Jared was great. Professional. Kept me informed throughout the visit. Gave me options with good explanations. Answered my questions well. Will definitely call him when we have a plumbing issue.

After arrival customer has a clogged toilet in hallway bathroom. Talking with the ms pat we went ahead with a new toilet install. We will be installing a new kholer toilet in hall bathroom. Dispose of old toilet. Comes with 1 year warranty.

Upon arrival customer stated that he is remodeling his basement and would like a new shower valve installed and would also like me to look at his master bathroom faucet that had low water pressure he had also expressed to me that he would like to have an automatic water shutoff installed in case of emergency and also needed me to look at his water heater from 2008 and give him a quote to get it replaced. He had the shower valve on site and ready to be installed and where the water comes into the house had plenty of room to fit in a Flo by Moen automatic water shutoff. The master bathroom faucet had low water pressure because during he basement remodel when the water lines were being capped there must have been some dust that got into the line and made its way to the master bathroom and clogged the faucets aerator. Upon inspecting the water heater I noticed that it is an 80gal electric heater with an old gate valve and a thermal expansion tank that had failed the heater itself is about

Dispatch fee $39.00

Customer wanted quotes bathroom faucets, and a shower cartridge

At today’s visit, Mrs. Bobbi was looking to get an estimate to update the lighting in the basement kitchen area. She has an existing 2x4 fixture that is off center with the kitchen and she’d like it centered to the two cabinets above the microwave. She would also like to add two pendant fixtures while removing the existing chandelier. An estimate was provided for this work.

Emergency stop valve has failed underneath bathroom vanity. Emergency stop is threaded onto 1/2” Sch 40 pipe. Keep Smiling will need to cut of existing valve and glue on a new male adapter inside the wall and then install a new threaded emergency angle stop.

KSPEHC was called out for ruptured water service line. When tech arrived water was already turned off to the home. Tech turned water back on in order to possibly determine where water was exposing itself. It was unclear where the failed section of piping is located. This could be an outside repair or a slab repair inside the home. Tech strongly recommends having a specialized leak detection company locate the failed section. Options were provided for repair and replacement.

Upon arrival customer stated that the kitchen sink would not drains upon my inspection I found that the garbage disposal was full of rust so I turned the motor manually and that broke up some of the rust allowing the sink to drain I let the customer know that this will keep happening until he gets the disposal replaced. Customer was left with 2 estimates to fix this issue

Customer is getting ready to purchase a hot tub and would like an estimate for a dedicated circuit. I will have to run power from the electrical panel located in the garage, out to the back yard to a GFCI disconnect. Then from the disconnect, I’ll run power out, into the hot tub itself.

I arrived on the job and breifly spoke with our client about what work he would like performed. After looking over the location, and given that the material was provided, I verbally gave him a discounted price. We were unable to come to an agreement on the price so we said our goodbyes.

Upon arrival, customer claimed she had two issues going on in her kitchen, one being the kitchen faucet leaking and not being able to be turned off, and the second one was the garbage disposal, not turning on. After inspecting it, I saw that the faucet had a cartridge issue, but she was looking into the replacement option more. I then saw her garbage disposal was rusting from the bottom and where it’s connected to the sink. I did run a couple tests on the garbage disposal first before bringing up the replacement option. The electrical panel was tripped, I switched it back and it still won’t hum or buzz. I then gave her multiple options to see which one qualified for her needs. But she thought we were much cheaper than what we are. We went as far as her supplying everything. But she said at the end that she has to talk to the big boss and will get back at us by this weekend. I told her I will be sending her every single estimate to her email so she can talk to it he big boss about it.

$79 dispatch fee The toilet in the master bathroom is completely clogged. It will not go down from the rim of the toilet. Need to try and clear it with the use of a toilet auger. If that does not work will need to call a septic company to have the septic tank checked. Used the toilet auger to clear the soft blockage.

Up stairs master bathroom and laundry room are backing up. We will need to pull a toilet in master bathroom to access drain line. We will run a drain machine to snake the upstairs main line to clear partial main line stoppage. Reinstall toilet check for leaks and proper flow.

Upon arrival customer claimed she thought a pipe burst in the garage ceiling because water was coming down, right after customer took a shower. After some investigation and the diagnostic fee. I cut open the ceiling where the water was coming down and saw no pipes.(vanity sink was on top) I cut open another spot where the shower drain was at and it was dry as a bone. I then checked the sink cabinets inside and saw that it was very wet but both shut off valves and p trap were dry. I then saw a bucket and a mop in their restroom and asked the customer what was that about and I also showed her where her sink was wet. She immediately called her husband and we came to conclusion her toddler was messing with water and made a huge mess and they never told the wife. I stayed at the meter for a couple minutes to check for any leaks but it was still. I then ran water on their shower to expect a large amount of water to gush down the hole I made and no water was seen. We told the customer it wa

At today’s visit, the tenant Mrs. Candice was expericing an issue with the bathroom receptacles in the home. The first floor bathroom second floor hall bathroom outlets were not working at all. In the master bathroom, the receptalce closest to the door was melted and not working and the gfci on the other side of the bathroom vanity was on and functional. Given the gfci was on and working, and the rest were not, it was apparent to me that the master bathroom receptacle that was melted was the primary issue causing power loss to the other areas. I spoke with Mrs. Susan who is the property manager in regards to the repair today. I recommended having the melted receptalce replaced as opposed to doing diagnostic work as it was evident it was an issue that needed to be addressed. Mrs. Susan agreed to this estimate to replace this device. Once the device was opened up and pulled out, it became evident that the device had melted due to an improper installation. When the receptacle was original

Came out to the Dublin residence for some outlets that where not working on the outside upon diagnostic discovered multiple outlets where cracked and malfunctioning as well as someone ran a wire that went to a end that was cut off that was just buried in the ground disconnected power from that and replaced all 5 cracked and malfunctioning outlets.(1 year warrnaty.)

Came out to the Holmes residence to replace a wall sconce light that was giving him issues when he put the globe on.The tech replaced it with a surface mount halo light that had a little bit of black spots on it that he was okay with.(90 day warranty)

Upon arrival customer claimed to have a leak on the gasket I replaced on his emergency stop , I recommended to have the valve replaced because i didn’t want to replace the gasket again and have the same problem in the future. Customer agreed to replace at a lower cost than the price book since I’ve worked on the valve before and instead of having 6 month warranty, it dropped down to 3 months since the pressure is at 90psi I advised customer to have his prv replaced soon since it can cause more issues in the future. No leaks were seen Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!
Fernando has been to our home twice now, and both times, he has been absolutely fantastic! He is professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Upon arrival, customer stated her front and back hose bibs were shut off and no water was running. After further inspection, I noticed the two shut off valves for both the spots were off. I turn them back on. The front hose bib was stuck open. I grabbed some pliers to turn the spigot off.

Came out to the Woodall residence to determine why his breaker kept tripping that powers his kitchen lights, dining room light and outlets as well as the garage light and flood light.Upon Diagnositc discovered that the flood light has a fault in it or the wire itself.so upon Mr,Woodall request the tech remove the power going to the flood light and restored power(he wants us to come back at a later date and replace the flood light as well as rebuild the fluorescent light to led in the garage.)Did mention to Mr,Woodall that his stacked switch has signs of wear and could be going out soon.Did install a whole home surge protector as well.(1 year warranty on surge.)

On arrival inspected 2006 model weather king 80% gas furnace system for no heat. Found that the flame sensor was dirty with carbon buildup causing it to short cycle and shut down shortly after ignition. Technician removed sensor and cleaned. Restarted system and it began to heat. Cycled on/off several times to ensure it would stay on. System is now heating as it should. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.
Had a shower pipe break in the evening. Called and received an appointment time from 8am - 12pm for the following morning. Isaac arrived close to 8:30am and completed the job a little after 11am. It was a pleasure meeting Isaac and we will request him by name if we need any more services.
Marvin did a great job. Scheduling was easy and overall service was excellent.
The first time I used Keep Smiling Plumbing there was a leak and needed them immediately. Saturday morning I had Christian arrive and identify the issue quickly. He was so quick and extremely professional I always ask for him now. I know with Christian he will always be honest, whether he is giving me good or bad news.
A bit pricey but their service has always been excellent.
Super fast to answer all My concerns.
After a poor first experience with this company, they reached out and went above and beyond to help us. If I were to have a complex plumbing problem, I would call Scott at this company for help. Thank you for your good work.
When I called this morning I accurately described the job needed. Remove the two toliet screws, tip it and get the eyeglasses out. It is exactly what my strong, mechanical0minded daughter did 8 months ago when my husband (dementia) flushed his eyeglasses once before. When the worker got here he wrote an invoice for $332. (that was with "discounts". I had precisely described the job on the phone!!! Why didn't you tell me then (I ASKED) what the price would be? Answer: You didn't tell me because you wanted us in a position of acquiescing to your ridiculous prices (SCAM)
Fernando is the most knowledgeable young man! He is polite and respectful, and answers all questions thoroughly. He certainly deserves the highest rating possible and is an asset to the company
Barry came in and immediately tackled my issue. He informed of different options and what would be more beneficial in the long run for our house. He addressed the potential water damage from our leaking water heater and sent our info to a restoration company. Although we didn't go through with the replacement. I highly recommend Barry coming out for repairs. He installed my garbage disposal previously and did amazing!
James was courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish, outlined all of the options clearly,
