Customer broke 1/2 cold water line when removing bathroom sink,house being remodeled and wanted quote to reroute line from crawlspace up thru floor,quoted and customer said would do himself.

Technician came for no cooling or heating call. Hen calling from thermostat, outside unit did not come on. During diagnostic check, technician found voltage going in the defrost board but no voltage coming out. After speaking with resident, technician went to supply house to get new board. Upon arrival, customer claim that her dishwasher drain hose broke And created a flood around a week ago. After entering the customers home. I saw that she was replacing her kitchen floors. because of the damage, the dishwasher only wanted to replace the hose and that’s it She was saying that her dishwasher was working perfectly fine until that hose broke off, I gave her an estimate to replace the drain hose. Mown garbage disposal motor is fried need to replace with new garbage disposal wants estimate

On arrival to no heat call found one 2012 Aire-Flo (Lennox) R-22 heatpump system not heating properly. Found heatstrips have failed and refrigerant possibly low due to low supply air temperatures and outside condenser showing stop-leak added previously. Technician recommended full system replacement. I replaced 2 customer provided ceiling fans on the upper level. One was located in bedroom #2 and the other in the bonus room.

KSPEHC was called out for ruptured water line in garage under water heater. Once on site tech was able to see multiple spots where water is exposing itself to the surface of the concrete slab. Water only begins to escape when the hot water system is turned on. When the water heater shut off valve is off the water no longer escapes. This signifies that it is a hot line or lines that have ruptured and need to be located accessed and repaired.

Leak on hot side underneath the floor in office. Leak was located underneath bookshelf. We will need to cut and jackhammer concrete to access dirt. Dig down the the leak on hot side on copper piping. Cut out leak and make proper repair. Turn the water back on and test for for leaks. Once leak is repaired we put the dirt back in the hole and pour back the concrete. $3275 is to access the plumbing pipe. $675 is to repair the pipe in the slab. Comes with 1 year warranty.

Came out to the Barnes residence to remove a vent hood and install a new outlet inside the cabinet for a above the stove microwave.Tested for power and it’s working properly.(1 year warranty.)

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the shift leader at Jittery Joes. He showed me the situation with the drain dedicated for the espresso machine. After assessing the situation it appeared that the stoppage was isolated in that branch line. I created an estimate and called the location manager, Sarah, to talk about the situation. Sarah understood the drain cleaning recommendation and agreed to the estimate. I attempted to use each of the different style drain cleaning machines off of my van in an attempt to clear out this blockage. None of the machines had any success. What I had on hand was not proper for this situation. My supervisor drove out to bring a different drain machine that was properly designed for this situation. After a little bit of time using this drain machine, we successfully cleared out the blockage. Upon arrival, customer stated that he would like a shower, taken out and rough and a toilet in its place I let the customer know that we would need to run a camera down a drain line to find the nearest 3 inch drain line to attach onto for the new toilet upon further inspection I found that there was no good place to actually run the camera I let the customer know that once he demos out the shower we can come back and get down below the concrete to cut out the showers p trap and camera from there Keep smiling is not responsible for any sheet rock repairs that are needed. Homeowner has a clogged toilet in the main floor master bathroom. Other fixtures appear not to be clogged. Will attempt to clear blockage via toilet auger. Was able to clear blockage and restore flow.

Upon arrival customer stated that she had a tub/shower faucet that would not cut off and remained dripping and was running up her water bill while I was there inspecting the shower she also told me she would hear the toilet in the same upstairs hall bathroom start running during the night upon further inspection I found that the cartridge in the shower and failed as well as the flapper inside the toilet customer was left with multiple options to fix these issues

Hall bath toilet is extremely slow to fill up, as a repair, we would need to replace the fill valve and the supply line in order to fix how slow the toilet itself fills up. Due to a family medical issue she was interested in a pressure, assisted toilet, or a power flush. I have quoted for the repair or the installation of a power flush toilet in the hall bath. In the master, the toilet was rocking, I got down and inspected the bolts. The bolt on the right, was able to pull up immediately, indicating a broken flange, which is where the toilet seats. If this is broken, this will need to be replaced.

Water heater flush on electric heater In garage. Pressure is 60 psi. Thermal expansion tank is bad. Gave estimate to replace thermal expansion tank and water heater replacement. Water heater is 13 years old.

Seal around shower drain has been compromised. We will need to Re install customer supplied shower drain properly. Comes with a 1 year warranty.

Upon arrival, customer stated he had a leak on his main waterline. He stated that he shut off the water coming into the church and checked the meter and it was still spinning. Customer wanted an estimate to run a new waterline from meter to the church. Gave customer two different estimates, one estimate was running the waterline using a trench machine, and the other estimate was running the new waterline, using directional boring.

Homeowner currently has a whole house stoppage that resulted in sewage overflowing in downstairs bathroom. Clean out access was located by front porch. Keep Smiling Plumbing performed camera inspection from the sewer clean out in order to diagnose drain issue. Diagnosis resulted in discovering a large root intrusion located in the front yard, directly below the tree. Keep Smiling was able to bring mini-excavator on site to excavate the front yard in order to access compromised sewer line. On arrival performed heating maintenance inspection on one 2010 model Trane heatpump system. Checked and replaced one 16x20x1 media and dated. Checked all mechanical and electrical components. Checked evaporator coil- found it to be very rusted with high probability of leaking, also very dirty and recommended chemical cleaning, checked blower motor and blower wheel- found it to very dirty, recommend pull and cleaning, checked deltaT-20°, heatrise- 40°, checked ductwork, thermostat, heat strips, condenser coil, condensate drain line and Ptrap, condensate pump- flushed with several gallons of water, checked voltage, amperage, and capacitance.
