Upon arrival customer showed me some trim and a cartridge that they wanted to replace on their single handle shower. They also wanted to put in a new showerhead as well I gave them a price to do all that work they approve my estimate I added plumbers grease on the O-rings on the cartridge. I then got all the trim put back together and then I also installed the new showerhead that they bought. I turned on the water to the house again and I checked for any leaks. There was no leaks. The McDaniels’ had Home Depot install their new refrigerator and they caused a leak from the copper supply, feeding refrigerator water. We arrived and replaced copper supply line with steel braided, and replaced emergency shut off valve behind refrigerator.

Pine arrival customer stated that they would hear gurgling any time they would fill up this kitchen sink it would gargle at the laundry box. After testing it a couple times I confirmed that was the case everything would drain fine there was just a lot of gurgling I took out the Studer vent that the customer installed when he redid the laundry box. The gurgling did not get any better so he went with snaking the line. He also showed me other issues he wanted to address a hose bib in the front yard and the two restroom pop-up assemblies he went with all those three things I put a new hose bib in the front and re-piped a little bit in the crawlspace. I also put two new pop-up assembly’s in the restroom. And I also ran a snake through access point in the crawlspace. Upon completing all three things I checked for any leaks. Upon arrival customer claimed to want a annual inspection, I went ahead and explained what I was going to do on my side and if he had other issues going on that he wants me to take care of. He started off my telling me he has 2 drains draining pretty slow and wants it checked out, he took me to the master bedroom and said the shower and her wife’s vanity were draining slow. After that I asked him to show me where his water heater is so I can do my inspection. I checked the psi on the home (60 psi) and the expansion tank. And valves seem to be working perfect. I then went to his restroom to check the initial issues he mentioned. While looking at those issues, I also saw that his toilet was very wobbly. I then made up two estimates, one including the toilet and one with just the drain issues. He said he just wants to deal with the drain issues today. Came out to the Tiller residence to determine why there was no power in the living room upon diagnostic discovered that there is a break in the wire somewhere and so the tech re ran the power.On the outside there was a standard outlet that we replaced to Gfci with bubble cover.Inside the panel there was mix matched breakers as well as breakers that where coming off the busbar so we replaced that as well.(1 year warranty.)not responsible for drywall damage.

Upon arrival, customer stated he had a water heater that was no longer working. The water heater was located in his crawlspace. The previous water heater was a rheem lowboy 40 gallon electric . The water heater was from 2013. Customer approved estimate to replace the water heater with a commercial grade water heater, which is AO smith. After removing the old water heater, I cut out the old gate valve and installed a new three-quarter inch pro press ball valve. Use three-quarter inch copper type to accommodate repair. I also installed a new expansion tank. After my installation was complete. I turned the water back on to make sure my repair was free.

Made a 3/4” water service line repair exposed

Upon arrival, customer stated that he dropped a brick. The brick fell on the Watermain coming inside the house in the crawlspace. Since it was PVC, it was very fragile and broke off. I told the customer that I would reconnect it with a more flexible pipe pex piping. Customer went with my estimate to repair his waterline. I adapted the PVC to pex. Whole house rewire

Client called us out to home for possible recall on previous work. Upon inspection I determined it was leak past our repairs. Estimate to cut out drywall, remove copper section with a pinhole leak. Re-plumb water line to ensure no additional leaks coming from toilet. Not responsible for drywall repair. These leak is about 3 inches past previous repair. Estimate includes all labor and material. Discount applied Made repairs to the water line in ceiling. Turned water back on to the home and check for leaks. Client called us out for a leak in the ceiling, preformed a diagnostic by cutting drywall and found a pinhole leak on a half inch copper line. Made repairs to the system and repressurizd the system. No leaks present. Customer is on a well pump as well. Thank you for choosing keep smiling

The Esquilin’s were experiencing hot water running out too fast. Upon inspection, we found that water heater was 17 years old. 7 year past the life expectancy. We also found that water pressure on home was 120psi, which is twice as much as normal. Water pressure should not exceed than 80psi max. Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater with thermal expansion tank and replaced Pressure Reducing valve to remedy issues.

At today’s visit, Mr. And Mrs. Dennis were looking to get estimates for installing 3 ceiling fans which the currently already have as well as two additonal ceiling fans they have yet to purchase. I provided a quote for the three fans and a separate quote for the remaining two, however Mr. And Mrs. Dennis wished to wait until all 5 fans were purchased to do the installation. Mrs. Dennis also wanted a estimate on what it would be to install two pendant fixtures in the kitchen to which I also sent over the estimate for.

KSPEHC was called out for kitchen sink blockage. On site tech filled sink with water and attempted to drain. Sink began to drain fine and then held its level for an extended period of time. As tech investigates this he found that the air admittance valve was not functioning properly. As soon as the aav was loosened the water began to drain. This suggests the drain line isn’t getting air to allow water to drain. Tech suggested this part be replaced. Tech also noticed the right side drain assembly was blocked with food debris. It was also suggested to remove this drain connection and clean out the pipe. Tech then went to the basement to assess the toilet not draining properly. While diwn below tech inquired about a clean out access. He was brought outside where the cap for the cleanout was left off due to the backup issues. Tech could see water standing in the pipe which suggests an issue with the septic system. Homeowner gave approval for aav to be replaced as well as t

Arrived at homeowners home. Homeowner had noticed that his toilet was rocky so he went to tighten up the bolts and found that they were not connected that he was able to just pull the toilet straight up. He pulled the toilet straight up and took a look at the flange, and found that the flange was broke on both sides. After inspecting the flange, I gave the homeowner an estimate for a flange repair. But I explained that if I was unsuccessful at repairing it, that I would have to replace it. I started by repairing the flange and setting the toilet back but when the toilet filled up with water, it caused the back of the toilet to lean back, causing the front of the toilet to come up about half an inch. I explained to the homeowner that I would have to replace the flange in order to take care of that issue. I replace the flange and then sent back the toilet and turned on the water to test for any leaks and functionality and all is well. I caulked the toilet to the floor to give it extra st

On arrival inspected one 2017 Rheem 4.0 ton heatpump system for zoning and damper issues. After inspecting found no issues. Tested each zone independently from each thermostat with the assistance of homeowner to ensure proper operation of all zones and dampers. Each one is opening and closing as it should.
