Left four options for heat pump and air handler 3 ton with a 10K W heat strip, Brian or carrier. Price does include finance fees and can discount pricing by 10% if you choose to pay with debit card check. Note this price is good for systems operating our 410 a refrigerant we need to check availability pricing will not be good after the first of the year will go to a different refrigerant. Will have to update the pricing. William Powell. 404-664-6369

Massive grease blockage. I was able to clear under the sink with a 3/8 sewer machine. We were able to verify by opening the septic lid and watching the huge chunks of Grease exit into the tank Additionally, I found the vent above the kitchen sink. They had built the new porch and notch stuck the vent through the tin roof, I was able to cut below the tin to assist with airflow in the system
Replaced water heater in storage closet and added Recirculation pump with crossover tee to remedy customers dissatisfaction with hot water delivery times.
Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had upstairs master bathroom, toilet that he was changing out, when he removed the toilet, he noticed that the flange was correct. He tried to replace the flange himself, but to no avail. After talking with the homeowner, I found that he is replacing the toilet because it was making a noise and he did not like the toilet. After inspecting work, I found that the flange was an outside flange. I informed homeowner that we would have to cut a hole in the living room ceiling to gain access to the pipe work for the toilet to replace the flange. I gave homeowner an estimate to replace the flange along with looking at the Roman tub because homeowner said it was leaking. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. The Roman tub is leaking from one of the jet pipes and down in to the living room. I explained that we do not work on the jet pipes. I am referred him to MTI in Suwanee. Checked pressure at water heater and pressure was 110 psi. I explain to the homeowner
The escoe family had another soft tissue blockage on the washing machine drain line. When I first put my camera down he line I found clumps of lint and cat hair, I ran my flex auger in the line again, then ran water for two minutes and the drain did not back up. Mr Escoe did also inform me that the septic company will be out tomorrow to pump the tank. I also advised Mr. Escoe to look at the filter on the washing machine due to the number of cats in the home.
The escoe family had a soft tissue blockage that came from the washing machine drain when the kitchen sink would run. Once I found the problem I used a flex auger to clear the blockage, I ran more water and the drain functioned properly.
Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had two showers, one in the upstairs bedroom bathroom that the shower cartridge has gone bad and it’s causing the showerhead to leak, also in the downstairs bathroom, the shower is doing the same. Homeowner also had master bathroom that the sink faucet had a steady drip on it. After talking with the homeowner I found out that everything was at least 20 years old. I checked pressure at back hose bib because water heater had a plastic drain and pressure was 50 psi. I explain to the homeowner that that is perfect and that it was likely old age that made the shower cartridges and faucet handle cartridge go bad. After inspecting showers, I found out that both shower cartridges were deltas, and that the vanity faucet was a Kohler but I would have to leave and go find a Kohler cartridge to fit the vanity faucet. I gave homeowner estimates to get work done. Homeowner did not want the work done today and he wanted to think about it and said he will call us
Outlet beneath sink needed to be swapped over from a switched outlet to constant hot. Customer was happy with results.
Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner wanted reverse osmosis system installed under kitchen sink because husband drinks a lot of water and she is tired of going and buying the 5 gallon jugs of water from Walmart. I examined space under kitchen sink and informed homeowner that there is enough room to install the reverse osmosis system. explain to homeowner that there is also a whole home filter that you can drink from any fixture in the home and it will be clean water. I explained that the whole home filter is a little bit more than the reverse osmosis system, but it is worth it. Gave homeowner both estimates for the reverse osmosis system and the whole home filter . Homeowner says she wants to talk it over with her husband and she will call us back if she wants to move forward with the work. All work that would be done would come with a one year parts and labor warranty through Keep smiling plumbing.

At todays visit, Mr. Michael had just recently moved into the property and was looking to have various work quoted based off an inspection report as well as various repairs/replacements for light fixtures. Mr. Michael elected to proceed with the work of separating the double tapped neutrals in the main electrical panel at todays visit. Therefore, each neutral wire was removed from the lugs that shared with another wire. They were then given their own lug so that they no longer shared. The hot water heater breaker tripped twice during today’s visit. The amperage was measured at the breaker controlling the circuit and it was found to me 36.5 amps on each leg which is more than the circuits wiring and circuit breaker is rated to handle. As it is a brand new hot water heater, it is recommended that Mr. Michael reach out to the company that installed it to either replace the unit with one meant for the circuit wiring, or if it’s an internal issue with the water heater to resolve that.
