Point arrival customer stated that she could have a leaking water heater into the water heater and then saw that it was leaking from the expansion tank not the water heater I explain this to the customer I also explained why are you expansion tank dies and I also explained how a pressure reducing valve works upon doing that I checked pressure to the house it was like around 130. I gave her an estimate to replace the pressure reducing valve and to change out the expansion tank, and I also flushed her to water heaters for no charge. She approved. I went back with a watts 25AUBPRV I had to put a new ball valve due to a seized up Union on the PRV. I flushed both water heaters and put a new expansion tank. Turned on water again check for leaks. There was no leaks. There’s a one year warranty on the word perform today. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing

The Baker’s are selling home. Buyer had private inspection performed. Upon inspection, inspector flagged basement shower for reversed hot/cold and low volume. Upon my own inspection found that hot and cold were reversed and shower volume was slightly lower than normal. I also found upon inspection than basement sink faucet, hot side is extremely low. Flipped shower valve body and cleaned out debris in shower head to remedy shower issues. Replaced emergency shut off valve and supply line to hot side of sink faucet, to remedy sink issues. Customer requested two outlets to be installed on the back of the house for the new deck. I was able to pull power from nearby circuits and install the outlets flush to the wall. I tested everything once I was finished with the installation and everything was working as it should.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had outside grill that she was wanting a gas line ran for. I was out previously and gave an estimate to run a new gas line for the outside grill but the homeowner did not want to go with it that day she wanted time to think on it and she called back wanting it done. When I arrived, I started by drilling the new hole through the house for the new gas line to bring from the fireplace out, running alongside the bottom of the deck for about 30 feet, then I brought it up through the deck for the grill, I added a shut off valve. I had the homeowner show me the conversion kit for the grill that converts it from propane to natural gas. I installed the conversion kit, then hooked up the grill to the gas line. I then went and turn on the gas to test for any leaks and functionality, and all is well. I showed everything to the homeowner and had her test the grill but we were unable to get it to light. I made sure there was gas getting to the grill and there we

Upon arrival customer showed me the toilet where supposedly there was debris. I did not see no type of debris toilet was working fine flushing fine she had also said that there was a sewer smell coming from that specific toilet I gave her an option to pull and reset the toilet I explain to her that it could’ve been a bad wax ring. Throughout my evaluation of the rest of the plumbing, I informed her about her tankless, and also informed her that she needs to do a yearly maintenance on. It gave her a quote to flush her tankless. Dispatch fee was quoted and charged. Thank you for choosing keep smiling Foreman.

Customer had a leaking old disposal so I replaced it with a brand new badger 5..

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Patti. She brought me to the toilet in the downstairs living space to show me the recent issue. What has happened is one of the closet bolts broke. It was unknown whether the flange had also been damaged. We chatted about different possibilities for a few minutes. Patti allowed me to inspect the water pressure and thermal expansion tank. Both are perfectly healthy. Patti confirmed that there’s nothing else within the home that she needed to show me. I put together a couple of options for the toilet. After spending a couple of minutes going over the estimates, she agreed to have me remove and reset the toilet. I inspected the flange after the removal of the toilet. The flange has no signs of damage. The flooring around the toilet is warped and uneven. I reset the toilet with a new wax seal and bolts as securely as I could. I also replaced the supply line and applied a layer of silicone around the base of the toilet. A couple of shims were placed under th

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had outside grill on the deck that she would like a gas line ran for. After talking with the homeowner, she explained that the people who built the deck removed the old gas line so she would like a new one ran. After inspecting everything, I found that the best way to go about running the new gas line would be to tie onto the fireplace and stub a piece out of the exterior wall underneath the deck and run it alongside the wall and start it up right next to the grill through the deck. After explaining everything to the homeowner, I was able to give her an estimate to do the work. I gave the homeowner an estimate to run a half inch gas line off of the bottom of the fireplace Tee and out of the house, running along side, the wall at the bottom of the deck and stub it up through the deck. Homeowner explained that the price was more than she expected so she would like to talk it over with her husband and will give us a call back if they want to move forw

The Eappen’s notice water under their kitchen sink. Upon inspection, we could not diagnose a leak of any kind. However dishwasher drain line is not to code and kitchen sink faucet has seized up not allowing it to pivot easily. Upon checking water pressure found it to be relatively low at 40psi and 75 gal power vent water heater is 20 years old. Upon checking age of PRV, it is also 20 years old. Gave Mr. Eappen option to remedy his issues. However he only wanted to pay dispatch fee today. He stated that he has an appointment this afternoon and no one would be at home. We offered to come tomorrow, he stated that he wants to sleep on it, since it is a major cost. I offers financing which he refused and gave him $630 worth of discounts. (See estimates)

Upon arrival customer claimed to have a slow draining tub. She then took me to her master restroom and she was telling me that it’s been like this for a couple months but keeps getting worst and worst throughout time. She then told me she wanted her yearly maintenance on her tankless we installed for her a couple years back. After some talking I gathered up an estimate, which she agreed to and after signing, I began work. I flushed the tankless for 45 min. The bathtub was just filled with hair and conditioner residue. Everything is working good. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!!

I arrived on the job and spoke with Mr.King about what work he would like performed. After discussing and looking over the job I wrote up a quote for Installing a new light box for light weight fixtures and wiring within the dining room and replacing an existing light within the breakfast area. We came to an agreement so I got to work. Once completed I presented my work to Mr. King and confirmed he was pleased. I then collected payment. 1 Year Warranty.
Armando was very knowledgeable and resolved my issue within 15 minutes.

Upon arrival at customers house, customer showed me there garbage disposal. She told me that anytime she ran her dishwasher. It wouldn’t drain and it would overfill. So then I informed her that I was going to inspect it after further inspection, I informed her that The cab was never taken out from the dishwasher inlet from the garbage disposal. I informed her that I would only charge a diagnostic fee she approved I took out the carpet install garbage disposal again ran some water ran the dishwasher. There is no leaks and dishwasher. Drained good. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Perkins. He escorted me to the basement to show me the active water leak that has recently been discovered. I performed an initial no cost assessment and determined which drain pipe the leak was coming from. It was coming from one particular 3 inch stack. The only issue is that the leak was coming from somewhere within the wall. I provided an initial diagnostic estimate for getting access into the wall to find both the pipe and the leak. Mr. Perkins agreed, allowing me to move forward. I began with gaining access to the wall in the main level powder room. Fortunately, I immediately found a hole in the pipe from where there was an old nail I confirmed that water was escaping this hole. I provided an updated estimate for replacing the small section of pipe to alleviate the leak. Mr. Perkins agreed to the updated estimate. The small section of pipe was successfully replaced. Upon testing the drainage, another leak was noticed somewhere within the wall.
Grant was prompt and professional and installed the new outlet quickly.
Andrew Peck installed a new expansion tank and Moen shutoff valve for us. Everything came out great!

Upon arrival showed me to where the original shut off valve is. It is up on top of some shelving in a closet next to the water heater. The thermal expansion tank has visible rust spots that will turn into a pinhole leak. He wants to add an emergency leak detection shut off valve to prevent floods in the condo. Also recommend replacing the thermal expansion tank to prevent a leak from there. Adding the emergency shut off detection valve and replacing the thermal expansion tank will help prevent any known and future issues associated with the building. Removed some of the original water line to make space for the Flo Sense. Reconfigured the plumbing up in the space in the closet to accommodate for the new device. Installed new vacuum breaker for the water heater, also installed new thermal expansion tank. Turned everything on to test for leaks. Connected the device to his phone. It is in learning mode at time of leaving the appointment.

Sent over estimates for new water line and hose Bibb install or just making the connections if he runs the pipe. Running outside the wall in the garage, down into the basement where it will tie into the main.

At todays service, Mr. David was looking to have a receptacle installed near the water heater so that an electronic water shutoff could be installed. The water heater was a 120volt water heater which did have a on/off toggle switch functioning as a disconnect for the unit. This was the power source I could pull from to add a receptacle. I presented an estimate to Mr. David to add wiring from the switch box, to an outlet box which would be installed while installed a 120v duplex receptacle. Mr. David agreed to this. Thus, I installed 20amp wiring from the disconnect switch to a 1900 box which was mounted directly above the switch box. I installed a 120v duplex receptacle into this new outlet box and installed an RS duplex cover. The wiring in place is 20a 12/2 wiring. This new receptacle comes with a 1 year warranty from Keep Smiling Co.

Dispatch waived

Upon arrival at customers house, I called the customer due to it being a rental house and it being renovated. The customer informed me that he had some issues with his water heater that he wanted to get look at one of them being water heater is not at least 18 inches above the garage A gas odor, expansion tank support, TMP being stuck and TMP being trapped I informed the customer that it would be in his best interest to replacing the whole water heater due to it being 12 years old. The customer informed me that he needed some time to think about what he wanted to do. Thank you for choosing KidSmiles, plumbing, electric, heating and cooling

Arrived at customers house for adding circuit for Tesla car charger in garage area customer requesting just estimate today

Replace 40 gallon water heater with 50 gallon water heater.10 year warranty

Customer will think it over didn’t get the call

I was out previously and capped off a half inch line going to the back hose bib. About two weeks ago. The homeowner had a freeze break and it ended up flooding his crawlspace, so I kept off the line and had him dry out his crawlspace so I could install a new hose bib. Homeowner called me today and would like me to come back out and install the hose bib because he said the crawlspace has dried out. Due to where the hose bib originally came out of the house it is severely hard to get to so I talked it over with the homeowner and we are going to reroute, the hose bib from the left side of the porch to the right side. I drilled the new hole through the cinderblock for the hose bib and install the new hose bib. I turned on the water to check for any weeks and functionality and all is well. I sealed up the old hole where the old hose bib used to come out. And sealed up the inside where the new hose bib goes out. Thank you for choosing keep smiling Plumbing in electric heating and cooling. T

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Boomershine. We walked over to the outside clean out so that he can show me the recent back up he has experienced. I asked Mr. Boomershine to run some water so that I could witness the backup. It immediately backed up with a small amount of water ran. We spoke about the possibility of the roots from the bushes or tree on the property. We also discussed the necessity of having the line replaced if the blockage is caused by a defect in the pipe. I provided an estimate for running my sewer machine down the clean out in order to alleviate the immediate blockage. Mr. Boomershine agreed to the estimate, allowing me to move forward. I ran approximately 100 feet of cable with my sewer machine. The blockage was fully relieved. The cause of the blockage was confirmed to be roots in the sewer. Knowing this information, I emphasized to Mr. Boomershine that the only permanent solution is to dig up the sewer pipe and replace it. For now, Mr. Boomershine was going
Excellent service
Service was outstanding. Agent was outstanding. Project took 1/2 hour and bill was $360.00. I think that was pricey, especially for two seniors with limited income.
James is excellent Very cordial and knowledgeable
Your quotes are typically sky high and double of other companies . The dispatch fee is ridiculous. You won’t have to charge it if estimates were reasonable . Half a grand to install a toilet ? Waste of both of our time
Good Service
Excellent service.

Homeowner
John was a great technician! He not only showed up on time but he was able to dispel the recommendation of another tech, which in turn save me about 40% over what I was about to pay. Nicely done John….fixing my John!
James explained everything very well! Very courteous and friendly! Highly recommend him!
Best ever!
Johnathan was very helpful on recommendations. If we don’t choose Keep Smiling it will be because of price points based on the 4 estimates we have to consider. Thank you.
Brandon was well mannered and very people oriented. He listened to me as I described the problem. Within minutes he found and solved the problem. Since the fix didn't require any parts, the solution was covered under the service cost. A cost that I found to be very fair.
Good service but expensive
He was very informative and kind. He made sure I could pick a right decision to fix my problem.
Same day appointment. Very knowledgeable.
