Issue: upstairs system isn’t cooling because outdoor unit isn’t operating due that 4 low voltage wires were disconnected. I also performed a diagnostic on the system that does main floor. House has 4 systems. First system, Airhandler is Rheem about 4 years old located in the attic and it does upstairs. It has an air filter 20x20x1 that is really dirty, suggested to replace it, customer opted to replace it, replaced air filter. Found blower wheel dirty, suggested to pull it out and clean it. Found biological growth inside Airhandler, recommended to install Iwave-R to purify indoor air, help with viruses, bacteria, allergies, germs, etc… Heatpump/condenser is 4 tons Rheem about 4 years old located left side of the house with R410a refrigerant. At today’s visit, I spoke with Mr. Bruce. He is looking to have LED flat panel wafer lighting added into the living room, kitchen, and dining room. With this, he would like each respective area to have dimming controls. I provided a quote for all of this work with Keep Smiling Co. supplying the wafer fixtures and Mr. Bruce supplying the ceiling fan. Mr. Bruce has another quote he is waiting on and will be making a decision following receiving the additional quote.

Upon arrival, homeowner stated that they have a leak right next to the crawlspace door that the HVAC technician told them about. After investigating, I found that it was just some discoloration in the wood with no plumbing near it and after investigating all the plumbing under the crawlspace, there was no leaks anywhere. We came to ann agreement so went to Home Depot for some material. Once I returned I got to work and finished promptly so our plumber could work uninterrupted. Once completed with installing an outlet beneath the sink from an existing outlet for a reverse osmosis system, I presented it to Mr. Humphrey and collected payment. 1 Year Warranty.
