Dispatcher Helen, electricians Daniel Aguilar and Art were such a pleasure to work with. They rewired some lighting in our office in no time and without any issues. Prompt, friendly, efficient, and professional! Such a reliable company!

Very fast and responsive. Marcus was at my house within two hours of me placing the initial call to this business. Marcus was excellent at keeping me informed of his progress with resolving my issue. He arrived on time and was professional and a great plumber. Highly recommended. I am a repeat customer.

Keep Smiling Plumbing provides excellent service. Armando was on time, friendly, professional, and very good at fixing my plumbing problem. I had a very slow shower drain. Armando cleared the a hair clog with a snake, then completely cleaned out a bunch of grout that the contractor who installed the shower sloppily left in the drain. He snaked the drain a couple more times to make sure he got everything cleared out. Keep Smiling prices are on the high side, but I’ll continue to use them for plumbing repairs because they provide excellent service and warrantee their work. They also provide HVAC and electrical service.
He was a well knowledgeable technician and told me everything I needed to know. He was extremely nice and took his time to explain things to me.
Jeremy Brown. did a very good job. I would ues him again, also recommend him to friends and family.

Robert was amazing!!!! Very thorough and patient. We feel much safer now that our electrical box was replaced.
*Update* If I could rate KSP&E higher than 5 stars, I would. Robert, Willian, Jonathan, and Patrick have all been incredibly responsive, reliable, and flexible with our needs. I've used them now for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC support after a difficult utility incident. Every single person I've come into contact with, including their dispatcher Helen, has made my life easier despite these dang water issues in my home. 10/10 would recommend. I'll never use a different company!!
