Upon arrival, customer stated that there was a leak under the right side of master bathroom, double vanity, upon further inspection There was only one drain for two sinks and ran a tail piece extension from left side sink to the P-trap that was on the right side. I went over options with the customer to fix the issue. Customer was left with these estimates.

Upon arrival customer stated a water leak is causing her water bill to spike she thought it might have been a yard leak but upon further inspection I found that three of her fill valves were leaking into the tanks causing the tank to overflow into the fill tube

Installed customer supplied lowboy electric water heater located in crawlspace, with Keep smiling supplied thermal expansion tank,

Homeowner has a leak on their original water service line by the front of the house that had already been partially replaced, but the previous plumbers tied the pipe back into the system at some point. Homeowner also has an additional water service line approx 5 feet from the water meter. Homeowner already had a quote for replacing the entire line from previous company, but called us out here since they were disappointed with the other company misdiagnosing their issue and still charging them for service. Was not able to price match quote, but service manager approved discount to bring it down to $7250. Homeowner said they will collect one more quote and make their decision.

Upon arrival, I discovered water pouring from the side of the home. I dug down into the dirt and mud underneath the home to uncover the water line. I shut off the water and drained the water system before cutting out the damage section of water service line. I installed a new section of piping in place of the removed section. I turned on the water and pressurized the water system. Checked the repair for leaks, no further leaks detected. *1 year warranty Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling Plumbing!

Mr Allan Posey said the bathroom floor drains were backing up. I flushed all toilets and noticed some were flushing slowly. I went outside to find a clean out and when I found it I noticed it was full of water. I tried using the small drain machine I have but it was not good enough. I used the bigger drain machine and was able to clear the blockage. I showed Mr Bryant that it was clear. Septic was pumped February 2023. 30 day warranty.

At today’s service, a dedicated circuit for a wine cooler in the bar area was installed from scratch. The circuit is protected by a GE 20amp standard breaker. In this same area, a customer supplied fixture was installed onto the bulk head. The wiring was previously concealed by the drywall however once a hole was cut, the wiring was able to be used and brought to the fixture box. Also performed was the installation of two receptacles from scratch. The first is located in the living room beneath the 4 gang switch box. The second is located in the master bedroom closet. Lastly, a receptacle in the laundry room was relocated to the right approximately 6 inches due to some shelving that is to be installed. The shelving would have blocked this receptacle thus the relocation occurred. With this work, a junction box was added to the left of where the previous receptacle was due to the feed not being long enough to reach the new location.

At today’s visit, Mrs. Kathy walked me through the renovations the are having done as far as adding cabinets in various locations consisting of the laundry room, bar area, and master closet. With this they are in need of several outlets installed. A dedicated circuit would be installed for a wine cooler, one receptacle would be added in the living room with the purpose of charging phones, an additonal outlet would be installed in the master closet from an existing power source on the other side of the wall. A light fixture would be installed in the bar area where wiring currently exists hidden behind the drywall. A receptacle in the laundry room would also need to be relocated. For any drywall holes that would need to be cut, keep smiling does not do drywall repair however we do save the pieces so that a drywall can reuse them to repair the hole.

Mr. Williams escorted me to the area on the yard that has the leak. After performing a brief inspection I determined that this leak is coming from the irrigation. I presented an estimate to dig and find the leak before generating a repair estimate. Mr. and Mrs. Williams agreed to the digging fee allowing me to get started. I discovered three locations on the irrigation that are leaking. There are two tee fittings and one 90 fitting that are compromised. I presented an estimate to perform a repair. Mr. and Mrs. Williams are opting to hold off on that and attempt to get an irrigation company out first. The dug up irrigation is left exposed per their request. The repair estimate has been emailed over.
