I replaced a fan in the studio/office near the foyer.
Performed minor toilet tank Rebuild in mud room bath.
Came out to the Gottschalk residence to install and run 4 sets of GFCIs to power a boudeii toilet.Will not be responsible for any drywall damage.(1 year warrnaty.)
Replace 9 customer provided smoke detectors and 3 customer provided lights. 2 lights will be replaced upstairs in the closests and one in the pantry. Troubleshoot flickering bulbs in study fan.
Left estimate for adding washer dryer in basement
Estimate for a couple of GFCIs that’ she wanted added and a washer and dryer.
On arrival for no heat/cool found compressor was not engaging. After further inspection found that power source to condensation pump was switched off. Condensate pump is plugged in to light socket switch. On previous visit technician unknowingly turned light switch off which in turn shut off power to pump. Once condensate pump filled with water it disengaged condenser. After turning power back on system came on and began to cool. We’re sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Replace flush valve gasket in hallway bathroom & the master bathroom. This will stop both toilets from intermittently running. Plus shower cartridge and water heater flush. 90 day warranty on toilets 1 year on cartridge
Homeowner is currently having sewage issues. Downstairs hallway bathroom is backing up in the toilet and shower. Bathroom backed up a little over a year ago and he’s backing up again. Will clear blockage and provide a complementary camera inspection to ensure back up does not return. Warranty determined by camera inspection Customer is having sewage back ups in the downstairs bathroom. Keep Smiling will cable blockage in attempt to reestablish flow. Clean out in the front yard is accessible and the blockage appears to be in the yard. Warranty will be determined by camera inspection. No warranty due to roots
Tankless services located upstairs, valve cartridge replacement in master bath and capped gas line at meter
Upon arriving a site, found a mound of toilet paper piled inside of the toilet. I removed as much toilet paper by hand as humanly possible, and then use the hand auger to clear the rest out of the toilet trap. Once I had completed this task, I then tried to flush the toilet, and was barely getting any water through. I tried several more times to make minor adjustments to the Sloan valve to no avail. I had quoted for a rebuild on the Sloan valve, however, I did have a Sloan body already on the truck and was able to just replace the entirety of the Sloan valve instead of rebuilding at no additional charge. I ran several test flushes down, including flushing, toilet paper to ensure the proper amount on the flush amateur was releasing. Everything is functioning properly at this time.

On arrival found system blowing fuses. After further inspection found that the nest thermostat was calling for heat and cool simultaneously causing the fuse to fail. Replaced thermostat with customer supplied Honeywell T2 thermostat. After installing new thermostat found that there was a short in the Y wire and technician had to use alternate color instead of yellow used black for cooling. Tested system in cooling and heat mode to ensure it was changing over and cooling/heating properly. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.
At today’s visit, Mr. Mullally is expericing an issue with his attic heat pump. He stated that when the heat starts up for this unit, it blows an internal 3 amp fuse and prevents the unit from working. Due to this issue being internal to the hvac unit, I am unable to diagnose the issue as I handle the incoming power supply as an electrician. An appointment has been made with our HVAC tech to come out on Monday the 21st between the time of 12-4 to evaluate to problem. No dispatch fee was collected as the wrong technician was sent out.
On arrival, customer stated they had air in their lines, and the toilets were making banging noises whenever they were flush. After further inspection, I noticed that the lines were not aired out after flushing the water heater. After airing out the lines inside the Whole house, I then ran the water again and it was working properly. I was able to get hot water all over the house again with the recirculation pump on.
Upon arrival, customer stated they had a leaking toilet. After further inspection, I noticed the master bedroom toilet on the first floor was continuously running due to faulty fill valve. Customer said she heard a loud noise in the middle of the night. So I checked the pressure in the pressure was at 50 psi. Recommended water heater flush as well as thermal expansion tank. Customer wants me to return tomorrow morning to do the water heater flush. Parts and labor on fill valve has one year warranty.
On arrival found cracked 3/4” condensate drain line and it was also clogged. Replaced 6’ section of pvc and unclogged drain with compressed air and mighty pump. System is now draining properly and no leaks detected. Checked system tonnage with previous system and found the new system is under sized. Old system was a 2 1/2 ton system the new one is a 1 1/2 ton system not able to properly cool due to under sized. Referred customer to TidalWave for any water damage repairs. Also homeowner would like a plumber to come out about her first floor bathroom, it sounds like it needs a fill valve. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.

Upon arrival, customer claimed his bidet seat was not he working. I checked if there was power going to it and there was so I came to conclusion. It was the bidet seat that was failing. Customer wanted us to repair the inside of bidet but unfortunately our company does not specialize in that. I recommended him to replace the seat, and he said he could do it himself.
