On arrival to perform heating maintenance inspection found 2006 model R22 system (manufacturer unknown). Replaced one 16x20x1 media filter. After inspecting found system not working and 24v transformer has failed. Installed new transformer from truck stock and then found the air handler unit control board has also failed. Discussed findings with homeowner and discussed options, one being replacement of parts should they be available, and the other being full system replacement. Adding estimates for both. Please note: AHU control may not be available due to age of system. It is recommended to have full system replacement due to its age and possibly of other future major breakdowns.
