The Ortega’s had no hot water pressure. We installed exterior tankless, back in August of last year. Upon diagnosis, found that pex pipes feeding water heater froze causing issue. Thawed out pipes with hair dryer and installed more wall insulation to remedy issue. I also advised The Ortega’s to keep hot water faucets dripping until temperatures get above freezing. No charge under warranty
Retro fit and install new halo ultimate water filtration system which includes 2 new ball valves, a check valve, as well as a new sediment filter. Once work was complete and we checked all connections, we bled the system of all air and carbon that was stuck in the lines. 5 year parts and labor warranty included
Connect the transfer pump to the tankless. Run the pump through the machine for 45 minutes. Then flush the cleaning solution out. Close everything back up and make sure it is functioning properly.
Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had a couple of things going on. He got his water bill this month and it had almost tripled. After talking with the homeowner, he thought that there was a couple of toilets that were leaking so he showed me all the toilets and then took me to his daughters room Where her bathroom faucet has a constant drip, homeowner explained that he has tried to shut off the emergency valves underneath to stop the drip, but they do not work. I tried to shut off both the emergency valves underneath the sink, I was able to shut off the cold side, but not the hot side. I explained that we would have to replace the hot side emergency shut off valve. After inspecting all the work, I found that the main level hall bathroom next to the kitchen. The toilet has a Mansfield flush valve that is broke and does not sit right on the flapper, causing it to leak and waste water. While I was inspecting everything, the homeowner wanted me to look at his sons toilet as well because
Came out to the Zarathe residence to determine why her lights wasn’t working upon diagnostic discovered there was a photocell that had replaced back in may that was stil under warranty as well as the bulbs being blown so the tech replaced the photocell at no charge as well as repalced the bulbs today for the charge.no warranty .
Customer had a hardwire range that is going to be replaced. The new range comes with a 3-prong plug. Customer needed a 3-prong plug installed for the new range.
Upon arrival customer stated that she was worried about the snow storm and wanted to make sure all her plumbing was winterized. Upon my inspection I found that the front yard hose bib was already cut off so I opened it up to allow air passage and I found the back yards hose bib cut off upstairs under the hall bathroom sink I cut that off as well and drain down the pipe from the spigot. I let the customer know that she needs to keep the faucets dripping to allow water movement in the pipes to prevent freezing and keep the cabinets open to allow warm air in and out of the cabinets.
At today’s visit, Mr. Pedro is having his basement remodeled due to a recent flood damage. He is looking to have the basement wired to code as he plans to pull permits. To create space in the panel box to add circuits, the box would need to be changed out. Thus, the county will require the service be upgraded to a four wire system. We would be adding a sub panel in the basement to add the circuits into as opposed to taking all the wiring back up to the first floor panel box.
On arrival to no heat call found system off, thermostat reading error code no R wire detected. After inspection on 1996 model GMC 90% gas furnace found that the power switch was in off position, after turning power back on found that the 170° high limit switch circuit was open indicating a failure and in need of replacement. Technician does recommend replacement of full system due to age and the possibility of major future breakdowns. Due to age of system and brand part is possibly no longer available. Once high limit switch was reinstalled system did ignite and begin to heat home. System still heating upon technicians departure. Recommendations are to replace full system if parts unavailable. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.
