Upon arrival customer claimed he smelled a foul smell coming from his main shower and turns out it was slowly draining. He also said his kitchen sink was also smelling, and it turned out to be just food residue inside the garbage disposal. I just ran water and turned it on and it was gone. I gave him price for me to cable through his shower , but since there was an odor it could be a venting issue, so if the drain did clear while I snaked it at shower it should be a venting issue. I told him if snaking in the drain didn’t work and the only option was to snake through the vent I would’ve waived the snake in drain and replace it with snaking the vent. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Bittman. She escorted me to her kitchen while expressing her concern about a ceiling leak. After seeing the wet spot, I asked her to show me the two upstairs bathrooms. I started off with a non-destructive inspection at no cost in order to attempt to re-create a leak. After a short time, the ceiling below had water dripping out. After feeling confident that it is plumbing related, I offered to cut the ceiling open at no charge to diagnose specifically what’s going on. What I found out is that the toilet in the master bathroom was leaking at the base. I generated an estimate for pulling, and resetting the toilet along with options for a full replacement. Ms. Bittman opted for the pull and reset option. She signed the estimate, allowing me to move forward. I removed the toilet and inspected the flange. The flange was perfectly healthy, but it was positioned low. The base to leak was the wax was not properly squished against the toilet. I provided Ms. B

Upon arrival customer claimed the washing machine box was leaking and going into the garage. After inspecting it I saw that the gasket on the washing machine was installed improperly. All because the copper pipe was adding stress to it and making lean to the left. I cut the pipe and added some 90s to align the washing machine valve to the copper and not add stress. Customer tried to run a load of clothes to make sure it was not leaking but couldn’t make the washer get past its sensing mode and couldn’t turn washer on. I poured water in the washer and it drained properly but it couldn’t get past its sensing stage. With the water being on even when washer was not working, No leaks were seen. Everything was done under warranty.

Ms Kirauki has a prv is spraying from the cone where the psi adjuster bolt is. Prv needs to be changed. Psi is at 100 psi. Customer did not agree to the price.

Yearly maintenance on navies tankless system

I inspected the faucets throughout the home and observed low water pressure from the spouts. I proceeded to the basement to check the water pressure, which registered at 43 psi. While walking upstairs, I passed by the main water line and heard water moving through the pipes. I then checked the water meter, which indicated rapid water flow. The main water line coming into the home is made of galvanized steel, and there is an irrigation system in the front yard. The homeowner will schedule leak detection to pinpoint the exact location of the water leak.

The downstairs bathroom has a toilet that clogs when flushed, and the sink is also backing up. Additionally, water is coming up from the shower drain, indicating a potential blockage in the system. I sent two estimates to the customer: one to camera and clear the stoppage for a more thorough inspection, and another to simply clear the stoppage without the camera inspection. Both options were provided to address the plumbing issue and restore proper drainage throughout the bathroom.

Mr Keshwani has a main line that is backed up. This happened 3 months ago also and I cleared the line in the downstairs restroom. It’s back up again so I suggested to use a camera to see what is blocking the main line before trying the drain machine again because it can be something wrong with the pipe. I need to come back with a camera.

Upon arrival, customer claimed that he wanted all his water fixtures inspected for dekalb county. After inspecting every fixture and toilet in the building. Every toilet was at 1.6 gallons per flush or less. Every faucet was 2.2 gallons per minute. Every hose outside had a vacuum breaker. Mr Harp showed me his garbage disposal. He said it was humming. After further inspection I noticed the motor was bad. He had bought a new 3/4 hp insinkerator and wanted it installed. I removed the old garbage disposal. I put the customer supplied plug on to the new garbage disposal. I Installed new customer supplied garbage disposal and connect electrical with plug. Tested for leaks. No leaks. Tested if it worked properly. 1 year warranty.

Upon arrival customer claimed she had a leak going on in her laundry room. It was both her hose-bibs from her washing machine box. I recommended to replace the whole washing machine box due to the age that it has and having this problem before. She agreed on the price and work was done today. I did mention I’m going to have to cut sheet rock and cannot repair it. She said it was fine, she will have restoration fix it. (Restoration company was already there when I got there) Will check pressure after I replace to discuss warranty. I checked pressure and it was at 130psi very dangerous spot to be at. I explained what high water pressure can do. Which in this case already happened. I told her the standard psi it should be at which is 40-60 psi. She was not able to replace it today due to the landlord being very busy at this moment but will call back. Replace kitchen faucet, the nuts rusted off of the last Faucet. Replaced with a delta two handle with a side sprayer.

Upon arrival, customer stated he had two different plumbing issues in his home. The first issue was one of his toilets was continuously running. His other issue was his master bathroom sink was not leaking, but he wanted the gaskets replaced. Customer approved estimate to replace the flush valve seal as well as two emergency shut off valves underneath his bathroom sink. Used compression angle stop as well with new supply lines to his bathroom faucet. I also replace the fill valve inside the toilet where the flush valve sealed was replaced after all repairs were completed. I turned the water back onto the home to make sure none of my repairs had leaks.

Upon arrival, I inspected the bathroom sinks that were backing up. I took the drain assembly apart and snaked the line and pulled back large amounts of hair and soap scum. Upon arrival, I noticed the water leaking from the ceiling of the foyer of the home. I went upstairs to the bathroom located above the area of concern. Water can be found underneath the vanity base. With my diagnosis, I noticed water spraying from a 1/2” water line inside of the vanity wall. I shut off the water to the home and drained the system. I then cut the back of the vanity to access the pipe in the wall. I cut out the bad section of the pipe, installed a new pipe and emergency shut off valve. I turned on the water and pressurized the water system. I inspected the area for further leaks, no leaks were detected. On arrival found clogged condensate drain line on a 2016 model Rheem heatpump. Unclogged drain line. Flushed with a gallon of water to ensure drain is clear. Found air handler safety pan bent allowing water to drip out of pan onto ceiling before excess water could flow out secondary drain from pan. Replaced one 16x25x1 media filter. Supply and Install New Washing Machine Valves in Laundry closet. Existing valves are rusting and the packing nut is leaking. Will have to cut existing valves off the exposed copper piping and press on new valves and adapters. 1 year parts and labor warranty

Mr. Curry wasn’t happy about the meter box being level with the ground. I dug up around the meter box and pulled it out. I made sure inside of the meter was cleared out as well. The reset and repacked the dirt. Now it looks level and straight. I also sent pictures to Mr. Curry daughter.

Ms Washington had an old faucet that needed to be replaced. She supplied the faucet. I removed the old faucet and installed the new one with new drain and pop up. Tested for leaks. No leaks. 6 month warranty.

At today’s visit, no one came to the door. I attempt to reach Mr. Clifton by phone but was unable to get in touch with him. A business card was left at the front door.
