Came out to the Dorso residence to replace a bad chime as well as re wire a miss wired 3 way switch.(1 year warranty.)

Arrived on the job and looked over what would be required to perform the work our client was requesting. After making a plan I wrote up a quote and presented it to our customer. After some discussing we couldn’t come to an agreement. The quote was sent over.

Upon arrival, customer stated she had a couple of plumbing issues. She had two bathroom sinks, one of her master bathroom and one in the hallway bathroom they were clogged. She also stated that her kitchen sink was not draining properly, only the left side. She also stated That her bathtub in the hallway bathroom had a slow drain as well. Customer approved estimate to unclog all of her sinks as well as the bathtub. In the bathroom were caused by hair and debris. Clog in the kitchen sink was caused by a lot of grease. After unclogging all of her fixtures , I didn’t proceeded to run the water to make sure they were flowing properly. Labor has 90 day warranty.

I installed a male end plug on a customer provided 12/3 SO cord on one end and a female plug on the other end. I also installed a female end on an existing tail whip from a 208v disconnect.

Arrived on the job and looked over what our client was needing done. After looking over the shed location and measuring the distance of the run I wrote up a price and presented it. Our customer will be receiving two more quotes before making a deciding.

Install new 3/4 horsepower submersible well pump in well. Also install 200 feet of new wire and 3 torque arresters. Reconnect to pressure switch test for leaks and water pressure. Master toilet is constantly running. We will need to install new fill valve to fix leak. Pump comes with 5 year warranty. 1 year labor warranty. 90 day fill valve warranty.

KSPEHC was called out for drains backing up. On site tech was informed that women’s toilets were not flushing. Tech was then shown an outside cleanout. This cleanout was hotdog water almost to the top. This meant the outside sewer line was completely full of water. After tech was given approval to attempt clearing the blockage he made several attempts at clearing the blockage with sewer machine but nothing changed. Tech then presented option to utilize hydro jetting technology to be able to reach a further distance and hopefully remove the blockage. Once jetting was performed the line finally cleared and blockage was removed. After the line cleared tech opened the manhole in front of the restaurant to verify drainage was taking place. Once manhole was opened up it became apparent where the issue started. Manhole was backed up with toilet paper and not draining well at all. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Vang’s father. Mr. Vang was at work during this time. I was escorted to the kitchen and shown the issue at hand. The kitchen sink was backing up, and the P-trap was loose. I generated an estimate originally for using a small hand cable in an attempt to clean out the drain and to reset the P-trap more securely. Mr. Vang’s father signed the estimate allowing me to move forward. I attempted multiple rounds of using the cable and testing the drainage. It was not successful. The drain line for the kitchen sink is its own independent drain path going to a septic tank. The rest of the drainage in the home goes to the septic tank separate from the kitchen sink. I searched the basement for the path of the pipe. Mr. Vang’s father confirmed this to me. My small hand cable is not long enough to run the entire length of the drain pipe. Arrived on the job and looked over what the client was needing. After looking I wrote up a small price for checking out the stove cord. I confirmed that the plug was working properly and that the stove needed replacing. Customer was pleased and payed shortly after.

Ms. Hilda had a dripping shower head, i checked the house pressure which was great at 62 psi. I determined that the valve needed replacing. Once the replacement was installed the leak stopped.

Initial reports indicated no power to an electrical panel in the back of the building. I did a diagnostic on the existing electrical system to determine if it was safe to turn on and check the voltage. Upon inspection, I found some wires that were unhooked. I made sure there wasn’t any damage to them and reconnected them. I checked everything before leaving and we had a proper voltage of 120/208v.

Found leak in the wall was do to condensation from the Freon lines

Came out to the Neal residence for no power in the carport upon diagnostic discovered there to be a faulty breaker so the tech replaced and restored power.Mrs.Neal had mentioned as we was talking how she thought it could have been from lighting hitting her house so the tech advised to install a whole home surge.(1 year warranty.)

Came out to the Robinson residence for 2 rooms with no power the living room and a bedroom.Upon diagnostic discovered there to be 2 tripped breakers that had went out due to the weather.So the tech replaced and also installed a whole home surge protector to try and prevent it from happening in the future.

Came out to the Miles residence to install 2 ceiling fans one in the living room and one in the master bedroom upstairs.(1 year warranty .)
