Came out to the Weber residence for some concerns on why there garage outlets where not working upon diagnostic discovered that there was a leak from the water heater which got into the water heater timer as well as a outlet and a Gfci replaced and restored power.Inside the hallway they have a smart switch with no switch leg that doesn’t turn on the light anymore so 4 options I gave them ;1 .run new switch leg wiring,2 get puck lights that are motion sensored and Stick them on the stairs or 3 replace both smart switches,or 4 lastly we can put a ceiling fan remote in the light and you can turn it on and off from that.(1 year warranty.)

Customer had leak from exterior wall behind dishwasher,ran dishwasher and started leaking from dishwasher,customer to get new dishwasher.

Client called us out to home for an apparent leak in garage coming from an undisclosed location. Customer agreed to minor diagnostics to identify source. Preformed a minor diagnostic on plumbing system in home. Home is right over a year old. Traced water to be coming from concrete, video attached. Shut of main water to home at tankless water heater and leak stopped. Continued to isolate hot water and then found leak stopped. No movement on the meter occurred and water stopped coming from concrete. Showed homeowner how to isolate hot water on tankless unit and showed him the water flow at meter due to slab leak. Water leaking in meter box,checked and is leaking on county side,customer to call county.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Quirk. Mrs. Quirk showed up a little later. What Keep Smiling was scheduled for was some gurgling that they have been witnessing in their basement toilet. We spent a good period of time attempting to re-create the gurgle. Lots of water was ran from this bathroom and several other fixtures on the main level and second level. At no point was the gurgling re-created. There is a cleanout that leads to the septic tank. I was able to witness all the water drain when looking down the clean out. Due to not re-creating the gurgling, this means that there is no blockage or an issue with the venting. What I speculated with Mr. and Mrs. Quirk is that they might get temporary blockages in the line due to the momentum slowing down what is flushed. They live in a large home and so the distance that the drainage has to travel is quite long. I advised them to record the gurgling and recognize what is happening in the home if it happens again. At todays visit, Mr. Colby is planning to get an induction range in the near future and wanted to get the electrical portion for the range installed as he’s converting from gas to electric. During the evaluation, he pointed out having a 2pole 40A breaker labeled range and didn’t know where that went. We pulled out the existing gas range and found the 240v Nema 14-50R at the bottom of the wall already installed. As the wiring and outlet are already present, Mr. Colby did not require any electrical work at todays service.

Came out to the Williams-Murray residence to install a Ev charger plug (nema 14-50r) right under the panel about 5 ft away.1 year warranty.

Install new 40 gallon tall water heater in garage With new thermal expansion tank and ball valve. Also install a new main shut off for the house underneath water heater. Installation comes with 6 year tank warranty 1 year labor warranty.

John had to come back as I had to order a part. He returned promptly when we rescheduled the appointment two days later. He was helpful and efficient.

Technician performed tune up on HVAC system. Filter was changed out. Blower wheel is clean. Drain line is clear and condensate pump is working. Blower motor is pulling normal amperage. There is an 20 degree temperature difference. Outside pressures looked good. Capacitor is in good standing. Outside coil is clean. Compressor is also pulling normal amperage. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Davis. This was a return trip to follow through on replacing the main water service line. The directional boring team was already on site performing their aspect of the work. We installed all new 1” PEX style pipes from the meter, through the garage, and into the utility room. The utility room is where it reconnects to the 3/4” copper pipes. The replacement included a new main shut off and pressure valve. We tied into the existing check valve and shut off at the meter. The pipes were insulated and strapped throughout the garage. Hydraulic cement was applied at the foundation where the pipe terminated through. The water meter was locked by the water company. Mrs. Davis knows that she will be inspecting the connections after the water company unlocks the meter. she will call us back out if needed. I provided instructions on what she should do. This includes turning on every fixture so that all of the air can escape from the pipes. Once the air has purg

Cut out and repaired leak in 1/2 grey poly water lines under mobile home

Returned once meter was installed in front yard and replaced main line from meter to house,drill hole thrufoundation wall and tye back in to main,seal outside with hydraulic cement.tested and meter not turning.

Came out to the Prime retail services to diagnose why 3 offices where not working upon diagnostic discovered there to be a faulty tandem 20 amp breaker that had failed repalced and restored power to offices.on the outisde there was a Gfci with a crack in it so the tech replaced that one and restored power.one of the offices has a missing outlet cover plate I advised Mr.Drew about.(1 year warranty.)

Upon arr Customer stated that he had installed a new vanity in his hall bathroom and he had tried to install the faucet and drains but kept having leaks so he decided to call us out. Upon looking at his situation I saw that he had already installed the faucet and pop up drain so he just needed me to hook up and reseal the ptrap and hook up the tee and water lines for the faucet I gave the customer a price to do the work and he agreed. Today I supplied 2 supply line and installed them on to the faucet and hooked up the tee mixing valve for the faucet Also hooked up and resealed the ptrap and trap arm 1 year warranty labor and parts that are supplied by keep smiling Thank you for choosing keepsmiling plumbing, electric, heating and cooling!

Upon arrival, customer stated he wanted his upstairs guest bathroom sink shut off valves replaced due to him shutting them off and the water will not stop running. After further inspection, I noticed the valves were multiturn threaded onto CPVC male adapters. Customer approved estimate to replace those valves with new half-inch threaded quarter turn shut off valves. I shut the water off to the home in order to replace the valves. After the valves were replaced, I turned the water back on to make sure both of my repairs were free of leaks.

Upon arrival customer claimed to have no hot water after we installed a customer supplied water heater. After we left yesterday, customer had another plumber pass by and deeply diagnose the issue. Turns out it was a faulty unit and there was water inside where the pilot light is. Customer had bought a new unit and wanted it replaced but was looking for estimates. I gave them an estimate but they said it was too high and that Rheem was going to send out a tech of their own since it was their faulty heater. Thank you for choosing keep smiling plumbing !!!!!

Upon arrival customer stated that they had bought a new 75 gal water heater to replace their old 50 gal with and would like a quote to do so I found that the vent will need to be up sized to accommodate for the increase in size of the heater I gave the customer a price to replace the heater and he agreed After installing the heater we found that the gas control valve was faulty from the factory and would not light Customer is getting a warranty part for us to install 1 year parts and labor warranty

They get you with their low travel charge. The bend you over and get you with what they find and the cost for repair. Needed something simple done and cost over $1,200 when the both the parts combined cost less the $75 to get.
