Upon arrival customer claimed to have very low water pressure everywhere around her house. She started turning on faucets and I saw that it would have normal pressure at first and decrease after a couple seconds. She mentioned her brother in law and nephew put in a prv 15 years ago but they burried it under ground and she thought maybe that was the issue. I checked the pressure at the water heater and it read 60 but it was not accurate. After gathering the information I needed, I brought up to the customer that we will charge her a diagnostic fee to dig the area where she told me the prv was buried and if it’s there and I will give her some option then regarding the repair/replacement. She agreed and signed off. After digging I instantly found the prv and saw that it was rusted and leaking a little bit. I showed the customer and gave her some options. When gathering info, the customer and I were talking about the water heater. And I mentioned to her how it’s from 1999 and this may be

Great job and very Prompt I really appreciate the quick service for my leaky water heater especially with the fact that I’m going out of town tomorrow

KSPEHC was called out for a leaking water heater. On arrival tech noticed the pressure regulator was leaking and not the water heater. Tech explained this usually means the pressure is excessive and has caused damage to the valve itself as well as other fixtures. After checking the pressure tech saw the reading was off the gauge which is somewhere around 150+. Tech explained that for this reason the water heater has been compromised since the safety relief valve was not activated. Water heater prv and thermal expansion tank needs to be replaced to provide safety back to the distribution system. Homeowner gave approval for this and wanted to take advantage of our financing options. After installation was complex tech pressurized the system and inspected all connections made for leaks. No issues at this time

Upon arrival customer claimed to have her shower head break. And wanted it to get replaced. She also said she will might as well get the other shower head done so to give her and estimate for both. After some talking. She agreed on estimate and work was done today. Checked pressure at water heater. Is at 60 psi Thank you for choosing keep smiling!!!!

KSPEHC was called out for leak at the meter. On site tech was able to see water moving in the lower section of a valve box. Tech provided options on repair and replacement of the water service line. Approval was granted to repair service line. Tech excavated soil around valve box and meter. Tech located prv and shut off valve and removed all devices from the line connecting to the meter. New meter nipple was installed as well as shut off valve and prv. After installation was completed tech pressurized the system and inspected all connections made for leaks. No issues at this time. Tech told homeowner that if water service line is elected to be replaced in the next 90 days then tech would credit back half of this repair to go towards the replacement.

Customer has multiple outlets out in the master bedroom along with some of the lighting. She’s also mentioned the ongoing issues with the microwave. Microwave trips the breaker when plugged into its dedicated outlet after running for 3 minutes or when opening the door while running. This is best taken care of by an appliance expert. I did test the outlet and received proper voltage. I’ve provided three different choices with the whole home redevice being the preferred. The reason why is because a lot the symptoms are common with loose connections. These loose connections can cause problems throughout the home. These connections cause random power outages in different outlets, but most importantly loose connections can arc. When arcing is involved it can heat up devices.

Upon arrival everything was flushing and draining properly. Flushed toilet paper down the line 10+ times while running the shower and vanity faucet. Not 1 time did the toilet back up. Customer plunged toilet before we arrived and got blockage cleared. Hasn’t back up since.

Great job

Homeowners were having issues with the toilets due to them backing up every now and then. After talking with the homeowner, we came to the conclusion that it might’ve been the septic tank due to the fact that it hasn’t been pumped out in 10 years so they had the septic tank pumped out, but then I was out this morning to install the kitchen faucet and the homeowner said the toilet backed up. I proceeded to flush the toilet, but was unable to get it to back up. After talking with the homeowner, he explained that the toilet is at least 30 years old and after inspecting the toilet, I found that has a triple flush meaning that it flushes three times when you flush it once. I explain to the homeowner that after talking with colleagues and management that it might be the toilet due to the age and how much water it is flushing. Homeowner that we could pull the toilet in Camera than mine but since the toilet is 30 years old, we might as well replace the toilet while it is pulled up. I gave the

Arrived at homeowners home. I was to work off of that estimate to install new customer supplied kitchen faucet. I started by having the homeowner show me the new kitchen faucet that he got. And he had ordered a Moen faucet off of Amazon and it did not come with the soap dispenser or the cover plate for the three holes. Explain to the homeowner that he could return the Fossett and just go to Home Depot and pick out something that he likes and then send me a picture of whatever it is and I can tell him if it’ll work or not. The homeowner went to Home Depot and picked out a new Fossett and showed me a picture of it. I gave the OK when he returned we looked at the Fossett together to make sure it came with all the parts and everything is well. I remove the old Fossett and replace the hot and cold shut off valves underneath then install the new kitchen faucet. I turn back on water to test for any leaks and functionality and all is well. The homeowner has two toilets that were backing up ev

Homeowner is having continuous septic issues. Clean out present right before the septic tank. Had his tank pumped less than a year ago. Any time it rains, the septic system can’t percolate enough to keep up with the home. Referred homeowner to septic company to come and inspect his drain fields.

Arrived at customers home for issue with outlets in home upon checking ended up changing outlets in both bathrooms with new gfci outlets

Arrived to homeowners location to diagnose leaking tub spout. Discovered pressure to be 85 psi, deemed PRV faulty. homeowner could not move forward with PRV install at this time, agreed on installation of fill valve. No warranty.
I needed a HVAC check and Johnathan was assigned my home. He was wonderful, explained the process and findings. That's all one can ask for. Thanks for sending Johnathan.

KSPEHC returned to perform tasks from previous estimate. Tech performed slab repair to resolve ruptured pipe within. Tech also installed 40 gal gas water heater in garage closet. After install and slab repair was completed tech pressurized the system and inspected all connections made for leaks. No issues at this time. Concrete was poured back into slab repair. Tech informed homeowner that by morning the top should be cured but the middle and bottom will take about a week before being able to handle reconstruction of the bathroom.

Removed metallic object from 1 year old garbage disposal.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had kitchen faucet that was constantly dripping, and two toilets that back up every now and then. After talking with the homeowner, he explained that he tried to cut off the kitchen faucet from underneath, but when he turned off both the emergency stops the water kept on running. He also explained that he thinks his grandson might’ve dropped something in the drain and flushed it because the toilets only back up every now and then, he is on septic, and he explained that he has not had his septic tank pumped out in the last 10 years. I explain to the homeowner that with a family of 5 they should have their septic tank pumped out every three years, since it is just the two of them they can wait to 10 years, but that is likely the cause. I explain to the homeowner that since the kitchen faucet is 30 years old that it would be smarter to get a new Fossett with a new warranty and all new parts inside, then trying to just dump money in a 30 year old Fosse

Dispatch fee $39.00 Arrived to homeowners location to diagnose and give price on clearing clogged drain. Homeowner does not want service today.

Replacement of flapper

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Taylor. He brought me up to his master bathroom to show me the issue that he has been dealing with. The cold water for the soaking tub would not run, but the hot water would run. Mr. Taylor explained to me that about a year ago he had the faucet and valve replaced by a plumber because this issue started with the original faucet. This issue continued with the current faucet. There have been a bakers dozen worth of plumbers who have visited regarding this issue. Mr. Taylor expressed his desire for me to run a new line in hopes that it would alleviate the issue. I assessed for a moment on what it would take to make this happen. I inspected the water pressure and thermal expansion tank as well. The water pressure was perfectly healthy, but the thermal expansion tank had failed. I informed Mr. Taylor about its function and importance. He agreed to have me put together pricing for the soaking tub and the thermal expansion tank. After further discussion whil

On arrival performed cooling maintenance inspection on one 2021 Bryant gas furnace / 3.0 ton ac. Checked one 16x25x4 media filter. Checked all electrical and mechanical components. Checked evaporator coil, condenser coil, blower motor and blower assembly, condensate drain line and flushed with 2 gallons of hot water, ductwork, DeltaT and have a 25° split between return air and supply air temperatures, checked voltage, amperage, and capacitance. Found capacitor reading a little high, added estimate for replacement. Found no other issues or concerns. Thank you for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a blessed day.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had to pee traps one underneath the kitchen sink, and the other underneath the master vanity that rats have been eating through and have caused them to leak. After inspecting everything I came to the conclusion that it was just the P-trap’s that have been damaged so I explained to the homeowner that I could just replace the P-trap‘s, and that will take care of the issue. I advised homeowner that she should put down rat traps and rat poison so that the rats wouldn’t eat through the new ptraps. I gave the homeowner an estimate to replace two pee traps. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. When work was done I turned on the water to test for any leaks and functionality and all is well but I didn’t notice underneath the kitchen sink that the kitchen faucet is starting to leak where the sprayer connects. I also found that the hot side handle leaks. I explained to the homeowner that I could replace the kitchen faucet and it would take care of all the issu

I arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had the master toilet that was running. They got their bill last month and it was extremely more than what it is normally, and they believe that the toilet is the cost. After inspecting the toilet, I found that the fill valve would not shut off, causing the water to fill up above the flush valve and constantly run. I also found that the flapper has severely deteriorated, possibly causing it to leak from the flapper as well. I explain to the homeowner that I would like to check the pressure because pressure is a lot of times the leading cost to the fill valve is going bad. I check the pressure at the back hose bib and pressure was 55 psi. I explained to the homeowner that that is perfect and exactly where it needs to be. From there I was able to give the homeowner an estimate to replace the master bathroom, toilet fill valve and flapper. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. When work was done, I turned on the water to test for any weeks and functi

Brandon is the best! Quick response and a job done well every time. We’ve used him for a number of years for different repairs, a new water line installation, installation of new bathroom fixtures in a remodeling project, etc. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.
James is a go guy. Knowledgeable and reliable.
They took the time to troubleshoot a well hidden leak on a large system. Very courteous and very patient folks spent most of the day here getting my heat pump up and running again. He was patient with each step taking extra time because of system size and patient with my questions. He took the time to explain the process and progress without condescending or over simplifying which I really appreciate. It was an overall great experience and I will definitely use this company again in the future.
James was very familiar with the tankless hot water heater. He explained everything as he went through the process of diagnosing the problem. I was very impressed with the service he provided.
We had a problem with our bathroom we thought and our electrician was able to determine the real problem. He was knowledgeable, explained the problem to us, and we are most pleased with him and the service. On a scale of 1 to 10 he is a 12. Thank you.
Had a marvelous experience, learned some things about the system in my house.
Once again “Keep Smiling” went above and beyond removing my garbage disposal. Thanks Dean Willis for the work you did!
Victor gets a gold star a10 plus I would use him again and recommend him. Also gave the same to Grant from yesterday. They both knew what they were doing and were very friendly and courteous
