Upon arrival, customer was standing outside next to two holes in his yard full of water. He said he had a leak and the water kept coming up where he was digging. He said that the hole that he had dug is only about 4 inches deep and the waterline is 18 inches deep, I told him that I could start to dig everything up for a diagnostic fee of one 188.75. He agreed. after digging all the way down to the waterline I found that the leak was coming 1 inch PVC tee I could see that the main trunk of the tee was going to the house, but I did not know where the cross-section was going. The customer explained to me that he had a well when he built this house and had teed in the well line to the city line when the city line got installed he told me that he would just like to cap off The well side of the tee And repair that section of pipe going to his home I gave the customer a price to fix this issue and also gave him the option of replacing the whole waterline. today would just like it to be repair

The McDaniel’s have a sewage ejection pump that is malfunctioning. Upon inspecting found that sewage pump is not a sewage pump. It’s a sump pump and it was installed incorrectly. Vent line was tied to the waste line and waste line was tied into the vent line, causing pump to constantly cycle back into itself. I gave the McDaniel’s options and they optid to replace entire pump. Upon removing pump found kitty litter caught up in the discharge of the “sump pump”. Sewage pumps are not designed to handle anything except human waste and toilet paper. Anything else will void all warranties. Replaced sewage ejection pump and reconfigured piping to code, to remedy issues.

Arrived at customers home for quote to install ceiling fan 12ft high

Upon arrival, customer stated he had a leak coming from his basement ceiling. He also stated he Heard banging noises inside his walls every time he would turn on the hot water side of his basement sink. After further inspection, I noticed previous plumber replace the pressure regulator valve. We turned on all the hot water valves, but did not hear no banging noise. I did find the leak coming from a three-quarter inch CPC line that was not glued all the way into a T fitting. Customer approved estimate to replace the section of CPVC. I used adapters to transition from CPVC to PEX piping. After the repair was completed, I turned the water on back to the home to make sure my repair was free of leaks. Parts and labor have one year warranty.

At today’s service, Mr. Allen was looking to have a pendant fixture above the kitchen sink removed and a chandelier over the dining room table centered to the space and a new chandelier installed. I provided an estimate for this work to which they agreed. Therefore, I disconnected the existing pendant fixture above the sink. The unit the fixture mounted to was not a ceiling outlet box but rather a recessed fixture housing. For the kitchen chandelier, I removed the old light. Then I pulled the ceiling box out, pulled the wiring back to where the new fixture would be installed, installed a new ceiling old work box, pulled the wiring into it and wired up the new chandelier. I installed a round blank plate over the old junction box in the ceiling to conceal the hole. The installation of the new chandelier comes with a 1 year warranty.

On arrival inspected one 2006 2.0 ton Carrier r22 heatpump for no heat. After inspection found that the evaporator coil , blower wheel and assembly as well as interior of air handler extremely dirty. Inspected outdoor condenser and found that the condenser is void of all refrigerant. Due to r22 no longer being manufactured and no longer available the technician has recommended full replacement. Discussed options with homeowner and he would like a quote for replacement with all options available. Discussed financing and pricing. We will work up an estimate and email as soon as possible. Came out to the Prude residence to install 2 chandeliers one in the foyer 20 ft high and another in the dining room 10ft high (did not charge to dress dining room chandelier.)(1 year warranty.)

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had back hose bib that the handle broke off and he wants to get it replaced, homeowner also wanted a new main shut off valve added due to the old one being a gate valve and not shutting off all the way. After inspecting the work, I was able to give the homeowner an estimate to replace the back hose bib along with adding a new main shut off valve. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. When I work was done, I turned back on the water to test for any leaks and functionality and all is well.
