Upon arrival, customer stated he saw a leak above his shower on his ceiling coming down from his second floor bathroom. Customer already started a claim with his insurance. Customer wanted estimates to fix the issue. Provided the customer with a diagnostic fee in order to cut out the sheet rock. He stated he wanted to go through insurance to see if they would cover the cost of the diagnostic fee.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the Srirammalu family. They brought me to their water heater to show me the recent issue. It is a 50 gallon Bradford White gas water heater. The pilot went out some time in the morning and wouldn’t reignite. To be more accurate, the pilot would ignite but wouldn’t stay lit. They expressed to me about already getting help from Bradford White tech support. The individual they spoke with informed them that the gas control valve would need to be replaced. I attempted to reignite the water heater and confirmed the opinion of tech-support. I contacted the PDI supply house in the Woodstock area to see if they had the matching part in stock. They did and processed the manufacturing warranty for it. Since I was able to confirm that part could be found, the Srirammalu family agreed to the estimate for replacing the gas control valve. Recall on gas line. We found the leak on the gas line and fixed it properly. Also customer has front outside hose bib leaking that needs to be replace. Install new outside hose bib on front of house. Comes with 1 year warranty.

The upstairs tub is leaking from the drain. It is leaking down into the walk in closet and bathroom of the master bedroom. Replacing the tub drain is the first step to explore to see if that will fix the issue in fixing the leak without having to cut the sheet rock in the walk in closet. Remove and replace back with a new tub drain. The vent cap for the roughed in bathroom in the basement has a slow drip to it. Need to cut off the old vent cap and replace back with a new one. That will fix the leak. Also a small leak on hot water line 4 feet above heater side of heater. After inspection thermal expansion tank on water heater has gone bad. Install new thermal expansion tank on heater. We will replace small section of pex piping to fix leak. Comes with 1 year warranty.

Electrical Inspection: 371 Clear Springs Ct, Marietta, Georgia 30068. 1. No Receptacle found 2. Proper Fuse in place 3. Upon arrival customer stated he was still smelling gas from the gas line that I installed upon further inspection. The joint of the flex line had popped out again, so I replaced the whole fitting and went ahead and gave everything another 1/4 turn with my channel locks. Upon arrival, customer stated that he was smelling gas after I installed a gas line for a pizza oven. Upon further inspection. I found that one of the fittings did not seat properly and had wiggled out of joint I took apart the fitting re-cut the pipe and sealed everything back up attached to this invoice. At today’s visit, Mrs. Cari has been experiencing an issue with her pool equipment. She stated that when power is lost to the house, once it has been restored the pool equipment stops working when it should be automatic. I informed Mrs. Cari that we do not handle the communication wiring and electronic portion of the equipment however we are able to help with the Electeicsl wiring providing power to the pool panel, as well as the 120/240 volt wiring supplying power from the breakers. An estimate was provided for a lowest level of diagnostic work to test the pool panel and breakers, ensure all connections were made and tightly made, and that that portion is in proper working order. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Malanoski. You brought me to the master bathroom to show me the running tub. This was due to the hot stem of the three handle shower valve. I informed Mr. Malanoski of the various risks and steps involved when working on a three handle shower valve. I first presented an estimate for removing the original stem and attempting to rework it and replace any washers. This did not work, so I presented a new estimate for replacing the hot and cold stems entirely I could find them at the nearby Home Depot. I managed to find the matching stems and attempted the replacement. The hot stem was able to be replaced, but the cold stem could not due to the handle and screw being stuck on the stem. I turned the water on to the home to test the valve. The hot and cold water turn on and off properly. I informed Mr. Malanoski about the cold stem.
