Upon arrival, customer stated their water was not getting hot enough. After further inspection, there was nothing wrong with the tankless that was installed. All I did was just set the temperature higher than it was before. Customer was satisfied with the temperature of water.
Worked performed of sold estimate. Customer wanted a high efficiency tankless water heater. Customer had a 40 gallon tank type water heater that was 10 years old. Customer approved estimate to upgrade to a tankless. Installed a RXP199-IN rinnai tankless heater. After removing old water heater I measured th amount for the new tank in order to be leveled. I used 2x4 and screwed It into the studs inside the wall. I then mounted the tankless onto the 2x4. In order to make all new connections I Used brass fittings to tranission from cpvc to pex piping. I drilled a 2 inch hole into the wall penetrating the outside wall in order to run the exhaust pipe from the tankless. I also drilled a secondary 1 inch hole for the condensate line coming from the tankless. I Caulked around the pipe on the exterior wall. Installed a grid on the 2 inch 90 to stop debri from going in. We installed a crossover tee in the farthest bathroom in order for the pump to pump hot water to the farthest bathroom. I also

Came out to the Ferguson residence to diagnose why the washer breaker and the disposal where tripping constantly upon diagnostic discoreved the issue to be a faulty dual function breaker for both.Mr.Ferguson also requested that I install 2 GFCIs one per bathroom.In the kitchen there was some outlets not working upon diagnostic did discover there was a faulty outlet.(1 year warranty.)did advise the benefits of a whole home surge protector as well.
Upon arrival, customer stated she had multiple plumbing issues in her home. What are the issues was in her upstairs hallway bathroom she stated that a mold company came out and said what was causing the mold in her home was a faulty wax ring. Another issue was that in the same bathroom as the faulty wax ring, she stated that they had a constant drip in the shower. There was no drip going on in the shower while I was there. I even turned the water on and off to see if it would cause the leak, but there was no leak. Issue was inside her master bathroom upstairs stated the toilet would continue to feel for five minutes straight and not stop. The issue was the valve was not adjusted after being replaced and it would just fil into the overfilled tube. She also thought she had an issue in her kitchen, she said their valve for the cold underneath her sink was not working because they could not take the filter out without water continuously running. I removed the old filter after shutting off

On arrival found systems off. After further inspection found condensate drain was clogged. Also found secondary pan drain line had a loose fitting. Unclogged condensate drain line and secured fitting properly. Vacuumed all water out of safety pan. Flushed condensate drain line with two gallons of water to ensure proper drainage. Checked deltaT and have a 22° split between return air and supply air temperature. System is cooling at this time. 90 day warranty on condensate drain line clearing. Came out to the Lee residence to run a dedicated circuit for the dehumidifier in the crawl space about 40 ft away from the panel.Upon inspecting the panel discovered there was no whole home surge and Mrs.Lee requested I go ahead and install one today.(1 year warranty.) (not responsible for drywall damage.)
KSPEHC was called out for a warranty repair. Tech was out recently to repair a water service line near the meter. After repair was made tech noticed another spot that was leaking water. At this time it was not obvious if the leak was due to pipe movement during homeowner excavation of the site or if it was caused by tech while trying to repair another leak. Tech decided to just fix the second leak at that time at no extra charge. This second leak that was fixed did not bond correctly and began leaking again a day or two later. Tech repaired the spot once again. At this time there is no sign of water escaping
