I arrived to the property in the customer had a leak coming from the main water line coming into their home. It is right next to the water heater, which would need to be removed to do the repair. The water heater is 20 years old and has been unmaintained with black sediment water sitting at the bottom. The thermal expansion tank is Full of water making it defective. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Mays. He escorted me to the basement bathroom to show me the running tub/shower. I turned on the meter so that I could examine the running fixture. This tub/shower was indeed running no matter the position of the cartridge. I generated an estimate for replacing the cartridge. It required a Moen 1222 cartridge. Informed Mr. Mays that we would only replace the entire shower valve if necessary. Also, due to this defect I would not be able to check the water pressure until after the cartridge gets replaced. I was out last Thursday and installed two vanity faucets for the Reners. Ms rener was concerned, because when her daughter used her vanity faucet, the drain started to leak. When I arrived, I greeted Ms Rener inspected work. I then informed Ms rener that it was the pop-up assembly and it is under warranty. I uninstalled pop-up assembly and replaced the puddy and reinstall pop-up assembly and tested for leaks functionality and all is well. Ms Rener also wanted me to look at the second vanity because when we installed the vanity top we did not center it correctly and it overhangs on the left side about a quarter of an inch. She is wanting to know if there’s anything that we can do about it. I informed her that it is at least a two-man job and that Scott will probably have to come back out and take a look at it. Homeowner had two upstairs bedroom bathrooms that in one of them the shower would either get really hot or really cold also, the tub spout was cut off too short for the spout to go on. In the other shower, they are trying to figure out how to connect their handheld sprayer. They are also wanting an estimate to install two vanity faucets. After looking at the shower, that would get either really hot or really cold I found that the shower cartridge was bad, and in the other bathroom, they are missing a fitting call it a wall 90 that converts from a brass nipple to the hand held sprayer. I explained for the tub spout we could either cut open a hole behind the shower in the closet to gain access to the piping to step out a longer piece of copper or he could order a certain kind of tub spout with a half inch FIP connection. I gave the homeowner an estimate to install to customer supplied vanity faucets. Homeowner accepted. I did the work. Tested for leaks and fun

At today’s visit, Mr. Ron is interested in having a chandelier installed on an 18ft ceiling in the dining room. The fixture will be supplied by Mr. Ron. Total weight of the fixture was 15.8LBS. The installation would consist of pulling power from a constant power supply in the attic to the desired location. This fixture would not have a manual on off switch as to avoid drywall cutting. Homeowner had another company out to look at a waterline leak and make a repair, when they were done, they explained to the homeowner that he had another leak and that he would have to replace the line. Homeowner did not trust other company so they called us. After inspecting meter and surrounding area, I found that meter was filled with water, and, there was a separate box for the irrigation shut off, that was also filled with water. I had homeowner go inside and cut off main shut off so I could see if the meter was still spinning. I scooped out the water from the meter box and the irrigation box and found that the meter was indeed still spinning, informing me that there is in fact another leak , somewhere between the house and the meter. I informed homeowner on the situation and advised that we replace the line, since the line is at least older than 14 years old. Client looking to have a mini split system installed. Needs: 1 multi port outdoor unit, two high wall indoor units, one 25' install kit, and one 50' install kit. Will set the system on the concrete on the left side of the barn, will deed to roll the install kits up the wall and gain access through the side to accommodate both indoor units, will need access through the ceiling on the far right unit, Dale understands what will need access and understands the line sets off the outdoor unit will need to be boxed in for covering, this will be your responsibility.
