Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner installed his two master vanity faucet yesterday and he was wanting me to make sure that they were installed correctly. He also noticed that one of the emergency stops was leaking underneath the left vanity. After inspecting work, I explained to the homeowner that everything worked well on the faucets, and that they were installed correctly, and then, as far as the emergency shut off’s, I could replace the one to get it to stop leaking. I asked the homeowner how old is the house and if there has been any work to it and he explains the house is built in 1999 and that he doesn’t know if there was any work done to it. Explains that since they want to starting to go bad and they’re all the same age that we might as well go ahead and replace all four of them that way they won’t have any more problems with them going forward. Replaced pop up assembly in upstairs hall bath
Installing an urge protector within the panel to prevent future surge damage and replacing two GFCI outlets that have taken damage due to a surge. 1 Year Warranty
Upon arrival the whole upstairs left side was back up and over flowed into the mens restroom. Before we start work we will need to remove standing raw sewage from the bathroom to be able to preform work. After sewage is removed we will run a machine down the mens floor drain to clear main line stoppage. We were able to get the stoppage cleared with the machine and checked for proper flow to all bathrooms of the business. Once everything was working properly we notice the floor drain needed to be re siliconed. There were major gaps around the drain to allow water to leak into the ceiling of the business below. So we re siliconed the drain in so no leaks could come through floor.
Pulled sewage ejection pump, verified baby wipes in blades clogging blades up. Advised customer to not use baby wipes or flush baby wipes. Pulled baby wipes from blades and dropped pump back into basin for testing. Ran all fixtures and filled up basin 3 times pump kicked on and worked pumping out 3 times. Home owner would like restoration to come out. Have contacted restoration.
At todays visit, the detectors supplied by Mr. Hollis were installed. Three combination 10 year Brk detectors were installed. 1 10 year smoke detector from BRK was also installed in the upstairs hallway. 1 year warranty on the installation from Keep Smiling Co.
Came out to give a estimate to run circuits and hook up a couple machines in his garage.
Homeowner stated that she called multiple contractors and that whoever got here first is who she was going to hire. Upon arrival Mr.Sparky and The Police Department was here. The Homeowner also stated that she had already hired someone and refused to pay the Dispatch Fee.

I arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what issues he was having. After a lengthy diagnostic I found the issue to be a faulty breaker in the panel. I informed our client that I would like to inspect the panel further. We will arrange that after Christmas. I got a new breaker installed and tested the circuit. Everything worked as intended. Sewer line was cracked coming out of the house; we were able to cut the 45 out and rework the section of pipe in order to put the pipe back together properly, ensuring proper flow of sewage out of the home

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had leak on cold water line in the wall of the living room. After talking with the homeowner, he explained that he already had another plumber out. Then he gave him an estimate after inspecting work I was able to give the homeowner an estimate to replace a 2 foot section of pipe, getting rid of all the shark bites and replacing it with pex. I gave the homeowner the estimate and he explained that the other plumbers estimate was lower so he is going to go with them. Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had an upstairs full bathroom toilet above the washing machine room that was making a high-pitched, squealing noise. After talking with the homeowner, she explained that the noise is not happening now, but her daughter recorded it on her phone. They showed me the recording, and it was a high-pitched noise coming from the fill valve. I explain to the homeowner that this is a leading symptoms of high pressure. I explained that I would have to check the pressure at the hose bib. I checked the pressure at the hospital and pressure was 50 psi. I explained to the homeowner that that is perfect. I explained that it is likely that the fill valve is going bad and not shutting all the way off causing the water to seep through and squeal. I explained that we could replace the fill valve and then that should take care of it. Give the homeowner an estimate to replace the fill valve at a discounted price. Homeowner accepted. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Josiah Harrison. Josiah is the son and tenant to Danny Harrison. He brought me to the finished basement to show me the ceiling leak that has occurred recently. This leak has already created a significant hole in the ceiling. I spent some time assessing and determined that the leak is from the 1/2 inch polybutylene pipe for the cold water of the kitchen faucet. I discussed with Josiah about the risk of living with polybutylene pipes. I provided pricing for both the spot repair along with a whole home re-pipe. For today, Josiah agreed to have me repair the leak since that was the immediate issue. With the amount of water that has saturated into the subfloor and sheet rock, Josiah gave me his permission to pass his and his father’s information along to Hampton Restoration. I cut away about 5-6 feet of pipe and replaced it with 1/2 inch white PEX pipe. The emergency shut off and supply line were replaced during the process as well. I pressurized the system af
Upon arrival customer stated he was hearing a weird noise after the toilets are done filling up and after he shuts off the shower. Upon my inspection i found that the pressure regulator was starting to whine and the pressure on the home was 40 psi. I explained to the customer that this is a pressure issue and that the pressure regulator would need to be replaced. He agreed to the price and scope of work. Upon arrival, customer stated he had two different leaks in his basement. The first leak he had was coming from the water heater that was corroded from the bottom due to lack of maintenance. The other leak he had was coming through his foundation wall from his main waterline that was leaking. Provided customer with multiple estimates to repair both leaks. Customer stated he wanted to do the spot repair leak on Tuesday, December 24. And then come back the following Tuesday to replace the water heater.
The Surani’s have another leak under slab of home. I do not recommend another slab repair since we’ve made two in the past 2 years. I recommend a partial repipe of the downstairs potable water system into walls and ceiling to remedy issues. Mr. Surani agreed to partial repipe to downstairs only. We performed task and now all potable water pipe supply downstairs of home is now in walls and ceiling. Keep smiling is not responsible for drywall, wood, paint, tile, etc damages during repipe.
Main line is backing up again. We have already been out to this location and cleared mainline with sewer machine and pulled out flushable wipes. There is a known issue with underground pump system, so we cannot warranty the flow on the drains. There is a warranty on the flange, but leak is coming from wax seal from sewage back up. Keep smiling will need to cable blockage again and pull and reset both toilets with new wax rings. Will perform camera inspection to determine possible long term solutions once the main is flowing again. Pump system size is not sufficient for current application. One pump appears to have freeze break at the top and another pump is having an electrical failure from the panel. Existing panel cannot be cross referenced with and replacement pumps. Will need to replace entire pump and panel system. System size requires dual 2 HP 230v system.
Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what work they would need performed. I looked over the location in which we could install the 14-50 outlet for the Charger, then wrote a quote up for our client. I presented it and sent it over to them.
Upon arrival customer claimed there was still a leak coming from the shower valve plate. And it only leaked when he directly sprayed water on it. I re caulked and left a tab open on the bottom for if water seeps through it will just drain to the tub instead of on the ceiling below, I also caulked around the handle and told him to actually properly test it and just take normal showers. Customer has been struggling with high water bills for 5 months, he checked and repaired everything inside the home over this time but was still having an issue. Upon our arrival we isolated the main water line and found that it had a leak. Customer had polybutylene. We replaced the main water line with 100yr PERT Pipe. This has stopped the leak that caused the high water bills. 5 year labor warranty
On arrival found newly installed mini split on camper trailer in backyard. Visually inspected system. Turned on system to further inspect and found that the indoor unit is coming on and responding to remote controls but the blower motor is not turning. Also found outdoor compressor is running but outdoor condenser fan is not turning on. It is determined that this system has internal failures of some sort. Contacted homeowner and discussed findings.
