Customer has a leak under kitchen sink. They currently have water holding in sink defrosting chicken. I can clearly see water leaking heavily from basket strainer on right side. The water is leaking into pot. The drain is not done right which is putting pressure in the middle pulling pipes away from strainers. I gave quote to repipe kitchen drains and it was accepted. I changed both strainers so they match and put an end outlet configuration on the drains with a ptrap. Ran water several minutes through both basins and I see no leaks. 1 year warranty only my repair. They wanted me to look under house for a leak. I crawled in crawlspace and see no leaks at this time. It’s a trailer home and all pipes are above insulation and black felt material. I can’t really see pipes, I tried listening for a spray sound and looking for spots where felt was sagging. I didn’t see anything at this time. Total paid today is $294.65 via credit card. Water pressure is normal.

Client called us out for water dispenser not working. Preformed diagnostics and found that when changing filters the water sensor got wet. Clean out catch and checked for leaks. Dispenser is now working properly. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling

At today’s visit, I spoke with Mr. Forrester. He’s had an issue in the past with a storm knocking out the ring flood camera on the garage. He had it replaced and the new unit made it roughly a year and had a similar issue occur with it this time just maintaining a solid red light. Right before we arrived on-site, the stated it started working again. He was interested in getting a quote for us to install a new one he would supply. I also recommended whole home surge protection to prevent an issue like this in the future. I provided two different quotes for the surge protection which comes in different strengths, ratings, and warranties.

Arrived at homeowners home. After taking with the homeowner, she showed me to the utility closet where the hub drain is behind the water heater. She explained that the hub drain will back up. She explained that James was out previously and was able to get the drain flowing. But now she’s having the same issue. From there I gave the homeowner an estimate to run my drain machine through the hub. Drain to clear up any obstructions in the pipe. The homeowner accepted. I attempted to run my flex shaft through the drain, but was unable to get it through the P-trap. I ran by 3/8 cable drain machine through the hub drain with the attempt to clear the obstructions. I ran my sewer machine all the way out till it could go no more, then pulled it back and did it again. I could feel the cable binding up throughout the pipe, but it ultimately pushed through. I ran water in the hub drain to test to see if it would back up and all is well. The homeowner also explained that she was having issues with h

Installing three customer provided fans within three bedrooms of the customers choosing along with replacing the three existing smoke detectors with new customer provided smoke detectors.

Upon arrival current 40 gallon low boy is working fine. Not getting as much hot water as they use to. They wanted to see if an electric tankless was possible. We advised against that. Gave estimate to replace 40 gallon low boy.
Tech was very nice and professional

Customers whole home is backing up. She has small 2 bathroom ranch home on slab. There is a clean out just outside the back wall of home, she said septic is literally right after about 2 feet. Clean out cap was tight but after removing it I found clean out holding water and completely full. Issue is definitely with her septic tank and not confined to home. She said it was pumped a little more than 2 years ago but did admit to using some wipes lately. She will need septic company to pump tank. I left cap off of clean out to relieve pressure in home and now water will come outside instead of backing up inside. Charged $39 dispatch fee for coming out and diagnoseing issue paid by credit card.

Technician performed both AC and furnace tune up. Filter was replaced. Blower motors bearings are good and housing is clean. System does have operational safety pan switch. AC is providing a 20 degree temperature difference. Outside capacitor is in good standing. Refrigerant pressures are in normal range. Drain line is draining properly. Technician then checked both hot surface igniter as well as the flame sensor. Both components are in good standing. Furnace completed all steps of order of operations for heating. Gas furnace is showing bright blue flames. System in heating mode is providing a 40 degree temperature difference. Technician also checked every room with a Carbon Monoxide detector. Did not pick up any hits. No faults found at this time. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling, have a great day!

Issue: customer said that she has a power surge at her home and Georgia Power came and cut OFF power to house and recommended to upgrade breaker panel and breakers, she had a company that replaced breaker panel and breakers and then Georgia Power came back to provide power to the house but furnace and A/C never came ON. House has 1 system. Furnace is gas Goodman about 4 years old located located in the basement. It has an air filter 16x25x1. There is about 14ft of single wall pipe at flue pipe by code and safety flue pipe has to be double wall pipe, suggested to replace 14 ft of single wall pipe to double wall pipe to bring flue pipe up to code. Found transformer faulty, it seems that is burned, suggested to replace it but explained customer that there might be other components that also burn out like board, ECM blower motor, inducer fan motor etc…, with power surges you never know, so again without transformer the board wont work and without board nothing will work, so if we replace

Upon inspection it could be 2 different things. More than likely is a roof leak. Gave option to cut ceiling to do inspection. Decided to see if it was from the roof for now.

WO# 71956217 At today’s visit, I tested the track lighting in the rear left section of the building. With the override for the track system on, this area did not illuminate. The fixtures themselves did not have voltage coming to them. I then went to the electrical room and inspected the contractors and breakers. I determined that breaker 37 was tripping in the lighting panel and this was labeled for rear track lights. I reset this breaker and it held. I then inspected the area of tracks that was out and observed that they were all back on and working.

Vishnu has on going problems with his hvac. The unit is not cooling. It’s actually doing the opposite and heating the suite. Temperature was 91 degrees before leaving. This quote is for a water heater circuit to be installed in the bathroom space that is left of the panel. If any drywall cut will be needed we not be responsible for repairing it.
