House has 2 systems. Airhandler is Ducane about 6 years old located in the attic and it does upstairs. Replaced air filter 20x20x1 provided by customer. Replace fill valve in master bathroom Kohler toilet. Comes with 1 year parts and labor warranty.

Customer has leak on main water service line right at water meter. It is likely at a transition fitting just past meter. Water is full in box and water is flowing down hill from box. There is a large tree and lots of roots. Gave quote for spot repair for immediate fix. Customer approved and I dug down to expose pipe. Cut several roots out of hole. Found water line to be PVC. Leak is at plastic threaded adapter into brass fitting. I cut out the whole gate valve and removed. I glued new pvc adapter on with gate valve. I replaced section of pipe from meter to gate valve with copper. I used street elbows because the pipe do not line up and that’s why it leaked. So much tension was on water line pushed by roots. With elbows the tension is relieved. Waited 1 hour for pvc glue to dry. Turned water on and flushed main line out. No leaks on my repair. I backfilled as best as possible but not much dirt. Lots of rocks and roots in ground. We are not responsible for landscaping. No warranty on rep

At today’s visit, I installed a 50A car charger circuit directly beneath the panel. The breaker protecting the circuit is a QO 2pole 50A breaker. The wiring installed is a 6/3 romex cable. The receptacle installed is an EV rated Nema 14-50r receptacle. Upon completion, the outlet was tested had has proper voltage. We also tested the charger as well and began charging the car. All parts supplied and installed by Keep Smiling Co. come with a 1 year warranty.

Issue: system leaking water due that condensation drain line is clogged. House has 1 system. Airhandler is Trane about 11 years old located in the attic. It has a clean air filter 16x20x1. Found some water at emergency drain pan, customer said that it gets full during the day and they take the water out every day, customer informed me that part of the garage ceiling fell off because of the water, they repaired the ceiling and but system keeps leaking, I didn’t notice the system has a primary safety float switch at condensation drain line and drain pan safety float switch at emergency drain pan but they didn’t cut off power to system when emergency drain pan is full of water because both safeties are wired wrong, suggested to rewire them properly so they can cut off power to system when system gets a clogged drain line and leaks water at emergency drain pan. Found blower motor bearings wearing out, suggested to replace blower motor with its capacitor. Found blower wheel dirty, suggeste

At today’s visit, I spoke with Mr. Bouler. He informed me that he is looking to have a 240v circuit installed in the garage for a car charger. We talked about the different location preferences as well as sizing for the charger. He currently has a 30A charger but was interested in the idea of future proofing the circuit thus I provided two estimates were I would be installing 50A wiring, Nema 14-50r receptacle as well as a 50A breaker. The only difference between the two estimates is in regards to location of the 240v outlet. Both estimates have been sent over to the email on file.
Excellent!

This is my second time using this company and once again I am very pleased their service. I will continue to use this company for any issues I have in the future.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had downstairs hall bathroom toilet that backed up and flooded. After talking with the homeowner she explained that she is on septic. I asked her what happened and she explained that yesterday around noon. The toilet in the hall bathroom downstairs, suddenly backed up. she explained that they tried to clean up the water with towels and then run the laundry but then after running the laundry, it made the toilet downstairs back up again. I took a look at the clean out outside to see if it was holding water and it is not. I had the homeowner flush the hall bathroom toilet while I was taking a look at the clean out and I saw the water from the toilet flow pass the clean out. I had her flush the toilet another four or five times to see if the clean out was back up and it did not. From there the homeowner explained that she cleaned up one of the dogs messes and flushed it down the toilet, and that was around the time that it backed up. I explain to the h

Upon arrival, customer claim to have a leak on his water heater and wanted to figure out what was the cost to repair. After inspecting it, I saw that the pipe popped out of place due to wrong glue used on cpvc. I gave him an option to repair and to replace, but he went with the repair option. I re-pipe the water heater and Pex , due to polybutylene all over the house there will be no warranty. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!!

Upon arrival, customer stated that when upstairs hall bath toilet was used, she could hear a whistling noise co in fron tank. After further inspection, found that water pressure in home was over 100psi. Due to high water pressure, fill valve for same toilet was affected and caused whistling sound. High water pressure will cause fill valves to fail since pressure is trying to release and fill valves are plastic. Recommended replacement of pressure regulator valve located in crawlspace. Also, if fill valve continues to create sound when flushed, fill valve replacement will be recommended. Customer we agreed with pressure valve replacement. Shut water off to home, drained lines, cut out old prv and installed new double union pressure valve. Properly connected to existing copper. Turned water back on, pressurized lines and tested. No leaks were detected. One year warranty on work done today. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling Plumbing
Awesome service

Upon arrival, customer stated that they were looking to have electric water heater flushed. After further inspection, found that water heater was nearly 12 years old and customer was hit sure if it had been flushed in the past. Due to no known maintenance history and age of heater, we did not recommend flushing. Stated that when heater is flushed and filled back up, the pressure being reintroduced to the tank could cause possible issues, such as tank leaking. Presented quote on performing a diagnostic on elements and thermostats, and also a quote for replacement. Customer decided to have heater replaced. Shut water off to heater, turned breaker off, drained and removed. Placed new Bradford White 50 gallon electric heater in new pan, and made proper connections to existing pex piping. New expansion tank was installed and pumped to match home water pressure. Made proper connections to wiring, after installation was complete, turned water back on, pressurized lines and tested. No leaks we
They tried charging me 1600 for a RO system install where I provided the unit. They also quoted $880 to install a PRV.

I was met on site by Mr. Thomas. An appointment was scheduled with Keep Smiling for potentially installing a customer supplied filtration for the kitchen sink. I assessed the product and cabinetry in order to gain an idea of what it would take to install it. Mr. Thomas allowed me to inspect his water pressure. The thermal expansion tank was too high to properly inspect without a ladder. The water pressure exceeded 80 psi. I explained to Mr. Thomas the importance and risks related to the water pressure. I also added that the expansion tank will typically fail too when the pressure is high. I completed the assessment and put together a couple options for us to discuss. For now, Mr. Thomas declined the work but agreed to have me email the estimates. I let Mr. Thomas know that I can speak with my supervisor about possible price matching if he decides to reach back out to us. The dispatch fee was charged today. It was a pleasure meeting you today! Thank you for calling Keep Smiling!

Install 2 tankless condensate lines on both heaters running over to mop sink to stop leak and so that tankless can run properly. They were suppose to be installed with heater when building was built. Has been 5 years with out it. Possible tankless damage because water was building up on the inside of the tankless heater.

On arrival I was met with the manager of WNB wings she told me that one of their floor drains in the kitchen was clogged and it was making a bad smell I told her that we would need to snake it I gave her a price and she approved it. I went in with my flex shaft, and just after a couple feet I hit the blockage and cleared it. I tested it by running some water from a nearby hose that they had there. I unclogged the floor drain. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing

Client called us out for a backed up kitchen sink. Ran k400 to clear grease blockage. After restoring flow, cleaned up all job related debris. Not responsible for previous/existing water damage. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling

Your kind words mean a lot to us. Thanks for the positive feedback.

Upon arrival customer claimed that her washing machine hose was stuck on the valve and couldn’t take it off. She mentioned that when they came to replace her washing machine the cold side hose was giving them a hard time and that’s when they told her to call a plumber out here. I first gave her a diagnostic fee to try to take off the hose bib. Customer also gave me permission to cut hole in sheet rock to see what type of Pipe the home has. After trying to take off the hose the valve itself started twisting on me so that’s when I decided to bring up the second estimate to the customer, to replace both valves. She agreed on estimate and signed off again. After completing work, I pressurized the system and checked for leaks. No leaks were seen I did install her new washing machine out of courtesy because I was already there. 1 year warranty Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!!
Jonathon provided excellent service and explained everything happening with the blower motor on our hvac. Really nice guy who took the time to explain a complicated situation that is causing a spike in our electric bill and sometimes making the outside unit come on when unit is not. We will likely use Keep Smiling if we end up having to replace the motor due to Jonathans good service!!

I called someone about a leak in my front yard and a tech was here within an hour. Professional, accurate, problem was resolved with minimum cosmetics of the lawn being dug up. No extra costs like most companies once they started. Isaac and his partners were fabulous. Isaac ball parked on the high side and when he gave me the cost I was shocked at how affordable it truly was.
