The thing I like most about Keep Smiling is their ultra-efficient scheduling and dispatch system. I am a busy professional with fluid meeting schedules and all I had to do was text the the scheduler to set up the appointment and again to move the appointment window slightly.
Seth S did a great job for me getting my heating and air system back up and running. He didn’t pressure me to do anything I didn’t need to do like many of the other companies I have worked with. So far everyone at Keep Smiling I have worked with have been trustworthy.
Quick to respond to the request for a quote. They had plenty of availability for same day, and he arrived a bit before his arrival window even opened. Worked fast, communicated well, and I have had no issues since. Great job all around.
