Upon arrival customer claimed to have a leak coming from her faucet and another one under her kitchen sink. After inspecting I saw that the only thing leaking was the faucet and was dropping down to her cabinets. The leak was coming from the base of the faucet. Not from the head nor the handle. There was no way in repairing the faucet. I explained this to the customer and recommended to replace her faucet. I gave her a couple option to choose from and chose the (Good) faucet. She signed estimate and I ran to be the new faucet. After completing, I turned water on to test and no leaks were seen, customer was very satisfied. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Dixon. He brought me into his garage to show me his two-year-old tankless water heater heater that he would like for us to maintenance. He has not experienced any issues during his time using it. I informed him what the maintenance entails and provided an estimate. Mr. Dixon agreed to the price, allowing me to move forward. I set up a bucket full of vinegar and a pump in order to perform the routine flush. As the flush was happening, I cleaned out the relevant filters and inspected the temperature probes. After the flush was completed, I purged the system of any excess vinegar. The tankless water heater operated properly After the work was completed. No other issues were noticed during the visit. * No Warranty on flushes.
Came out to the Stemp residence to install 4 new 6 in canless recessed lights on a dimmer in the living room. While I was here Mr.Stemp asked if I could take and disconnect 4 lights where it was 3 lights on one switch and 1 on the other in his gameing area. Also while I was here he had mentioned every time he plugs in the vacuum in his room it trips the breaker upon diagnostic the tech thinks the breaker is being overloaded so advised either to plug it up in his bathroom or we can run a new circuit to it.Also while speaking with him he pointed out on of his motion sensored plates one of them was shorting out to due to lose connection on the back of the outlets.(1 year warranty.)(not responsible for drywall damage.)

On arrival visually inspected 2013 Trane heatpump r410a system for no heat. After discussing with homeowner found that two rooms feel colder than the rest of home. The two rooms in questions are corner rooms with two exterior walls and a big window causing some heat loss. Checked rise and have a 38° heat rise between return air and supply air temperatures at vents. It s recommended to turn the heat up a degree or two to where homeowner is comfortable and leave bedroom doors open as often as possible to help circulate warm air in home. After talking with the homeowner he explained that he’s just trying to prolong the life of the heaters. After inspecting work, I was able to give the homeowner a proper estimate to get both water heaters flushed. I gave the homeowner an estimate for $96 to flush both heaters. I explained to the homeowner that while I was flushing the heaters I will be checking everything around the heater to make sure that it was up to code and working properly. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. I did not notice anything that was wrong with the heaters and everything was up to code. I took the Fossett head apart and remove a plastic washer that was stopping the rubber washer for making connections to the en

Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what issues they were having. After he explained the issues to me I wrote up a diagnostic fee to check the lights within the kitchen and the GFCI on the back porch. I found that the lights had full power, good connections, and no damage. I concluded that the slight flicker he’s been experiencing is due to the LED drivers within the bulbs themselves caused when a large appliance starts pulling power. The GFCI on the back porch was disconnected, but aged. So I recommended to have it changed out with a new device. Once completed out showed our client my work and he was very pleased. I collected payment and left shortly after. 1 Year Warranty.
upon arrival cuatomer claimed she had a leak coming from her attic and she thought it was a roofing issue that she got fixed but it was still leaking. after looking inside attic i saw that it was the AC condensation line leaking with a broken elbow. i told her it was an easy fix she didnt have to worry to much about, which brought her relief. i gave her a estimate to get work done and she agreed immediately. after i got signatures i went straight to work. repaired leak with 2 couplings and a new elbow. after making last connection i waited for 30 min before to make sure glue dried and to finally test. after customer turned her ac on again. i made sure there were no leaks before i left, so the painters can continue to work. comes with a 90 day warranty.
