KSPEHC was called out for drain inspection. On arrival tech was informed that the drains randomly will have back up issues. Typically they can be plunged and solved but the frequency is a concern for the office staff. Tech ran sewer camera and found a small amount of toilet paper on the bottom of the drain pipe. Tech was able to run small sewer machine in order to free the stuck toilet paper. Once sewer machine was ran tech reinserted sewer camera and saw the toilet paper was broken up and loose. At this point tech held camera in position and flushed toilets. During the draining of the water the toilet paper was lifted and carried down the line. Tech saw no breaks or belly’s in the line. This suggests the drain line is in working order and no repairs are needed at this time. With toilet paper collecting on the bottom of the pipe it means the pip is larger than the amount of water being carried.
