Grant showed up on time and completed changing out dining room chandeliers for us beautifully.

At today’s visit, Mr. McCart explained that he had lost power this morning in multiple areas around the house. This consisted of the master bedroom, kitchen lights, kitchen outlets, living room, upstairs bedrooms and outlets, and basement lights and outlet. With the issue going on, I step outside and visually inspected the meter and saw that it was not on. I explained to Mr. Mccant that with the meter not working he should reach out to Georgia Power as we cannot enter a meter base. As I was getting ready to leave, Georgia power arrived without notification from myself or Mr. Mccant to evaluate the issue. I provided an estimate for having the panel evaluated to check for any damage and Mr. Mccant stated he would have us back at a different time to look into the panel box.

Tested m bath toilet and drain is clear,but fill valve in tank needs replacing customer declined at this time.

Arrived at homeowners home. The whole Laura show me into the basement where there was a black spot on the ceiling from something that is leaking. I asked the homeowner if she could show me what was above the black spot on the ceiling and she explained that it was a bathroom. I had her show me the bathroom, and I did not notice anything out of the blue that would result in a week, except that the toilet was crooked. I explained to the homeowner that I would have to charge a diagnostic fee to cut a hole in the ceiling where the black spot is to investigate. What is going on from that point I would be able to give her an estimate to repair whatever is going on and from there the homeowner would be able to decide if she wanted to go with it or not but if she did not, she would just owe the diagnostic fee. Customer has 11 year old water heater ,pilot out and water pressure was over 100 psi,would need special heater to be 18” diameter,emailed quotes,customer wants to think about it.

All four toilets in home are running and need fill valves and 3” flappers replaced ,water pressure was fine.replaced fill valves and 3” flappers in all 4 toilets.tested and not running.

At today’s service, Mr. Sheesley was looking to have the Che delirious in the dining room replaced with a new one in which they have already purchased. He also wanted to get an estimate for splitting a bath-fan’s light away from the exhaust so they operate independently on two separate switches. I provided two separate estimates for this work. Mr. Sheesley elected to replace the chandelier at todays visit. Therefore, I removed the old fixture. I sssembled and installed the new hanging chandleir. From ceiling to bottom of the fixture measures 30”. Upon completion of the installation, I turned to fixture on to find that it had a bad flicker. I evaluated the system and determined the cause of this flickering was from a dimmer only rated for incandescent bulbs powering the LED chandleir. I informed Mr. Sheesley of this, and he wished to have the dimmer replaced with one that is compatible. Therefore I provided a price for replacing of the dimmer and Mr. Sheesley agreed. Replaced garbage disposal with customer supplied, located in kitchen

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had two issues going on with two different toilets. One in the upstairs bedroom bathroom the flapper has deformed, causing the water in the tank to just look out of the flush valve. And in the downstairs hall bathroom the fill valve would constantly run. After talking with the homeowner, I explained that I could replace the flapper in the upstairs toilet to take care of the issue and then replace the fill valve in the downstairs toilet, but since the flapper is just as old we should go ahead and replace it as well. I gave the homeowner an estimate to replace two flappers and the fill valve. The homeowner accepted. I did the work. Work was done. Technician came for no cooling call. Upon arrival, resident already had thermostat calling for cooling and indoor unit was still off. After inspection, found units breaker tripped. After resetting , unit came on and began cooling. Observed unit for a few minutes to see if it would trip again. Unit continued to cool with no issue. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Vadia. She brought me over to the hair washing stations that were originally installed by Keep Smiling a few years prior. What she called us out for was to clean out the hair traps and to reconnect a threaded drain connection that slipped out. She verified to me that nothing else was happening with the washing stations. I provided an estimate for performing her request that was agreed to. It’s been a short bit of time, cleaning out the three traps and reconnecting all the connections. I ran a multiple gallons of water on each of the washing stations to ensure that the connections were not leaking. Nothing else was noticed during the visit. John did an excellent job installing a new kitchen sink and faucet. He was very accommodating and patient since I was not fully prepared for the installation. He had to move all the pipes to make the proper adjustments for the new sink. He tested everything before and after and the end result was fantastic!
Charles did an awesome job installing two ceiling fans and a dining light fixture that had to be moved over about a foot. Love the finished work! He was on time as scheduled and a true professional!
