The toilet in the back bedroom bathroom has a leaking flush valve. Keep smiling will replace it out courtesy with management approval. There will be no warranty for any of the parts or labor. Took the tank off the bowl. Replaced the flush valve, and new tank to bowl gasket with bolts. Flushed several times to ensure no leaks present.

The toilet parts are starting to fail. One handle is broken in the hall bathroom. The flappers are starting to disintegrate replacing all the parts in the toilets will take care of all the issues. New fill valve, flappers, and toilet handles. Cannot warranty due to high pressure.
