KSPEHC was called out for ruptured water line in garage under water heater. Once on site tech was able to see multiple spots where water is exposing itself to the surface of the concrete slab. Water only begins to escape when the hot water system is turned on. When the water heater shut off valve is off the water no longer escapes. This signifies that it is a hot line or lines that have ruptured and need to be located accessed and repaired.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the shift leader at Jittery Joes. He showed me the situation with the drain dedicated for the espresso machine. After assessing the situation it appeared that the stoppage was isolated in that branch line. I created an estimate and called the location manager, Sarah, to talk about the situation. Sarah understood the drain cleaning recommendation and agreed to the estimate. I attempted to use each of the different style drain cleaning machines off of my van in an attempt to clear out this blockage. None of the machines had any success. What I had on hand was not proper for this situation. My supervisor drove out to bring a different drain machine that was properly designed for this situation. After a little bit of time using this drain machine, we successfully cleared out the blockage. We ran water from a hose for a minimum of five minutes down the drain to help flush the P-trap even further. The dedicated drain line is no longer blocked up. I advised th

Hall bath toilet is extremely slow to fill up, as a repair, we would need to replace the fill valve and the supply line in order to fix how slow the toilet itself fills up. Due to a family medical issue she was interested in a pressure, assisted toilet, or a power flush. I have quoted for the repair or the installation of a power flush toilet in the hall bath. In the master, the toilet was rocking, I got down and inspected the bolts. The bolt on the right, was able to pull up immediately, indicating a broken flange, which is where the toilet seats. If this is broken, this will need to be replaced.

After checking the other parts of the home, it was an issue amongst all of the bathrooms in the home. First II arrived to the property and the customer is having issues in their master bathroom shower when the toilet was flushed, it would reduce the water volume significantly. After checking the other parts of the home, it was an issue amongst all of the bathrooms in the home. First I replaced the pressure reducing valve, hoping that that would fix the water balance issues in the home which it was unsuccessful. Next to just rule it out I replace the fill valve in the master bathroom toilet and that did not work either. I gave the customer the option to take out the material used and not charge or anything or else just charge. Her material cost of $107.38. Customer chose to keep the materials and pay for the material use

I checked her pressure and it was at 95 psi. Spoke to Ken for approval on replacing prv and installing a new flapper. After both repairs were made I checked the new pressure and it was at 50 psi.
