KSPEHC was called out for a tub/shower trap installation. On arrival homeowner began to explain how a leak caused water damage and the tub/shower had to be removed in order to resolve the water damage. Once the tub/shower was removed a previous contracting company saw that the drain line had been encased in concrete. With the concrete obstructing the view from being able to see further this contractor made a false statement claiming there is no p trap for the fixture. A second contractor was able to remove the layer of concrete which does expose the void between the floor of the bathroom and the ceiling to the unit below. In this void it is clear to see that a p trap is in fact installed and not missing. Further investigation by the first plumbing contractor company would have lead to the discovery of the existing trap assembly. At this time with the trap being in place a new tub/shower combo can be reinstalled in order to create a functional bathroom once again.

At today’s service, Mrs. Stephanie was having an issue with chirping detectors in the house. It was suggested to Repalce the detectors with new detectors that have a built in battery that self charges. Mrs. Stephanie liked this idea as they would no longer have to keep replacing the batteries. The estimate was built and Mrs. Stephanie agreed to it. Therefore, 9 total detectors have been installed. 4 of which are carbon monoxide detectors. 5 are regular smoke detectors located in the bedrooms. These detectors have an ambient light sensor as well as voice feature. All parts supplied and installed come with a 1 year warranty from Keep Smiling Co.

Upon arrival, customer stated he had a previous plumber come out here and fix a leak in his tub, but he never came back. A lot of parts were missing from the valve and can not be reinstalled. Gave customer estimate to install a new Roman tub valve as well as connecting the old tub back to the drain

Dispatched to job for low water pressure in Jack and Jill bathroom. I spoke with the tenant and advised her we could not turn the pressure up anymore. Checked pressure on the tub and it is working well. Tenant has a handheld shower on the shower outlet that they installed and also has a built in filter in the handle. I told her it is time to upgrade the handheld if she wants more pressure. I also lowered the pressure on the entire house per the landlord. No pressure issues.

On arrival to no heat call inspected one 2016 Goodman gas furnace. Inspected all electrical and mechanical components and found that the inducer draft motor has failed. Inducer motor is off balance and scraping sides causing it to lock up once it has stopped. Collected deposit for replacement. Called supplier for availability and we will pick up replacement and install as soon as possible. Current motor is continuing to run at this time but no guarantees that it will not lock up again. On arrival found 3.5 ton York r22 package unit not working or heating. Homeowner would like an estimate for replacement and ductwork as well. Ductwork trunk lines look okay, however the return and supply plenum on the outside needs to be replaced, and possibly some ductwork replaced just inside the home at return and supply plenum. Upon arrival customer claimed his toilet was very rocky. After inspecting it, I brought a couple options for him, first off giving him the cheapest price for me to pull the toilet so I can actually see what’s under the toilet, because it could be as easy as just tightening the bolts to replacing the whole flange, he agreed on the initial price and I told him if I saw anything that was broken, I would bring it up to him and see if he wants to proceed, I did tell him all the prices at first and he agreed for me to start.as soon as I pulled the toilet and clean the old wax off I saw that nothing was broken and I just replaced the wax ring and bolts. I installed the toilet as if it was a new one and made every connection.once water was on, I flushed the toilet around 5 times and no leaks were seen, I then proceeded to caulk the bottom of the toilet. Homeowner stated that light bulbs are flickering in guest bathroom and hall were flickering. I got a bulb from homeowners lamp that I knew worked and swapped the bulbs out and lights are functioning properly

On arrival inspected 2010 model Goodman ac for no cooling. Found that the high voltage contactor has failed. Also checked refrigerant pressures and found that it was extremely low, approximately 4+ lbs low. System factory charge is 4.75 lbs. Discussed findings with homeowner and offered contactor replacement, refrigerant charge and leak check, and system replacement. Replaced flooded Noritz tankless with new Navien tankless located in garage.

Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what he would like done. After seeing the work needed to perform the work I wrote up a quote and presented it to our client. We agreed upon the price and I moved forward with the work. After moving installing the outlets and breakers I showed the work was complete and collected payment. Our client was very happy with the work.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by multiple managers. They expressed how they have been experiencing. Intermittent smells. There was no smell happening during the time of this visit. One employee thinks it could be another smell unrelated to plumbing. I checked the toilets to make sure that they were not loose at their bases. Each toilet is secure. There was a past Keep Smiling technician who installed a trap primer in the ceiling above one of the bathrooms. I contacted my plumbing supervisor about this situation. We agreed that the best thing to do would be too weight and be called back out. A diagnosis would involve using a gas sniffer capable of detecting methane gas. An estimate for this diagnosis has been emailed.

Upon arrival customer claimed his faucet was leaking . After. Looking at it, it was leaking from the spout in the middle and there was no way I could repair it. I brought it to his concern and told him the only way would be replacing it and he said he figured. I gave him book price to replace one and see that he had a double sink so I gave him a price for two won’t have mismatch faucets, after giving price for two I knocked off a little bit off the price to where I was comfortable with and he said he hast to talk to his wife because he did not expect it to be that high. I also gave him another option if he decides to buy it themselves, I would come by and replace both for 375. On arrival performed heating maintenance inspection on one 2020 model Goodman gas furnace. Inspected all electrical and mechanical components. Checked and replaced one 16x25x1 media filter. Checked thermostat, ductwork, blower motor and blower wheel- found blower wheel to be dirty and recommend pull and cleaning of blower assembly, heat exchanger, inducer motor, pressure switch, gas valve, hot surface igniter, flame sensor, and temperature heat rise (38° heat rise). 3486 hidden acres dr. Atlanta, ga 30040 The customer requested a mailed receipt I arrived to the property and the customer had a leak coming from a swivel joint under the kitchen sink. I replaced it with 2 1/4 turns shut off valves. The pressure on the home was 102 psi and there was no thermal expansion tank. I informed the customer there would be no warranties on today’s work due to the amount of pressure left at the time of leaving. The estimate of the pressure reducing valve and thermal expansion tank will be good for 30 days.

Mr. Patel has a 6 year old water heater that is not producing hot water and extremely out of code. Upon diagnosis found that pilot and gas control valve must be replaced. Gave Mr. Patel options and he decided with the tankless option. Will return on Monday to complete installation. Will credit diagnostic back.

Upon arrival, customer claimed that her toilet was clogged. And she wanted it to be snaked. After looking at the toilet, to start off, I would be auguring it. If that did not work, next step pull the toilet snake from the mainline. I called Miss Lisa to get approval from her and she agreed and work was done today. Cleared blockage in master shower drain by cabling and descaling. Performed maintenance descale through master left sink and master toilet. Stopped leak on cold side of basement bar sink and tightened faucet to counter top.

Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what they would like done. After looking at the existing smoke alarm system I recommended installing all new battery operated smoke detectors throughout the house. After some discussion we came to an agreement on price and I moved forward with the work. Once completed I showed the customer everything I did and collected payment.

Work performed off sold estimate. Upon arrival, I shut the water off to the home in order to switch out the four angle stops underneath the sinks. After removing the old threaded angle stops I used a compression angle stop quarter turn valves. I then removed the old faucet and installed two new Moen faucets. I also installed four new supply lines connecting to the faucet. After everything was connected and tightened down, I turned the water back on the home to make sure all of my connections were free of leaks. Parts and labor have 1 year warranty.
