On arrival found 2014 Goodman 80% gas furnace not heating. After inspection found inducer motor has failed. Made a supply house run and picked up replacement motor. Installed new motor and tested system. Furnace went through the proper sequence of operation and began to heat. Cycled system on/off to ensure proper operation. Upon arrival customer claimed that her water heater was leaking and not producing hot water. As soon as she took me to her basement to I saw water leaking from the elements and the bottom of heater. I told her there was no way in repairing the only option is a new heater. She asked for price, before telling her the price I told her what was included. She agreed on price signed off the estimate and I went to winsupply to get a 50 gallon a.o smith commercial grade water heater. After making last connection. I turned water on and made sure no leaks were seen. Arrived at homeowners home. I was to do work off of estimate from Saturday. I was to change out one shower cartridge three Faucet cartridges and replace a shower drain. After talking with the homeowner he wanted me to replace another shower cartridge and swap out his showerhead on the master shower also. After inspecting shower, cartridges, and lavatory faucet cartridges i went and picked up materials. I replaced both upstairs hall, bathrooms, shower cartridges, replaced one hot and one cold vanity faucet cartridge in the master and replaced the downstairs hall bathroom faucet cartridge. I had management come out and help me with the shower drain. Replaced shower head as a courtesy. Checked pressure and pressure was 60psi. Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had upstairs master shower that was leaking into the garage. After talking with the homeowner I found it. She does not know how long this has been going on but it has just made a whole through the drywall ceiling. After inspecting work, and looking through the hole, I found that it was the master shower that was dripping down Onto the ceiling. I gave homeowner an estimate for a diagnostic fee to cut a hole in the ceiling and figure out exactly what is going on. Homeowner accepted. After I found out what was leaking on the shower I gave homeowner an estimate to replace the master shower drain . Homeowner also wanted me to look at a couple more things. She wanted me to look at both the Fossett in the upstairs master bath, and the Fossett in the downstairs hall bathroom we’re all leaking on the hot side and her son’s room the shower was constantly dripping. I gave homeowner one final estimate to get everything done as in the master shower drain replac

Upon arrival, customer stated that he had a toilet in his hall bathroom that would not hold water and would not shut off unless he put a screwdriver under the float valve and pushed up all the way on it. Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what they’ll be needing. After looking it over I wrote up a diagnostic fee to find out what all I needed to do in repairs. Once done with the diagnostic I wrote up the price to replace 3 GFCIs and install an outlet in the basement. Our client agreed on the presented price and I moved forward with work. Once completed I showed our client my work and collected payment. She was very pleased with the final product.

Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what work they would be needing today. After looking over the location she wanted her outlet installed I looked for a location to pull a wire from. It is determined that the leak is possibly coming from roof where vent pipe exits roofline. Offered annual heating maintenance inspection to homeowner while technician was on site, he has opted to do another time. Technician left homeowner with business to reach out when he is ready. On arrival located all thermostats, only two of which are functioning. Adjusted temp to heat at 50° on both. One thermostat was se to fan only, adjusted that tstat fan to auto. Thank You for choosing Keep Smiling. Have a great day.

Pulled and manipulated pump which seemed to unjam it. Tested and working. Alarm switch is stuck on and will hopefully reset itself. Customer will check on it in a few days.

Upon arrival, customer claimed that she had a leak under one of her sinks. After her showing me where the leak was. I saw that it was on the basket strainer. I also saw the way they did the P-trap was wrongfully put in. I only gave her price to replace the basket strainer, and I told her I will re-piping the P-trap for free. She agreed and signed the estimate and agreed for work to be done today. After making the last connection, I let water fill up in the sink, once letting it drain, it drained perfect and no leaks were seen.. Did this 2 times. Waterline, I was able to give him National Leak detections number as an option, I also have left a quote for a new waterline, rerouting and getting the waterline out from under the driveway when it penetrate into the home

Unable to perform work

Upon arrival customer stated he wanted his water heater flushed. He also said he wanted his toilet re caulked. He had a coupon of a 48 dollar water heater flush. While the water heater was flushing I re caulked the hallway bathroom toilet. After both tasks were completed I turned the water back on to the water heater and aired out the water lines.

Replaced lavatory sink and faucet in downstairs employee bathroom. Old sink was cracked and pop up assembly had failed. Customer opted to replace entire faucet due to the greater value. Also cleaned drain line catching same sink to remedy slow draining.

Attempted cabling once more at clients request. We were able to get past the blockage but it immediately re sealed. Customer asked for a camera but when we cut into the exposed 3in it was wall to wall full of grease. Bidding on repipe
