Client called us out to the home because they only get hot water for a few minutes. Did a walk around home to locate water heater and found heater is in the crawlspace. Estimate to preform diagnostics on water heater located in the crawlspace of the home. Estimate includes preforming pressure checks and testing all electrical components of water heater. Upon arrival, customer stated he had a leak going into his guest bedroom on the first floor, and the leak was coming from the bathroom above it. Customer approved diagnostic fee in order to cut out sheet rock to determine where the league was coming from. After determine where the leak was coming from, in order to fix the leak we would have to go through the second floor. In order to fix the leak we would have to remove the tub. Told customer to consider a full bathroom model now that he is removing the tub. Provided customer with three different estimates.

Major leak on hot side on galvanized pipe. Turned hot water off at to stop leak. Restoration on the way to access the damage. Estimate to replace/repair galvanized water lines in crawl space.

Noise in pipes when water is turned on and pressure valve is leaking and is causing noise,cut out and replaced pressure reducing valve.

On arrival found condensate drain line clogged. Discussed options with homeowner and he has decided to have drain line cleared and flushed. Once drain line was flushed with two gallons of water technician added condensate drain tabs to prevent future clogs. Also found condensate drain line outdoors was sitting directly on the ground after coming out of exterior brick wall. Adjusted 3/4” pvc drain so it will drain off to the side in the future. Replaced four remaining emergency stops for all the toilets in the home. Emergency stops for a the lavatory faucets were replaced earlier this week. Bulk discount added for doing all three valves at once. One year warranty on parts and labor

Upon arrival, homeowner stated that shower drain in bedroom bath was not installed properly and needed a quote for proper installation. Inspected drain and found that previous contractor fitted a shower pan onto old tub drain. Drain did not align properly and broke. Presented quote to homeowner on proper repairs needed and he signed quote. Cut out old pvc p-trap and small section of abs pipe and fittings, installed new shower drain strainer and properly secured, made all proper connections to abs drain pipe which includes a new 2in pvc p-trap. On arrival customer stated that they had a new faucet that they wanted to be installed in the kitchen. To tell me that they had some emergency starter they would like to replace just because we couldn’t close one they also told me about a hallway restroom where they would like to change out The flex piping in the drain. I gave them an estimate and told them if they went with my estimate since it was just a fast easy little repair in the hallway restroom. I would do that for free. They agreed on starting the word the old sink was really hard to get out. I also went back with some quarter turn emergency stops. Upon completion of work I tested for any leaks as well on the drain. Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had a garbage disposal that was leaking from the basket strainer, and he also wanted a filter installed on the cold side of the master vanity. After inspecting everything I was able to give the homeowner a proper estimate to get the work done. I gave the homeowner an estimate to install a customer supplied filtration system up underneath the master vanity, and take a look at the garbage disposal to see what is going on with it. The homeowner accepted. I started by cutting off the water so that we could remove the emergency shut off valve on the cold side of the master vanity due to the supply line being manufactured into the stop, and for the filter, it came with its own supply line. While I was turning off the water, the homeowner asked me some questions about the water heater, like how to maintain and prolong the life of the heater, and I explained that by flushing it flushes out all the sediment and it prolong the life of the heater.
