Great service Grant was exceptional
I got a couple of quotes to get my water heater fixed. I chose to go with these guys because of their incredible customer service. Jered, you gave me information about pipes and the pressure valve that the other gentleman said nothing about. So I appreciate the honesty. Like we said, I would much rather be safe then sorry. This is my second encounter with these guys. My first was with Melvin,. We had just moved to the area, and I remember seeing the trucks so I called them for a Emergency They were out here, incredibly quick. And I felt like I had been a customer of theirs for a long time. Honestly, if they were more expensive across the board, I would probably still go with them because they are amazing. Thank you both Melvin and Jered for your great customer service and knowledge of your craft

Keep Smiling Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Cooling continues to provide excellent service for our family’s house for more than a decade. When a waterline burst in our basement ceiling last weekend, customer service rep Haley had technician Zac at the house Monday morning. He was professional, polite, and patient as he replaced the old, busted polybutylene waterlines from the water heater all the way to a half bath due to multiple leaks. Zac was also able to replace a slowly leaking drain line elbow going out of the house which had been patched by my dad years earlier. Lastly, Zac took care of a leaking bathroom faucet that needed new parts to fix it. We are thankful for all Zac’s hard work that day, and pleasant, patient attitude as he explained options. Our family will continue to count on Keep Smiling with our plumbing, electric, heating & cooling needs.

Friendly staff, they did a great job installing plumbing hookups for my washing machine and the electrical hookups for the dryer at the medical spa I manage. Robert did a great job with the electrical aspect and Zac worked very hard on the plumbing, both very friendly and efficient.

Christian was very very good. He found a better solution to my drain problem that was better and cheaper. I recommend him for any plumbing problem. Extremely nice guy as well.
