Upon arrival customer claimed to have a shower that was draining very slow. After she took me to the shower. I started asking questions and after getting everything I needed. I gave her an estimate to snake her shower drain. She agreed and work was done today. After snaking it, I filled up her shower and let it drain 4 separate times. All drained perfect. After finishing up I talked to the customer about doing a small inspection on her water pressure and her water heaters and explained why our company does it. She agreed and took me to the basement where the water heaters were at. While going down there she mentioned that her husband takes baths and the most recent time he saw brown water coming out. And he did research and saw that it could be the water heaters. I told her it’s true that’s the most common reason for that issue. When inspecting heater, I saw that they are original to the house. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Anthony. He brought me to his basement bathroom to show me the renovation project in progress. What he called us out for was to discuss what could be done about the existing low profile sewage assembly. The current set up has one of those in place for the toilet to sit on along with the sink and shower to feed into it. Mr. Anthony is interested in whether or not a Saniflo system could replace it. We discussed what it would take to achieve this kind of project and I double checked other details with my supervisor. An estimate has been provided. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Szigety. She first informed me and showed me the saturation that was recently caused from the relevant toilet leaking. What ended up happening is one of the tank bolts was so rusted that it broke in water leaked out of the tank. This toilet is in the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom. The water made its way to the room immediately below along with the living room within the basement. After some discussion, Ms. Szigety granted me permission to provide her information to Hampton Restoration so that they can assess the saturation. I provided a few options regarding the toilet. For now Ms. Szigety just wanted me to replace the tank to bowl bolts and gasket. She agreed to the estimate, allowing me to move forward. It took some time to remove the original bolts due to how rusted they were. The shape of the toilet also added a layer of difficulty for installing the new bolts. Upon arrival, customer stated that he had a High water bill. I first started by isolating the main line. I shut it off by the house and check the meter. The meter would stop moving, indicating no flow which equals to no leak on the main line. And then turned on the main valve to the house again check the meter and it was moving very very, very slow. Customer took me around the house checked all the toilets. The customer informed me that he had replaced some fill valves and some flappers. Nothing was out of the ordinary. I told the customer to get his meter checked because some wires were cut. There is no wet spots. Upon my conclusion, there was no leaks anywhere inside the house. Upon arrival customer stated that he needed a toliet flange replaced. He told me that he pulled the toliet and came across the broken toliet flange. He approved my estimate and upon starting the work I saw that it was a 3 inch sewer line. I used a Oatey twist n set open flange. Upon completion of work I tested for any leaks. There was no leaks. Quoted to replace water heater customer wants to talk with daughter.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Bal. He escorted me to the garage to show me his water heater. There is a small weep of water happening from the body. The weep is so small that the area around the water heater has only gotten a little moist. I informed Bal that the style of leak has no fix and that the only solution would be replacing the water heater with a new one. He understood and agreed to have options put together. We did some discussing about ancillary details before putting together the estimates. I provided a slew of options for Bal and his wife to look over. Due to how minuscule the leak is, they are willing to take the weekend to think through each of the options. I inspected the water pressure while here. The reading appears to be fine, but due to the active leak the pressure would have to be verified after the replacement of the water heater. The Dispatch fee was charged today.

Upon arrival I was shown to the spot where the leak detector found the broken pipe. They tried to repair it themselves. The floco that is on the nearest side of the house is leaking. Need to cut and install new floco and pex coupling. Turn water back on to test for anymore leaks on the system. Cut the bad section of pipe. Replaced the leaking floco with a new one and used a pex coupling to make the repair. Watched the meter to ensure all leaks were fixed.

Mr. Patel has no gas in home. Upon checking gas meter, found that it has been locked by gas company. Advised Mr. Patel that he needs to contact his gas company. Collected $39

Upon arrival, it was greeted by Rhonda. She walked me around her home while showing me the few things she was interested in having me work on. This included shortening a couple of abandoned copper pipes in the attic in order for a small staircase to get completed, abandoning a copper line leading to where a hose spigot used to be at, disconnecting the icemaker line for the dedicated icemaker machine, and disconnecting the washing machine, so that the handyman can perform a certain task. Rhonda and I had a detailed discussion in order to get everything clarified of what she was asking for. Including some other thoughts as a part of the process. I provided an estimate in order to get everything done. Rhonda agreed to it, allowing me to move forward. I completed all four requests and pressurized the pipes in order to inspect everything. Upon arrival I was shown to the front yard where the water line is cut in 2. It is isolating the house from the yard. Need to cap the side coming from the meter to figure out if it is in the yard or inside of the house somewhere. There is no visible sign of water pooling in the yard. Once we determine where the leak is we will go over more options. Once isolated from the yard to the meter found the leak was on the side going to the house, at a rate of 2 gallons a minute. Waiting for leak detection to come out to figure out the exact location. Then we will come back out to go over further options to either replace or patch the broken part of the pipe.

Technician inspected condensate pump for leaks. No leaks found. Informed resident that the pumps relief hose was not fully outside. After slight adjustment, unit is fully functional.

It was caused by thermal expansion of the copper pipe heating up. Went to the water heater to look at the temperature and the pressure on the house was 70. No other issues out here at this time.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the daughter of Rhonda. Communicating with Rhonda happened over the phone as she was away on errands. I was shown where the leak is in the garage. The original pressure valve was leaking from the body. I did a brief assessment to check if the main service line was also leaking. Only the pressure valve was leaking. I updated Rhonda about this and provided an estimate for replacing the pressure valve. She agreed to the estimate, allowing me to move forward. I took the time I needed to cut out the original and install the new pressure valve with the appropriate fittings. I installed the Watts 25AUB. Rhonda was informed about the completion of the work. She requested that I get the water pressure as close to 80 psi as reasonably possible. I adjusted the pressure valve to allow for between 70-75 psi. I arrived on the job and spoke with Mr. Maxwell about what issue he was having. After looking over the faulty breaker I wrote up a price and presented it to him. We came to an agreement and discussed some options for future work as well. I got to work replacing the faulty tandem breaker within the panel with a new EATON BR tandem. Once completed I showed my work to Mr. Maxwell and collected payment.

Upon arrival I was shown to the basement where the gas line comes in. I tracked a where there is a stub out in the garage to tie into. Run across the ceiling and pop up into the kitchen where the new range is. Install new cut off valve for the range. Tapped into the tee next to the furnace to give access to the main gas supply. Ran across the ceiling in the basement and came up through the kitchen flooring behind where new range is going to sit. Turned the gas back on to test for any leaks none found. Relit the water heater and made sure the furnace was running as well.

Upon arrival, customer showed me the restroom where the toilet was backing up and where the tub was filling up with sewer water. I informed the customer that it would be in his best interest to run a camera and a sewer machine. Customer approved my estimate for running a snake and also running a Camera just to make sure that there is no bellies or breaks. After running the camera, I saw a bunch of wipes and some sort of wrapper. I then ran my sewer machine couple times with running hot water. After running my sewer machine couple times I then ran my camera. There was no blockage, and there was no standing water. I then was taking off the old wax on the flange and came across the broken flange. I informed that to the customer he told me that he would want to do it another day. So I just simply repaired it with a spanner flange free of charge since The toilet was already pulled. I installed everything check for any leaks flush the toilet a couple times flushed perfectly fine and no leaks

Came out to give a estimate to replace 2 breakers 15 amp dual function due to nuisance tripping.

Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what work he would like performed. After looking everything over I wrote up a price for installing a chandelier and the switch controlling it.
