We hired Robert to install a surge protector and grounding system for our association’s front gate, which had been repeatedly struck by lightning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable. There was a small miscommunication about payment terms (they operate COD, while we typically pay later), but now that we’re aware, it won’t be an issue going forward. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this company.

I got a couple of quotes to get my water heater fixed. I chose to go with these guys because of their incredible customer service. Jered, you gave me information about pipes and the pressure valve that the other gentleman said nothing about. So I appreciate the honesty. Like we said, I would much rather be safe then sorry. This is my second encounter with these guys. My first was with Melvin,. We had just moved to the area, and I remember seeing the trucks so I called them for a Emergency They were out here, incredibly quick. And I felt like I had been a customer of theirs for a long time. Honestly, if they were more expensive across the board, I would probably still go with them because they are amazing. Thank you both Melvin and Jered for your great customer service and knowledge of your craft
