Robert Mullin, was wonderful!! My outlet caught on fire this morning. I had to call the fire department out to our house twice.After the second time I called Call Keep Smiling. Same day service 😀👍 very hard but call keep smiling professional plumber came super fast on same day. I had a great experience with Jered brown working on our plumbing issue.He kept me very much in the loop about what time he'd be able to stop by and made sure to tell me when the job before mine was done. Also suggested what next we need to do to stay away further plumbing problems.He is very professional and polite and the price is very reasonable. Thank you so much for such great service today!

David and Dillard are two professional and experienced technicians in their field. The work they did in my home I love . They really aim to please Dillard educated me on the water We bath and drink. The pipe lines that go in and out of my house. David worked hard to bring my home up to current standards The electrical work was passed with A's across the board by the Inspector. Had a wonderful experience with this company. 2 of our bathtubs were clogged with hair and hair ties. We tried everything to get it unclogged ourselves but we're unsuccessful. Our technicians, Nick and Marvin, who were both kind and friendly, got them both unclogged in a matter of minutes for a very fair price. They were also quick to schedule us. Service and price were great and customer service was even better.

John Hutchins was my technician and he was very professional and efficient. There was less damage to my yard than I expected. I will be using Keep Smiling and asking for John for future plumbing jobs.

Keep Smiling is the perfect name for this business!! We just purchased our first home, and there were a few things that needed done before we moved in. James H took care of our plumbing needs; explaining the hows and whys of everything. He even found a few things that needed fixing our very detailed inspector missed. He went above and beyond to replace our old hot water heater (and teach me about what is different and better,) and fix the other plumbing issues, and had a smile on his face the whole day. Isaac A was our electrician, and he was also amazing!! He did a fantastic job with his task list, and found some really important things that needed to be addressed we hadn’t thought about. Interior outlets outside vs exterior outlets, for example. Showed me a few spiffy things about our home I didn’t know existed. Introduced me to newer electrical tech, which sounds simple enough, but I’m a daughter of an electrical engineer. He also had an enthusiastic smile on his face all day. These guys worked really hard today, and were incredibly on point. We feel extremely confident about their work today. IF we ever need electric or plumbing services again, you best believe they will be the only technicians we’ll call!

James was at our house about 5 hours installing a new dish washer and repairing a faucet. There was a lot of electrical work and plumbing that needed to be done, so the installer that Lowe's sent out was unable to help us. An experienced plumber/electrician was needed. James definitely filled that role. The quality of his work was excellent. He cleaned everything up before he left. The cost was high but reasonable for the amount and type of work that needed to be done, and it probably was not any higher than other plumbers would have charged. We would definitely use James and Keep Smiling Plumbing again.

I purchased a home that needed a lot of work. James was fantastic! He started with a plumbing inspection and then made all needed plumbing repairs from moving a shower head and adjusting all hot/cold water lines to facets to anchoring and adjusting hose bibs. He walked me through everything he did, provided pictures, gave me maintenance tips, and stayed to the initial quote provided. James was very thorough, professional, and kind – someone you feel comfortable having in your home. I highly recommend Keep Smiling Plumbing.
