Arrived at customer house with concerns of no power in room and bathroom after checking panel and outlets I changed out j box in bathroom and made it secure and safe also changed out gfci in bathroom cause it was bad also changed outlet in bedroom by hallway.

Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what work he needed performed. He informed me that he was not expecting the work today and was wanting a quote. I wrote up some options for installing circuits to feed a dishwasher and gas/electric stove and sent them over to our client. He will be reaching out in the future to have the work performed.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowners are in the process of moving and they had their house inspected and it came back that the hall bathroom toilet was a little loose and the master vanity had a leak. After talking with the homeowners, they explained that they are moving so they had the house inspected and they just want to get the problems that came up taken care of. After inspecting hall bathroom toilet, I found that the toilet was secured to the floor well and was firm if you would try to rock it. I explain to the homeowner that it is code for toilets to be caulked to the floor. Give them extra stability and all around looks nicer. After inspecting whole bathroom toilet, they showed me to the master bathroom where the vanity leak was. After inspecting master vanity, I ran water in the sink and immediately saw that it was dripping from the pop-up assembly. I explained that I could try to repair it, and if I am unsuccessful, then we would have to move to replacing it. I asked homeow
