Attempted cabling once more at clients request. We were able to get past the blockage but it immediately re sealed. Customer asked for a camera but when we cut into the exposed 3in it was wall to wall full of grease. Bidding on repipe

On arrival found 80% gas furnace not heating. After further inspection found system was installed in spring, however the gas lines were not ran to gas valve inside furnace, gas lines were disconnected at gas valve. After installing new gas lines and fittings turned gas supply on and fired furnace. Cycled furnace on/off several times to ensure burners were igniting properly. Customer has substantial contamination entering the home from the municipality. Recommend filtration to stop encroachment and ionization to loosen established contaminants. Heater is also very old and presumably full of muddy contamination. Recommended replacement after filtration is installed.

Install new mixing valve for master bathtub. Comes with 1 year warranty. Run small machine down kitchen sink line to clear stoppage. Run water to maker sure stoppage is cleared and test for leaks.

Disposal is just humming,freed jammed disposal,tested and working fine.

Made adjustments to drainage system, then test, and demonstrated sink and faucet to Fedke family.

The Fedke family wanted a new sink and faucet installed. Before installation I performed a pressure test, and found the pressure to be 120 psi. I informed them of the issue and recommend replacing the prv. They agreed to the installation of the PRV as well. After the prv was installed the pressure reading was 58 psi. The sink and faucet are installed, I will return tomorrow to fix the issue with the drain pipes.

Replaced hose bib next to garage. Original hose bib had corroded internally to the point that it would not shutoff. Sealed around penetration with clear siliconized caulking. 1 yr parts and labor warranty.

Clogged aerator at kitchen faucet

At today’s visit, Mr. Heo is having a house built from the ground up and is looking for an estimate to have the house wired from scratch. At today’s visit, notes were taken on the specifications from Mr. Heo on what he is looking for in different areas of the house. He will be emailing a copy of the floor plans and once those are received the estimate for the project will be built.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Oglesby. She brought me two her master bathroom shower to show me the issue with it. It is a single handle shower that has a diverting handle. The issue is that the water would not run when turned on. My initial assessment was that the cartridge for the primary handle needed to be replaced. I wrote up an estimate for replacing that while also showing an estimate for replacing the entire shower valve if we have to explore that option. Mrs. Oglesby agreed to the cartridge replacement, allowing me to move forward. I traveled to Home Depot in order to get the Moen 1225 cartridge necessary for the replacement. The new cartridge was in I retested the shower. The water was still not working. I removed the cartridge for the diverter and determined that this was the same exact cartridge. I returned to Home Depot to purchase another Moen 1225 cartridge. With both cartridges replaced. I tested the shower yet again. The shower now properly operates as it should.

Changed three breakers in electrical panel

Tested sewage pump and would not shut off or pump,cut out and supply and install Zoeller pump,pulled out lots of feminine products and wipes,advised not to put those down toilet .tested pump numerous times and working fine.

Pump system failure due to over saturation of the field lines, We were able to put the pump back together, and drain the system. After completing roughly 700 gallons extracted through the pump, we were able to test and verify functionality of the rest of the system

Arrived on the job and spoke with the customer about the issue he was having. After writing up a diagnostic fee and presenting it we agreed to move forward with the work. I performed multiple tests to figure out exactly where the fault was within the circuit. After all the tests I found out the shorting was happening within the pool pump motor itself. He called his pool tech to come out and replace the motor. Customer was pleased with the work performed and payed shortly after.
