My shower was leaking. I spent Sunday working outside and I’ve not been able to shower. I called this morning and Marcus was dispatched this afternoon. I showed Marcus where the leak was leaving rings and my suspicion as to where it was coming from. He reassured me that he would do his best and since I’ve been a frequent leak flyer, promised to keep me apprised of any changing costs. I was so relieved when he said “yeah, I can fix this” and did so quickly! His experience and expertise made the price easily justifiable. He treated the area expertly and even treated the area with some preventative mold spray. Thank you Marcus

Zach provided High quality service. He was Friendly and knowledgeable.

Upon arrival customer stated that he has bought 2 new vanity’s to go in his sons bathroom and daughters bathroom. I took some measurements to make sure the vanity’s would work and they will work perfectly. I let the customer know that the water lines are coming up through the floor and if we don’t move them into the wall that he may see them after the installation is done. He said that would be fine. I gave the customer a price to get the vanity’s installed and he agreed Scope of work- Remove one 48in vanity with a tile surround and install a new customer supplied vanity in its place. And remove a 31in vanity and install a new customer supplied vanity in its place. I also added a new dishwasher tail piece and hooked up the basement dishwasher drain. 1 year warranty labor and parts supplied by Keepsmiling Keep smiling is not responsible for any sheet rock repairs that may be needed or any cosmetic damage caused during demolition

Returned in order to follow through with replacing Mr. Lewis‘s main water service line. The dig team executed their portion of the project with the necessary trenching and boring in order to run the 1 inch black poly. They also drilled a new hole through the foundation for the pipe to enter from. I installed a new dual check valve at the meter along with a new main shut off and pressure valve inside the garage. I adapted from the 1 inch black poly down to 3/4 inch white PEX the remainder of the way before adapting into the existing copper that feeds the house. I insulated and strapped most of the new pipe in order to keep everything stable and protected. The pipe was ran up the wall and across the ceiling in order to keep it out of the way of the water heater. With everything connected, I pressurized the system. None of the new connections show any signs of leaks. The water meter was static. This indicates that there are no other hidden leaks. I applied some hydraulic cement to plug up

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the Douglas family. Mr. Douglas was the main point of communication for this job. What he asked me to for the faucet and drainage for the newly installed cabinetry and sink in the basement. He also requested that I perform a routine flush of their tankless water heater. There was also curiosity about their upstairs refrigerator. I took a quick look at the refrigerator and confirmed with him that the issue is with the appliance itself. I disconnected the supply line and successfully ran water into a cup. After taking some time to examine the cabinetry, I put together some options for Mr. Douglas and I to discuss. An estimate was agreed upon, allowing me to move forward. Faucet was a customer supplied item while everything with the drainage was supplied by myself. I also had to connect a second emergency shut off on the hot pipe so that the remodeler can install the dishwasher. I got everything connected and tested for operation and drainage. The faucet o
Very quick and concise fix! Thank you for being so pleasant and accommodating

Install new p trap under kitchen sink comes with 6 month warranty.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had master bathroom that there was a real bad sewer smell and they could not find where it was coming from. After talking with the homeowner I found that this issue started happening yesterday, but progressively got worse throughout the night. I went downstairs to see if I could find any weeks that may be going on, and there were none. I asked the homeowner how often they use the master bath tub, and they explained that they have not used it for the past three years. They also explained that the right vanity in the master bathroom Has been cut off for the past year. I explain to the homeowner that all the plumbing in her house has P-trap’s to keep the sewer gas smells out. I explain that when you don’t use water for so long that the P-trap can evaporate, so we ran water throughout the entirety of the master bathroom to refill all the P-trap’s to see if that is the issue. I explained that we could wait and see, and if the sewer gas smell persists,

Upon arrival I was shown to the basement bathroom where the drain system was holding water. After a little bit of investigation I found the sewage ejector pump was not plugged in, and the valve for it was turned to the off position. After turning the valve on and plugging it in the system is functioning normally. All that needs to be done how is to set the toilet back in place. Ensure no leaks and the toilet is stable. Installed the toilet. Flushed multiple times to make sure there were no leaks.

The Jones’ have been experiencing intermittent hot water in home. They have a 4 year old Rheem ECOH200DVLN-2 tankless water heater located in basement. Upon diagnosis found that it is coding out with code “12” which is “No ignition”. Upon further diagnosis and troubleshooting with Rheem tech support, we found that left side flame rod is bent or slightly damaged. (See pictures) Rheem recommended that we replace flame rods, which they will replace under warranty and send to customer.(parts warranty is up in June of 2025) They also recommended that we pull gas burner to clean, replace gas supply line from 1/2” to 3/4” and descale heat exchanger which has never been done. Rheem requires a descale of heat exchanger no more than every 2 years in North Georgia. Failure to do this will cause irreversible damage to unit. The Jones’ optid to replace water heater.
Explained to me the issue clearly Discussed options and associated risks Gave me confidence that the best solution offered, while expensive, would have the best overall long term results. Worked quickly and efficiently Cleaned up without being asked. I was able to work uninterrupted while they were able to do the same. And they were both dog people! Very happy. Thank you

Came out to the Fritz residence to diagnose why the outlets in the kitchen where not working as well as the dishwasher upon diagnostic discovered there to be a outlet that had faulty connections on it which caused it to short out as well as the breaker on kitchen Gfci 1 was not working properly (dual function so had to replace a outlet with a Gfci.)The dishwasher was a faulty dual function breaker so we replaced it with a standard and restored power.tested before we left and everything that was discussed for this visit is working as it should.(1 year warranty.)Mrs.Fritz said she is okay with replacing the outlets and Gfci with a white one instead of ivory.

Upon arrival customer stated that he is remodeling his basement and would like a new shower valve installed and would also like me to look at his master bathroom faucet that had low water pressure he had also expressed to me that he would like to have an automatic water shutoff installed in case of emergency and also needed me to look at his water heater from 2008 and give him a quote to get it replaced. He had the shower valve on site and ready to be installed and where the water comes into the house had plenty of room to fit in a Flo by Moen automatic water shutoff. The master bathroom faucet had low water pressure because during he basement remodel when the water lines were being capped there must have been some dust that got into the line and made its way to the master bathroom and clogged the faucets aerator. Upon inspecting the water heater I noticed that it is an 80gal electric heater with an old gate valve and a thermal expansion tank that had failed the heater itself is about

Super fast to answer all My concerns.
After a poor first experience with this company, they reached out and went above and beyond to help us. If I were to have a complex plumbing problem, I would call Scott at this company for help. Thank you for your good work.
When I called this morning I accurately described the job needed. Remove the two toliet screws, tip it and get the eyeglasses out. It is exactly what my strong, mechanical0minded daughter did 8 months ago when my husband (dementia) flushed his eyeglasses once before. When the worker got here he wrote an invoice for $332. (that was with "discounts". I had precisely described the job on the phone!!! Why didn't you tell me then (I ASKED) what the price would be? Answer: You didn't tell me because you wanted us in a position of acquiescing to your ridiculous prices (SCAM)
Fernando is the most knowledgeable young man! He is polite and respectful, and answers all questions thoroughly. He certainly deserves the highest rating possible and is an asset to the company
Barry came in and immediately tackled my issue. He informed of different options and what would be more beneficial in the long run for our house. He addressed the potential water damage from our leaking water heater and sent our info to a restoration company. Although we didn't go through with the replacement. I highly recommend Barry coming out for repairs. He installed my garbage disposal previously and did amazing!
James was courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish, outlined all of the options clearly,
