Returned in order to pull and reset both toilets along with replacing the flange of the one in the smaller stall. I began with the smaller stall since that toilet was already removed from the previous day. After getting the new flange in place, I reinstalled the toilet and tested it. No signs of leaks at the base or on any of the flush valve connections. I proceeded to remove the other toilet and noticed that its flange was also broken. I updated Hadi about this and provided the amended estimate. Hadi gave his approval allowing me to continue. Once I replaced that flange, I reinstalled the toilet. I tested this toilet with several flushes. No signs of water leaking at the base or on the flush valve connections. I applied a thick layer of silicone around the base of both toilets. Once cured, it will provide the toilets with extra stability. I informed the closing manager to allow for the men’s bathroom to air out overnight. A musky smell can be fine due to the nature of it being in a ba

Did an initial attempt at pulling and resetting a couple toilets within the men’s bathroom of this IHOP location. The toilet I started with has a multitude of issues going on that are forcing me to return in order to continue with an adjusted estimate. This includes: replacing the flange so the toilet can be set at a proper height. It also includes getting an extension tube from the supply house in order to reattach the flush valve for the toilet. The only thing completed during today’s visit was using a bottle of Endure. Hadi is the point of contact. He approved the new estimate for the continued work.

Customer had breaker that was tripped on arrival. I was able to turn it on and it stayed on for a little bit of time. After some time I went to go check it again and saw that it had tripped again. I decided to open the panel cover and take a look at the breaker itself. I noticed that screws holding in the breaker were loose causing the breaker to possibly trip. I recommend it to replace the breakers due to the fact that those those connections May have caused damage to the breaker. Then proceeded to replace a breaker and tested everything. The issue seems to be resolved.

On arriving spoke with Sam about the pricing for diagnostics on three commercial systems for no heat and he agreed. Technician sent an email for payment link before getting started. After diagnostic of three units found that unit #2 had a blank thermostat display and further inspection revealed a blown 3amp fuse, replaced fuse and system began to run and thermostats display returned but was missing some led numbering and was not responsive, fuse never blew after that. However outdoor condenser never came on and system was only running heatstrips. Unit #1 was working and satisfied thermostat. However was not communicating with “Surveyor” controllers. System #8 has had the Surveyor communicating thermostat removed and a HoneyWell installed in its place, therefore again not communicating with equipment or servers, and possibly has all wires rerouted to bypass servers. Spoke with Andy from Surveyor company technical support and we tried several methods of getting these thermostats back onl

This is a gas leak inspection that required two trips. The first trip we overlooked whether or not the gas appliances were shut off. I did not have access to the inside of the building after the maintenance representative left. The second trip we made sure that all of the appliances were closed off. The inspection was repeated. Having access to the inside allowed me to make sure of the indoor connections. I used an air compressor to blow air into the gas line. There was no indication of a leak during the inspection. This inspection results in me determining that there isn’t a leak. The only extra amount of inspecting they can be performed is using a gas leak detection wand when the meter is activated. I informed the maintenance representative about the situation. I also called the gas company to update them about my inspection. The landlord of the Church needs to call the gas company to unlock the meter. If the smell of gas is present, then we will need to inspect with the meter is act

KSPEHC was called out for a possible leaking water heater. Once tech arrived and was able to look at water heater and surrounding area there was no water or signs of water heater leaking. Pressure reading on system is 70 psi. Thermal expansion tank is in working condition. The t&p relief valve is trapped and the bottomed section has a hall valve to relieve the excess water in the line. This ball valve was more than likely turned on accidentally which would explain the water at the base of the water heater. While tech was in site there was no other sign of a leak. It is also possible there could be a foundation issue for storm water. The tile on the floor near the walls had a rusty color of a clay stain coloring on them. At this time tech was unable to recreate a leak on the water heater. This unit is also still in the manufacture warranty period.
