Upon arrival customer open up the garage show me the water heater they had two water heaters one was badly leaking and rusted out from the top I asked them if they had done maintenance to it they told me that they haven’t and is a big possibility of it rusting out so early. I gave them a price to replace one water heater to replace two water heaters and a customer supplied water heater. Customer said that they would want to go buy a tank themselves and have me install it save a little bit more money. I explain to her that I won’t have that extended warranty on the actual tank. Upon arrival customer stated that her kitchen faucet was leaking and that she had just had it replaced about a year ago. Upon further investigation I found that the leak was coming from the integrated supply lines and leaking out of the base and also into the cabinet below. I let the customer know that the faucet would need to be replaced. I gave her the option of calling Moen and getting a new shipped out and we could come back and install it when it got here or replacing the faucet with one supplied by keep smiling. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Minor. He brought me into the master bedroom to show me the water stains on the ceiling. Mr. Minor already had a suspicion that it was probably a roofing leak, but he wanted us to perform an inspection to ensure that it wasn’t plumbing related. Mr. Minor informed me that the attic is above the bedroom. We discussed hypotheticals as well. Mr. Minor allowed me to inspect the water pressure and thermal expansion tank. The water pressure is within the proper range at approximately 70 psi. The expansion tank had unfortunately failed. I explained to Mr. Minor the function and importance of the item and how you can tell when it’s healthy versus failed. I presented multiple options to Mr. Minor and discussed everything with him. He agreed to have me move forward with replacing the thermal expansion tank along with performing a basic diagnostic for the ceiling leak. Cut out and replaced outside faucet with vacuum breaker on back of house

Upon arrival, customer claimed that he had his pressure reducing valve leaking and wanted it to get replaced with one he bought at Home Depot. After looking at the original PRV, it was leaking from the diaphragm. I also saw the brand of the PRV is an Apollo and the customer bought a watts prv . I advised the customer that the brand prv he bought will not fit due to the threads being a different size/different brand. I told him the brand that would fit will be a zurn Wilkins. I gave the customer book price to replace it with one we supply, at first he thought it was to high, and that another person has quoted him 350. I brought it down to 550 and he talked to his wife but his wife wanted to get more estimates. I told the customer this estimate is good for 30 days. Kitchen faucet install

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Fowler. They brought me to the area of the home that they believe the source of their leak is coming from. I was escorted to the basement to be shown the wet carpet and the water dripping from the ceiling. The wall they believed to be the source of the leak was the wall for the main level hallway closet. I turned the water on in order to perform an initial assessment. You could hear the water leaking inside of the wall. I told Mr. and Mrs. Fowler that I would cut open access into that wall at no charge due to the leak being obviously inside of that wall. I also asked if they would like for me to provide their information to Hampton Restoration in order for them to provide mitigation. Mr. and Mrs. Fowler are opting to use a mitigation company that they’ve worked with in the past. I drew up a zero dollar estimate to layout the details for cutting drywall. They agreed to it, allowing me to move forward. I cut open as much drywall as needed and

Pull toilet in hall bathroom and run sewer machine to clear stoppage. Run camera after to make sure stoppage is cleared and is not the septic tank or field lines.

Mr. and Mrs. Brutus gave me permission to pass their information along to Hampton Restoration for further moisture assessments. I spent a few moments inspecting the faucet to figure out what is specifically leaking. I discovered that the leak is coming from the inside of the faucet. I let Mr. and Mrs. Brutus know that the only solution for this kind of leak is a full replacement of the faucet. With their permission, I also inspected the water pressure and thermal expansion tank. The water pressure was above the proper range for operation, and the thermal expansion tank had failed. Hot surface igniter for furnace. Came for no heating call. After inspection, noticed igniter was not responding. After informing resident and getting approval, technician then replaced igniter and called for heat. Unit is operational with no issues.

Upon arrival, customer stated that he had a water filtration system already at his house and he wanted a price to install it. I informed the customer that we would need to go find where the water comes in at his house, and I informed him that I would need to Connect right where the water comes in after the PRV due to the location I would need to re-pipe and maybe cut some sheet rock to get enough space to re-pipe some part of the existing waterline. I also informed him that would be best to switch out the PRV since I’m already there and swap it for a watts with a double filter for better security on his water filtration system. I also informed him about the halo H2O zero filter. He told me that he didn’t expect it to be too much of a trouble that he was going to return the filter that he bought and told me to leave an estimate for the halo H2O zero. Upon arrival customer stated that she could not flush 2 of her toilets on opposite sides of the house upon my inspection I found that the blockage had caused a lot of the drain lines in the crawlspace to collapse and pop out of joint. I let the landlord know that running a sewer machine would not be viable due to negative slope on the pipes in the crawlspace and that the best course of action right now would be to repipe all the main drain work in the crawlspace. Landlord stated that he wants to get another quote and talk to his wife before making the decision He was left with an estimate to fix this issue

Upon arrival customer showed me her restroom next to the master bedroom where the toliet kept running I informed the customer that ut would be in her best interest to do a full rebuild due to having a bad flush valve. Since we already got to pull the tank of and replace the flush valve. She approved Estimate to fully rebuild the toliet. I used fluid master rebuild kit to rebuild the toliet. Upon completion I checked for any leaks and made sure to flush multiple times. There is a 90 day warranty on worked performed today. 20 year old 50 gal gas water heater in garage leaking,supply and installed 50 gal gas Bradford white water heater with expansion tank,ball valve and 10 year warranty on tank.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. White. He escorted me to the kitchen to show me the faucet that he and Mrs. White want replaced. I took a look at the new faucet they purchased and assessed the cabinet to see what it would take to install it. I also inspected the water pressure and thermal expansion tank. Both are perfectly healthy. Due to the age of the house I spoke with Mr. White about the isolation shut offs and let him know that I’ll provide an option that includes those so that he can have an overall scope to choose from. I provided an estimate for only replacing the faucet and a second estimate for replacing the faucet and isolation shut offs. After a brief discussion, Mr. White agreed to have me replace the faucet and shut offs. I moved forward with the work. I pressure tested all of the connections after installing the new faucet. Upon arrival customer stated that she would like to start finishing her basement and she’s starting with a bathroom and a kitchen the sewage ejection pump pit is already in place and she just needs the pump installed. the room in the basement already had some drain lines inside the foundation for a vanity, toilet, and shower and she would like to keep everything where it is. I let the customer know that once the walls are up we may have to move some of the drain lines in the concrete to get everything to work properly. I found we can run a 2 inch drain line out of the top of the pit and into the wall that will be built soon and run down the wall to pick up the kitchen sink and we will run through the cabinets to hook up the drain for the dishwasher.
