On arrival inspected one 1997 Concord R-22 2.0 Ton heatpump (produced by Lennox) for air handler running continuously. After inspection found that the solid state time delay, relay, and sequencer have failed and possibly blower fan motor with internal short causing system to run continuously. Called manufacturer to inquire about parts and availability and found that these particular parts are no longer produced due to age. Technician recommended full system replacement. While discussing options with homeowner they requested technician performed ac cooling inspection on other two systems. Performed maintenance inspections on main level and upstairs systems, both 2015 Lennox 80% gas furnace, one upstairs 2.0 ton ac and main level 3.0 ton ac. Checked all electrical and mechanical components. Checked and replaced two 16x25x1 media filters and dated. Checked blower motor and blower wheel, ductwork, thermostat, voltage, amperage, capacitance- found main level dual run capacitor slightly weak

Came out to the Team one exhibits to determine why there fan on the screened in porch up stairs was not working as well as 2 outlets down stairs in another porch upon diagnostic discovered the upstairs Gfci had malfunctioned and was not functioning properly anymore repalced and restored power to fan.For the down stairs screened in porch one of the outlets had malfunctioned and was not sending current to the next device on the outside outlet was not Gfci protected so had to change it for a Gfci since it’s located outside.(1 year warranty.)

Arrived at customers house to give quote for panel rejuvenation on breakers in home.

At today’s visit, 3 EldoLED Ecodrive 368/L constant current programmable drivers were installed in three 2x2 fixtures which were not working. With the new drivers in to replace the old defective drivers, the lights were able to turn back on and function. 8 total drivers were ordered three of which were used today. The remaining 5 were left on site in the electrical store room for future use.

Open the shut off to the customer - there were no pressure issues

At today’s visit, three LED 2x2 fixtures are not working in the recliner section. The drivers have failed and need to be replaced. The driver is a EldoLED ECOdriver 368/L Intelligent LED Driver/Controller. This part will need to be ordered to repair the existing fixtures.

I arrived at the customers home and they previously had Home Depot deliver a dishwasher for them. They were unable to install it, but recommended the customer to call plumber. I checked the pressure on the home and it was at 92 psi, the thermal expansion tank was full of water, the customer told me the main water shut off to his home did not work. I gave the customer estimates and they chose to take care of everything at once. I installed the customers supply dishwasher, I installed a new pressure reducing valve, thermal expansion tank, and main water shut off to the home. I pressurize the system and tested for any leaks. There is a one year parts and labor warranty, and a one year labor warranty on the dishwasher.

Install new eye wash station, this particular eyewash station will attach on to the current faucet over the sink, and have the ability to function as a sink wood until you pulled up, changeover mechanism, allowing water to flow through the eyewash holes Capping the old copper line is necessary due to the fact that the current copper line is not secured very well to the wall, and is a risk factor for flooding the warehouse area should someone tamper with it. I would Just after the ball valve on the wall, which would allow for any additions that would like to be made to still be possible. In that particular area. 350 for the part 50 to cap the old copper line 600 labor

Upon arrival, customer claimed that he wanted an estimate to pipe in his sink, both drain and waterlines, I will send him an estimate through email so if he decides to use us, he can give us a call for whenever his cabinets are put in. Only reason I did not do anything today was because nothing was ready and he just wanted estimate. Thank you for choosing plumbing!!!
