9-30-24. On arrival inspected ac system for cooling issue and inspected 80% gas furnace to ensure it fires correctly. Found a failed outdoor condenser fan motor. Spoke with homeowner and insurance company and insurance approved $890.00 condenser fan motor and $89.00 diagnostic fee. collected a partial payment $400.00 on condenser motor from insurance, and $89.00 diagnostic fee from homeowner as part will have to be ordered. Remaining balance will be $490.00. Insurance will pay $479.00 and homeowner will pay $11.00 (remaining balance of deductible) upon completion. Started system and completed inspection. Checked all electrical and mechanical components. Installed one 16x20x1 media filter. Checked deltaT and have a 20° split between return air and supply air temperatures. System is cooling at this time
