I was told that Keep Smiling Electric is an excellent firm to use with electrical needs. I read some reviews and called for an appointment to install a new ceiling fan that I purchased on Amazon (rated number 2 by Consumer Reports - Westinghouse Comet LED 52” ceiling fan). Art was assigned as the technician and he did an outstanding job. This is an excellent company and Art is a great electrician. I appreciate this firm and highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

Marvin was great!! Very polite and efficient!! He changed a leaking kitchen faucet and changed a stripped water shut off valve. He attempted to change the parts first but since it was still leaking we opted for a new faucet. He went and purchased it and replaced it. Their prices are a bit high but probably comparable to area and quality of their techs. Thank you.

Robert Did a great job troubleshooting my electrical issues. He is very professional.

Trevor was so helpful! Great communication, arrived promptly. We had terrible water pressure and knew our very old PRV likely needed replaced. He evaluated it and tested other things and found our expansion tank had also failed, which was also contributing to water pressure issues. I asked tons of questions and he carefully answered all of them in a way I could understand and demonstrated where he could.

During the course of the work he took the time to show me inside the old expansion tank that the balloon inside had broken apart and was useless. When done, he also showed me all the parts of the new PRV and shutoff valve and how they worked in case I wanted to do future maintenance.

He got me the best price possible (fit with area averages and was a lower quote than I was given from another company) and did the work immediately upon me requesting it. I think the water main was only shut off for about an hour, so it was very little inconvenience for my family.

It may sound corny, but the company’s name really fit the situation! I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face when I tested various faucets and water sources in my house and we had good and steady pressure. No more asking my husband to stop using the water in the kitchen sink so that I could take a shower 😆!

Byron was a wonderful technician! HVAC technician is our dime a dozen, however, ones who are knowledgeable and transparent, and what’s needed to make the repairs is a rarity. He addressed my concerns in a timely manner, was able to provide me with the best option and got my system up and running for my mother-in-law and toddler. Thank you so much I will continue to utilize your company for all my HVAC and plumbing needs! As a bonus, he gave my toddler a toy truck on the way out very sweet!

The electrical technician, Daniel A., was on time to begin and complete the project the same day (12+ hrs). Daniel did a great job. He was very professional and respectful. He was also helpful during the inspection and staying on top of the situation with GA Power to turn the service back on after the completion of the project.
Project: Replaced o/s meter, and panel with new breakers, and ALL that goes with replacing this system.

Garion was very knowledgeable and polite. He did a good job.

Grant came out same day and did an awesome job installing a ceiling outlet for my projector. Quick, professional, and easy to talk to. The pricing was reasonable and the quality of work was solid. Definitely recommend!

Conner was there on time. One of my breakers tripped repeatedly, and he was thorough and diagnosed the problem. Then repaired it.

Victor did a great job on the service for the toilet repair. We discussed possible things that may need addressed. He answered questions in a thorough manner. I appreciated the great customer service.

Robert again did an excellent job! We had loss of power in multiple areas of the house, and he tracked it out and found that the problem was that were not receiving enough voltage in one side of the line from Georgia power. Georgia Power came, fixed the line that was rubbing against some three branches, and now everything is back to normal!

Shoutout to Keep Smiling and Armando! They were able to squeeze me in last minute when my water heater was leaking. I got a new one installed the next morning. Armando was incredibly knowledgeable and kind and he did amazing work. I highly recommend Keep Smiling and would use them again.
