provided estimate for all tasks to be completed. Approval was given for all tasks to be performed. After installation was completed tech tested all connections made for leaks and proper function. No issues at this time.

Came out to the Williams residence to do a repair on the service where a tree had taken it out some re attached the weather head to the soffit as well as push the excess wire back in the house that was outisde as well as installed a new eye bolt to the right of the service line.(1 year warranty.) If a permit need to be pulled it will be an additional fee.

Depending on when the power company comes out.

Ms Delastic showed me the front yard water line from the meter was leaking. I gave her two estimates to repair the leak or to replace 3/4” water line with new shutoff.

Customer would like Eaton Ultra Surge installed in panel. Quote was sent onto him to be looked over. Will be in touch.
