Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what issues they’ve been having. A number of outlets in the kitchen and dinning room had no power due to a tripped GFCI. I informed our client about the GFCI needing replacing and she requested to have them emailed to her so she could consider them. I collected the dispatch fee and left her with a card.

Able to fully observe a chirping noise this time around, it looks like it was coming from the boxes in the attic next to the heater. Did not see any signs of any issues with the heater at this time. All water was continuously, hot without interruption.

Arrived on the job and spoke with our customer about what they would be needing. After looking through the panel and counting up the breakers I wrote up a price to present. After some discussion I spoke with my manager to find out the best price we could give. Once we came to an agreement I collected a signature, found a good day to perform the work, and left them with a card. Work will be performed Friday, October 11th. Arrived Friday 11th and hunted down the problem. After some searching I found that the neutral had been removed from the tap during a fan instillation. After correcting the tap the problem was solved. Customer was very pleased and payment was collected shortly after. 1 Year Warranty

I arrived to the property in the customer had a leak coming through the shower door of his master bathroom. It was causing water damage to the sheet rock near the shower. I recommended him to have a handyman re-caulk the shower to solve the issue. Upon a safety inspection of the home I found the pressure was at 83 psi, and the thermal expansion tank was full of water. I replaced the customers pressure reducing valve and thermal expansion tank. there is a one year parts and labor warranty.

KSPEHC was called out for a toilet running. While on site tech was shown to the master bathroom toilet. Tech noticed the fill valve for the toilet would not stop the water from filling the tank. Tech explained that this is usually caused by high static pressure or by age and sometimes both. Tech checked pressure on system and saw that it read 60 psi. At this time tech located pressure valve and noticed that the adjustment bolt was threaded in close to the lock nut. This means the regulator has already been adjusted in order to maintain proper pressure. Adjusting a regulator is a sign that the regulator is failing and needs to be replaced in order to maintain a safe operating water distribution system. Tech provided options for necessary repairs. Husband was unavailable to take part in the conversation/decision making at this time. Homeowner will reach out once a decision has been made Tech also mentioned financing options

Upon arrival. I was greeted by Mr. Ketchum. He provided his authorization signature for myself and the dig team to get started. The dig team was successful at trenching and boreing in order to run the new water line. I connected the line with a dual check valve at the meter. The new shut off and pressure valve were installed in staircase cavity. I pressurized the system and expelled all of the air after everything was connected. No signs of leaks on any of the new connections. The new pressure valve allowed for approximately 50 psi. I adjusted the pressure up to approximately 65 psi. A few minor dirt footprints we found on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. I believe I got all of the dirt successfully scrubbed off. Mr. Ketchum was made aware of this. I applied hydraulic cement to patch the hole on the foundation where the new line was ran through. I advised Mr. Ketchum to inspect the work over the next few days. * 5 year warranty on exterior work. * 1 year warranty on interior work.

On arrival found condensate pump constantly running, safety drain pan full of water and overflowing, vinyl tubing clogged as well as 3/4” pvc Ptrap. Pan safety switch never activated to shut system down, technician recommends replacing. Condensate pump is struggling to pump water up and out vinyl tubing and technician also recommends replacing that as soon as possible as it could completely go out at anytime. Vacuumed water from pan, cleared condensate drain Ptrap and vinyl tubing with compressed air. Tested drain and pump system and flushed with two gallons of water. System is now draining, however pump is having a hard time keeping up. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a great day. Homeowner would like a hard copy of receipt mailed to her as she has no email at this time.

Explained to the customer that it needed to be turned onto the hot side and wait a minute and it will come out hot.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Ketchum. He brought me to the foundation at the house to show me the leak in his main waterline. I examined the yard and the cavity under the stairs where the line would have to be ran and put together an estimate for a replacement. Mr. Ketchum has verbally agreed to let us perform the work. He and his wife are first wanting to figure out the method of payment they want to agree on. Out of pocket versus financing. This job is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday morning, September 9. No dispatch fee was charged.

Upon arrival I was informed that the light over the sink working properly up until recently when the light had a 4 min delay to come on. Eventually the light stopped working completely. The light was a can light trim with integrated LED and the actual unit itself went bad. We came to this conclusion because, when we put a regular bulb, it worked perfectly.

At todays visit, Mr. McDaniel is interested in having a quad receptacle installed in the garage to power radio equipment, having wiring installed for a split unit which would be n the garage, as well as having whole home surge protection installed. With all of this, it would require at minimum 5 slots in the breaker panel to achieve the desired goal. However there are only 3 slots available. Therefore, it was recommended for either a panel replacement for one which has more slots, or having a sub panel installed reach the same goal. Three estimates were built, the first covering having the panel installed along with two circuits and surge protection. The second estimate covers having a sub panel installed along with the two circuits and surge protection. The third estimate covers having just the circuits installed.

I arrived to the property in the customer had a 20-year-old un-maintained water heater that was showing early signs of failure and had an active leak. The pressure on the home was in the high 70s and the pressure reducing valve was undersized. I gave the customer quote to replace pressure reducing valve, main water shut off to the home, and water heater. I replaced their water heater with a 50 gallon commercial grade electric water heater and installed a high quality Watts pressure reducing valve. I pressurize the system and tested for any weeks. There is a one year parts and labor warranty as well as the six year manufacturing warranty on the water heater.

I called someone about a leak in my front yard and a tech was here within an hour. Professional, accurate, problem was resolved with minimum cosmetics of the lawn being dug up. No extra costs like most companies once they started. Isaac and his partners were fabulous. Isaac ball parked on the high side and when he gave me the cost I was shocked at how affordable it truly was.

I arrived to the property in the customer had a leak on their main waterline. After discussing the condition of the customers pipes, the best option was to replace the main waterline from the meter up to the home. We ended up pulling the waterline at no additional cost to the customer due to the layout of their yard. After several hours, we were able to replace the waterline from the meter to the home. We pulled a total of five repairs out of the waterline. I Pressurized the system and tested for any leaks. There is a five year parts of labor warrants.
