At todays visit, Mrs. Beverly was expericing an issue with her front room and outside coach lights not having power. She explained that breaker had tripped and would not restore power back. A visual inspection was done of the area, which in the process all things were unplugged and switches turned off. The breaker did reset and restore power. Mrs. Beverly plugged the lamps back in which worked. However, the front porch coach light switch was turned on and it immediately tripped the circuit. This indicates an issue with the coach fixtures. Two options were discussed as far as diagnosing the lights, as well as replacing the lights. Mrs. Beverly wants to have the lights replaced as opposed to diagnosing the wiring. She will be reaching back out to get this on schedule once she purchases the fixtures.

Arrived on the job and spoke with our client about what issues he was having. The GFCI in his bathroom had no power as well as the outlet located on the back porch. I expected a small diagnostic to solve the problem, but after having to open many devices within the bathroom and track multiple wires I had to bring the price of the diagnostic up in order to move forward. I presented the updated price to our client but they did not want to move forward. I closed everything up and collected payment.

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had 40 gallon gas A.O. Smith water heater that was not working. After talking with the homeowner I found that this problem just started happening last night when the wife was doing dishes everything was all right then the husband tried to go get in the shower and there was no hot water. He came and looked at the heater and saw that the pilot light went out. He tried to relight it with no luck. After inspecting work, I found that the heater was from 2015. I explained to the homeowner that it is most likely the gas valve has gone bad. I informed homeowner that I could attempt to relight the heater, but that would only be buying time because the heater is already 10 years old. I explain to the homeowner that water heaters tend to only last 8 to 12. Checked pressure at water heater and pressure was 60 psi. I explained to the homeowner that that is perfect that she is supposed to be between 50 and 75 psi. I gave homeowner two estimates. The first one wa
